Laura Mazanec is a trained* Cuddlist who is local to Pflugerville, Texas (15 miles north of Austin). As a phototherapist so photographs immuno-compromised people and sexual assault survivors. As a touch practitioner, she also provides a therapeutic service. She requires a consultation call for new faces in both cuddle therapy and photography. Her photography business is called Paper Plane Photo and it the name was inspired by a friend she met in college. Laura attended college for journalism, business, and computer science.
You can tell from other interviews of Laura that she is extremely open about her snuggle job and disabilities. In this premiere episode of season 5 of Pro Cuddle Hustle, Laura and Felicity discuss endometriosis and traumatic brain injury. They discuss women in male dominated fields. They discuss burnout and the cuddle industry (or lack thereof) in different Texan cities.
