Kelly is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist utilizing Internal Family Systems and EMDR in her practice, an aviatrix, mitochondriac, and recent graduate of the Quantum Biology Collective with a certificate in Applied Quantum Biology. Of all her roles, the most-prized is "Mom". She is a mother to 4 children: the "Bigs" and "Littles"; with two children from her first marriage and two from her second (there is a 15 year age split). After seeing first-hand her older daughters' mental and physical health struggles, as well as witnessing many of her Generation Z clients struggling, Kelly, (along with her daughters), she is on a mission to reset Generation Z's Circadian clocks and balance their light environment using applied quantum biology and "Inlightened Parenting".
Isabella, 20, joins her Mom to share her personal recovery story, and how Quantum practices have helped her. Isabella is a professional dancer for the 2023 Stanley Cup Champions, the Las Vegas Golden Knights professional hockey team, as well as a health and recovery influencer and advocate.
