Aromas a incienso a sándalo a curry, cúrcuma, comino, cardamomo mezclado con el sorprendente olor de la polución y Dios o mejor dicho Ganesha sabe cuántas especias, cuántos sabores, cuantas texturas y mixturas me recibieron en este viaje a oriente. Olores que se convierten en un estímulo a la curiosidad intelectual, cultural y culinaria, maravillando las papilas aunque en ocasiones mi estómago no compartiera esta opinión.
