In this 90's classic, legendary comedian, Jim Varney, bring his classic redneck character, Ernest P Worrell, to the horror genre with a frightening romp for the whole family. (or at least the 10 year old boys in the family.) Can Ernest stop Trantor the Troll from stealing the children of Briarville before an army of killer clowns from outer space...eh em.... I mean grotesque trolls take over the world? Is this movie funny to anyone who does not appreciate the subtle art of the fart joke? Where does it fall on the newly resurrected spooky scale?
