I I do wanna know, like, where did this brandstart?

Like, how did you come with up with the idea ofturning something into a brand.
Like, I love hearing, by the way, entrepreneursand, like, how they come up with branding and
marketing.
So, like, to me, You've hit an absolute homerun here, and I'm just curious as to what what
led to that.
I appreciate it.

I mean, I'd like to say that it, like, was aconscious effort to create something that it is
now, but it's definitely not the case.
Kinda always been just a a guy out thereplaying golf, having a good time with buddies.
And, you know, I it was only Mikey 2, maybe 3years ago that kind of nickname came about.

You know, I started growing my hair out at somepoint and, I think it was one day.
It was at at my buddy's club one day, I wasplaying with 2 buddies in mind that I played
golf with many, many times, and and one dudethat I had never played with.
And, that guy was pretty good.
He heard I was their buddy was pretty good, andhe wanted to play a match.
So, I usually show up, and I'm like, you know,how many strokes do you want that thing and be

like, fuck you.
I'm like, you know, who made you fuckingstrides for playing straight up?
I'm like, alright.
Cool.
Yeah.
Sure.
No problem.
So I think I was
like, I think
I was like, 4 under through 5 on this guy and,like, 4 up.
And, he's obviously getting pretty hot.
You know, I was playing great at it.
That's not normal.
Right?
Just happen to have a heater and at the expenseof this guy.

And, I think it was, like, the
same hole.
Yeah, the 6th hole, like, t Bobby, like, right,you know, going floor up and then I just
fucking smoke one right down the middle of thefairway.
And my buddies are like, dude, you're playing,like, great today.
You're looking like Pat Perez with the hair inthe game.
And this dude's, like, sitting in the car juststeaming.
He's, like, more like fucking fat Perez.

And, it just sort of, like, they loved it.
I didn't, you know, necessarily, you know, loveit.

So, I just sort of rolled with it and, It wasjust kinda between me and and buddies and I
pretty much.
And then, you know, it kinda rolls into memeeting Bob really where it really steps up and

So, yeah, I'd like to say that, like, I I satand thought about some nicknames and getting

into the golf space and all that, but it sorta,like, handed to me and against my against my
will and you just kinda run with it.
I mean

So this is all kind of fresh and so forth.
But I'm curious when it came to, like, actuallybuilding the brand around it, what was that
decision making like?
Now you mentioned Bob and we'll get to Bob andyeah.
Bobby Sports and, the brilliantly dumb show andso forth.

But, as we, yes, as we dive into that, Mikey,what made you decide?
Hey.
I'm gonna turn this into a business.
I I I had I had other people basically tellingme that it there was something to it that,
that, you know, either I just was like, youknow, who who who, you know, how could I, you

Who am I type of thing?
Like, And they're just like, no.
Like, trust me.
Like, there's something here to this.
Like, people love the shit.
Every time you, you know, come on Instagram orwhatever it is with us, you know, it it pops
off and I had a I have a buddy I play kindalocal golf with some four balls and stuff.
It just happens to kinda be an entrepreneurtype guy with websites and e commerce, and he

actually does, like, design, school graphicdesign.
So
Perfect.
He's sorta he got, you know, he we probably hada the website built and the merch going, like,
way before it was reasonable to have that stuffout there.
But in retrospect, like, it was the smart, youknow, it it's great to have it there when all
this stuff has kinda happened.
And not sort of be fumbling to to kind of makeup the ground.

So, you know, I appreciate that from him forsure.
But, yeah, there's a lot of people telling meto basically shut the fuck up.
Stop stop stop saying there's something herewhen everyone else says there is.
So you have somebody wrong.

You set it up on Shopify, which is smartbecause that's on demand orders.
Mikey, it might have been too early, but at thesame time, Like, it it's nothing out of your

I see that as kind of that next step.
