Miguel is bassist for Teenage Bottle Rocket, author of the wonderful books "I Wanna Be Well" & "The Death Of You"; as well as owner of a Yoga Studio & Yoga For Punks. All of those are subjects I wanted to know more about, not to mention Teenage Bottlerocket were a band that kept me motivated during my days homeless in London.
