As the sun sets on another day, I find myself reflecting on the powerful stories shared by Coach Bridgette, our esteemed guest, who took us on a journey through the birth of the "Pen to Paper" tour. From her 35 years in ministry and project management to the first workshop's inspiring launch in Arlington, Texas, we navigated the deep waters of spiritual guidance and the transformative power of faith. Bridgette's tales of challenges and triumphs are not just her own but also of those she has touched - from the energetic young entrepreneur to the senior rekindling a long-lost passion.

Our conversation turned to the importance of clarity in one's purpose, as evidenced by an executive assistant's transition into an entrepreneurial role. We discussed how vital it is to connect with your skills and purpose to successfully swim in the vast ocean of business. Bridgette's wealth of experience proved invaluable as we tackled topics like networking, government contracting, and the indispensable nature of a well-structured business approach. The upcoming Pen to Paper tour in Atlanta hosted by Hazel Thomas and myself, loomed on the horizon, promising to be an event that not only sells out but sparks the fire of potential in every attendee.

The penultimate moment of our discussion brought us to the crux of nurturing our visions, a process akin to parenting a child from birth to maturity. Bridgette's no-nonsense yet nurturing guidance is a beacon for anyone looking to hone their business prowess. As the countdown to our two-day conference in Dallas begins, we leave you, our dear listeners, with the anticipation of growth, the excitement of learning, and an open invitation to join us in transforming the seeds of your business visions into the fruits of success.

So, anyways, I am so superexcited to have both of you on
here tonight.
Like I said earlier, we arejust going to kind of go into a
little bit more details aboutwhat Pen to Paper is and how it
came about and how it startedand it came from.

(04:03):
Actually, coach Bridget, I'mtelling you she's a real coach.
You guys Don't even thinknothing of it.
So she went through one of thebest, okay.
So, anyways, can you just gointo a little detail about who
you are, coach Bridget?

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Absolutely Well.
Again, thank you, kiana.
I appreciate the opportunity totalk a little bit about pen to
paper.
It is something that has becomenear and dear to my heart, and
so I'm gonna try to give um anabbreviated version of how this
all came about.
So, from a perspective of aministry, I've been in ministry
35 plus years, and when I firststarted as a consultant and I

(04:44):
wasn't doing as much coaching, Iwas coaching, but not to the
degree that I am today.
But I started as a consultantand initially I was given the
opportunity to work with theministry, and when they called
me to work with them, this wasfrom a project management, so to
speak, perspective, which thatis my vocation, that I've worked
in for many, many years inaddition to ministry, and so it

(05:07):
was my vein, it was what I enjoydoing.
However, from a consultantperspective, I hadn't pursued it
to the degree that I was calledupon to work with this ministry
.
So when they called me, theyhad an event that was happening
in July.
They called me in March, so Ihad less than six months to
really review what was happening, what they needed, and so, long
story short, they have fourprojects in one.

(05:29):
They had an initial projectthat was a bishop's confirmation
, consecration service.
That was happening.
So that was an event all byitself.
Your talent, you had to dealwith travel, you had to deal
with hotels, you had to dealwith what was going to be
happening.
As far as the program wasconcerned, of course those kinds

(05:50):
of services are always verydetail-oriented.
They're very precise, verytimely.
So that was a project all byitself.
Just who was coming, who thedignitaries were, who all the
guests were, who was seatingwhere.
So that was a project all byitself.
Then they had a 150 page pluscommemorative program that was

(06:11):
being curated for thisparticular event.
So that required and this wasback in the day when we didn't
have Zoom and all of that, wehad freeconferencecallcom and we
had email, so go figure.
So I had to come up with a planof action of how I was going to
make this work.
And so you know I sat there andI was listening to all of this.
So the 150 page commemorativeprogram, so that meant I need a

(06:31):
graphic designer.
That information had to have anintake process.
All that had to be curated.
You know, the dimensions had tobe precise, how it was sent in.
If that wasn't the case, thenit had to be prepared and the
graphics had to be done all ofthat.
And then there was informationthat had to go in there, the
text and everything they had to,because that was a project.
Then we had two differentreceptions that they wanted to

(06:55):
take place.
There was a 500 plus personreception and then there that
was for the general attendees, and then there was a 250 to 300
person reception that was theprivate reception for the bishop
and his first lady and thefirst lady, so that was all the
dignitaries, so forth and so on.
And so when I got throughlistening to all of that, I said

(07:15):
okay, okay, okay, yeah, we cando this.
And then I got off the phoneand I about just was out of
breath because I was like whatin the world have I done?
And then I got off the phoneand I just was out of breath
because I was like what in theworld have I done?
I didn't have a team.
All I had was their volunteerbase, their ministry of health,
and so I began to curate aprocess for what needed to
happen to get that vision tomanifestation.

(07:38):
And so I set up calls, established who the point
persons were for each one oftheir ministries, and then, in
addition to those point persons, they had to have backup persons
.
So we established a cadence ofcalls, we had an email
communication process that weput in place and I went to work.
Long story short, I was able tocomplete that project all for

(08:00):
those projects on time andwithin budget, and that was less
than four months.
At that time, it was clear tome what my gift was, and so, as
I began to work with thisministry for 18 plus months,
people within that ministrybegan to come to me and ask me
about opportunities onindividual basis, because at
this point, I was basically justworking with ministries, with

(08:22):
churches.
So if it wasn't something alongthis line, it was something
relative to ministry, of helpsoverhauling the ministry, of
helps helping them to have rolesand responsibilities and
documentation, so forth and soon administrative type things.
And I took a moment and I tooka sabbatical.
This particular event happenedin 2014.

(08:42):
It was 2016 when thisrevelation came to me and I said
, ok, god, something else ishappening here and I'm not sure
what it is, and so I took theopportunity.
I said I'm going to go to acity I've never been to, took
four or five days and went toDenver, colorado.
At that time I'd never been toDenver got online, found a
ticket for $88 round trip.
I said, ok, this is it, this isGod for real.

(09:04):
So I grabbed the ticket, got mea lodging, got a hotel and I
went to Denver and I just tookin the scenery.
I would get on the train, godowntown, so forth and so on.
Two days in, a friend of minecame and joined me for those
last two days.
But those first couple of daysI just took some time to just
really pray and seek God.

(09:24):
And so, as God would talk to me, I would just write.
And so, as I was writing andtrying to really get clarity
about what was happening, whatwas taking place, I kept getting
package of passion.
Package of passion.
I'm like, okay, that's good, but what does that mean, you
know?
And so, as I continued to write, I continued to write and I
began to curate, you know.
And so, as I continued to write, I continued to write and I
began to curate.

(09:44):
You know, some things.
And things started to come tome.
And what came to me was pen topaper, because I was writing all
of this down.
I was curating a process, but Iwas curating that process and
that vision was gettingdocumented by me writing.
So I was writing the vision, Iwas putting pen to paper and all

(10:05):
of this came out of this simpleexercise.
However, it was an exercisethat was powerful because it was
helping me to connect with thatvision.
It was helping me to fill inthe gaps that were cloudy in my
head.
So it was clutter in my head, but the more I began to write,
the more clear I became, themore I began to grasp the
vastness of what was happeningand what was going on, and so I

(10:27):
immediately, when I got back tothe city, when I got back to
Dallas, I got back and I beganto really pursue what that would
look like, what pen to paperwould look like.
So it was early 2017.
This was like September, october of 2016.
So, 2017, I did my firstworkshop in Arlington, texas.

(10:48):
The day I did the first pen topaper workshop, I had expressed
to this particular client I hadstarted working with, and I
expressed to her.
I said you know, it was in asalon that had like a teaching
area, and so she said well, yeah, you can have it here and I'll
host.
So that's where the whole hostthing came up.
I mean, all of it just it wasjust organic.

(11:08):
And so that particular Sunday, afriend of mine who's a pastor,
who's now deceased, an amazingyoung man I had gone to their
service that Sunday because itwas on the opposite side of town
.
So I live north Dallas andArlington is southwest, and so I
told my daughter I I said we'llgo out here, go to worship and
then have lunch.
That way, we're on this side oftown, you know.

