Today we are in the SOUTHERN part of the RHONE VALLEY. The Rhone Valley is BIG and there is almost an hour drive between the North and the Southern Parts. Is it strange to start with the South? Maybe. But it's what we did.

In therapy, we talk about STORIES. Specifically, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are, how important these stories are to us, and how we can benefit from learning to identify and re-write them.

ABOUT THE QUE SERA SYRAH PODCAST:

After many consecutive Sunday mornings at the wine bar discussing our wine obsessions and our personal lives, we thought to ourselves… do you think other people might care about this stuff? The answer to that question is still ambiguous. But we recorded a podcast anyway.

 

Here's the deal:
