Fred Keller is an outstanding entrepreneur growing his company for a few people in a garage to a multi-national $350 million dollar organization with incredible reach and scale.
This episode is the first of 3 parts to my interview and covers some awesome topics. Fred speaks of the challenges and opportunities in hiring entrepreneurial minded people. He mentions an awesome concept he coins "graduating" from his organization. I am impressed with the detachment he has to losing high quality people and the empathy he displays for them in their decision to move to the next phase of their career.
We are also able to color in the background to Fred Keller highlighting the entrepreneurial family he grew up in, the role of family business in his career, and the education he relied on to build his business.
