She has a passion for teaching and encouraging others in the areas of entrepreneurship, farming and self-sustainability. Nicole enjoys networking with other like-minded individuals and is passionate about her community! As a farmer, Nicole's interest in our local food system is at an all time high, with great emphasis on creating change around how we use food as medicine and how we prioritize shopping, supporting, and eating leauxcal!
