This episode has been a long time coming, and it actually has origins as an introductory, informational networking conversation, as I was thinking about starting these Career Deep Dive episodes, that subtlety transformed into exactly what I wanted those kinds of podcast episodes to feel like. Fast forward to today, and I'm so happy to share with you a conversation with Lyndsay Hillier! Lyndsay has an extensive background in HR, having held senior leadership roles with Yum! Restaurants International, Walmart, and Mars; she is an educator in the field of HR, and an independent coach for individuals and teams.
