You all know Reiki is becoming popular. We decided it would be amazing to try Reiki sessions. Not long ago, we attended a Reiki I Training Class. Our lives haven’t been the same. Our energy levels have shifted for the better, and our spirituality has deepened.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, an alternative or holistic medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called Palm healing, or hands-on healing, through which universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing. Reiki has three levels namely:
One fantastic thing about Reiki is that different people have different experiences with attunements. One of the benefits we enjoyed in common was that our energy levels healed, and it created room for us to work on things that we had postponed forever. For instance, Shannon started working on her novel, and Lili finished working on her meditation workshop.
