How much more are you willing to endure and how much longer are you willing to wait before you decide to choose yourself for once?

You cannot accept the life you want by holding onto the life you don't.

Make a choice.

Suffering is your Spirit's way of getting your attention, and the message is simple.

At any moment you can decide to let go of what's keeping you in pain.

At any moment you can just say yes.

Yes to your heart, yes to your soul, yes to greater, yes to the fullness of life...

You can't stay in the shallow end of life without struggle. Peace and understanding requires depth.

Life's formula is simple:

1. What you keep your eye on is what you energize.
2. What you energize gives birth to your thoughts, your feelings and ultimately your state of being.
3. Your state of being determines what you attract in life aka your reality.

Once you realize life is not panning out for you the way you expected, there's only one question to ask...now what?

There's only one approach to eliminating illness, loneliness, lack and unfulfillment. Turn from fear and rise into the frequency of love.

If you can't ensure that you're good no matter what is going on in the outside world, your powers are not serving you.

You are your salvation and your protection but both have to be activated within you, BY YOU!

Argue with yo mama, yo bible or yo Jesus about it cuz I'm just the messenger...and the message is clear: the power to transform, elevate and heal all rest with you!

This episode is a wakeup call, challenging both men and women to shift perspectives, reevaluate priorities, and focus on health, love, and harmony. So buckle up and get ready for a reality check because it's time to take charge and transform your life.

Did 2020 teach you nothing?

Sometimes the answers are more obvious than you think.

In the midst of obsessing over why you have to do the things you don't want to do or why you can't do the things you would like to do, let's start asking a better question.

Decide that no matter what happens or who does what, you will not hold onto anything that keeps Light from entering your heart.

Are you doing or not doing? That is the question.
