Next, Sarah joins the pod to talk about her incredible work with the "Sticks Together" Foundation that she started back in 2022 while playing with Syracuse to provide children in disadvantaged areas opportunities to learn and grow through the sport of hockey. Sarah has led humanitarian trips to Argentina (2022) , South Africa (2023), the Philippines (2024), and most recently Kenya (2025).
For her non-stop work while also being a D1-Athlete finishing her college career at St. Lawrence, Sarah received the 2025 Hockey Humanitarian Award and continues to push herself and others to grow the game wherever possible. Hear about her experience through each trip with Sticks Together, her journey to college hockey, her advice for young athletes, and much more (00:13:21-01:01:57).

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways. Gabe Ortiz becomes a third-highest ranking officer in all of Texas while his younger brother Larry climbs the ranks in Puro Tango Blast, a notorious Texas Prison gang.
