DISCUSSIONS DU JOUR:

Today we are popping back up North a touch to TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE

It is ONE REGION but also kind of two places… Why? Just to be confusing!

 

We talk about the differences between Alto Adige, in the Northerly part of the region, and Trentino, in the Southerly part of the region, and try FOUR WINES that span grape varieties and styles.

 

In THERAPY we are just trying to get some PERSPECTIVE HERE!!!

 

Talking about the idea of taking time to reflect on our patterns and our feelings when we have some calmness and grounded perspective, whether through journaling, art, therapy, taking a walk… So many good tools!!

 

We also talk about feeling pressure in therapy to connect the dots, to be thoughtful, to make things matter and to say things that matter… Thinking about the difference between letting your therapist hold you and guide you versus showing up to WORK together. What is better? What is right? Who is to say…

ABOUT THE QUE SERA SYRAH PODCAST:

After many consecutive Sunday mornings at the wine bar discussing our wine obsessions and our personal lives, we thought to ourselves… do you think other people might care about this stuff? The answer to that question is still ambiguous. But we recorded a podcast anyway.
