Progress Over Perfection Coaching is a podcast focused on career management and development by offering insight on how to build an intentionally balanced and purpose-filled career.
I had the pleasure of connecting with longtime friend and past colleague, Ryan Reichert-Estes. Ryan has what he refers to as a portfolio career, spanning marketing in the wine industry to learning and development at Nike and most recently at Remote. He also runs his own coaching practice that helps individuals find their own sense of purpose so they can lead meaningful and fulfilling careers.
