Ajay Agrahari is a software engineer and yoga teacher living in Auckland, New Zealand. He grew up in a small town in India where aspects of yogic teachings were naturally integrated into his daily life. When he moved to the west he encountered yoga as practiced from a western perspective and went through a process of learning and studying so that he could understand more about yoga practice and his own culture.
