Progress Over Perfection Coaching is a podcast focused on career management and development by offering insight on how to build an intentionally balanced and purpose-filled career.
I'm excited that we get to continue this year with another Career Deep Dive. If you're new to the podcast, this is a type of episode where I bring on guests that are living successful careers, to have them share their insights, experiences and perspectives on career building and development. While the overarching themes and focus on career development will be pretty consistent throughout all of the guests, my aim is to bring on guests from a diverse range of backgrounds, that can lend unique insight on a particular aspect of what makes up a career - that could be specialization in a particular field or industry, experience with certain kinds of career events, or that might be able to offer helpful advice for how others can grow their own careers.
My guest for this episode is Amy Curry-Staschke. Amy is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Aviron Interactive, has held Senior Leadership positions at Nike, and lululemon and has served as a Board Advisor to her alma mater, Auburn University, and the Women Business Collaborative. Her experience ranges from Production Management, Quality, Compliance, Sourcing and Manufacturing, Technology-Product Management and Operations, including a stint overseas in Hong Kong. Among her decorated career, Amy is also a wife and mother.