(11:29):
So we don't have to, you know, try to get through traffic and
all that kind of thing beforethe workshop starts.
So we went to church thatSunday morning, had an amazing
time.
After service he called me upand said, just kind of talk to
us about the workshop that'shappening today.
So I did and shared it.
Now, mind you, before I gotthere on that Sunday morning, I

(11:50):
had four people that wereregistered for the workshop
online for it.
We went to lunch, got to thevenue.
It was sold out.
They had to.
I think we had 40, some people.
And I'm going to have to pullthose pictures, because I have
pictures of the first PindaPaper Workshop that took place
in 2017 and it was in a salonand from that day to this I said

(12:15):
, god, I can do it, because itjust took that one time, you
know, for me to know.
And from that day to this therehave been I mean, I have I've
had them as young as 14 yearsold, and that first one I had a
14 year old.
That it was amazing because Icrochet and she was a crocheter
and she wanted to start acrochet business, and I remember
her being 14.
And then there was somebody inthere that was like 77 or

(12:38):
something like that.
So the range, it doesn't matterwhat the age is, vision is
vision.
And so it was from that day tothis that I've had a heart and a
passion for it and I'vecontinued to do it and it's been
my lane and my vein for what Ido.
And so I began then to increasemy will when it came to vision
clarity coaching, becauseclarity is so important, and I

(12:58):
say this all the time when youget clear, when that clarity is
there, you become confident.
When you become confident, youcan then communicate better.
When you can communicate better, you can then collaborate
better, because if people arenot clear about what you're
doing and the fact that you havea heart and a passion for it
and you know what you're doing, they're going to be confused,
and confused buyers don't buy.

(13:18):
So it was one of those thingsthat I've just followed the plan
of God for my life in this areaover the years, and I've always
said I told my son until Godstops giving me, you know,
innovation and creativity for it, I'm going to keep doing it
because I've seen so many peoplefind purpose, understand their
clarity and understand theirpurpose and begin to walk in it

(13:42):
and understand how to really tapinto it, all across the country
.
The first year I went to Vegas,it sold out, the workshop sold
out, we ran out of room and I'vegone back to Vegas every year
since then and since that time,I began to work with foster kids
, teenagers, helping them tohave clarity, giving them hope,

(14:02):
to have vision and what thatlooks like, and so it's just
been an amazing, amazingopportunity.
But that's how Pen to Paper wasbirthed, that's how it started,
and the very first year 2017, Iactually did a tour, and I did
it in several cities.
Like I said, las Vegas, I didNashville, tennessee, I've done
Memphis, tennessee, we've beenin Philadelphia, pennsylvania,

(14:27):
and so we've.
We've been in a lot of citiesacross the country and I've met
some amazing people and people'svisions have come to
manifestation and people havewritten books, they've started
businesses, they've launchedorganizations, and so I'm just
excited about the opportunitythat I get to help people get
from revelation to manifestationand from vision to reality.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
I love that.
I do.
I do Because you know, I preachthat, you know writing the
vision, making it plain, and Ialso tell people you have to
internalize it, meaning that youhave to be.
It has to be clear in your soul,in order for you to run with it

(15:11):
, Because a lot of people theylook at that scripture and they
say, oh, you got to write itdown and yeah, you got to write
it down, but you have to.
You have to make sure that youhave it in your soul where you
can go with it, Because like yousaid, if it's clear enough to
you, it'll be clear, You'll haveconfidence and it'll be clear
to others.
You know a lot of people don't?

(15:33):
They don't want to go withsomebody that don't know what
they're doing.
Yeah, absolutely, Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
You know and then writing it down.
What are you writing?
Right?
Because you know the thing ofit is what.
What are you writing?
Right?
Because you know the thing ofit is what are you writing?
So, here again, there's asystem and a process to what I
do and, for those that have nowcome aboard, my team, so it's
one thing to write it down, butwhat are you writing down and
what is it you're trying to getclear about?

(15:59):
You know, because sometimes it'speople have so many things.
You know that you're trying todo 12 things and you can't do 12
things effectively.
You got to do one at a time, and so the scripture says write
the vision, make it plain uponheaven, so he that read it can
run with it.
So when they read it, theycan't be reading 25 different
things.

(16:19):
They need to be reading onething for which you're clear
about, and that it has a processand a flow and it has a right
to left, kind of thing.
So when you're reading, itmakes sense, right?
Um?
And so it should appear like abillboard.
It just should stand out thatthis is something that I can
attach myself to.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
So that's the, that's the thing that's important
about it right, yes, yeah, andI'm so good and, like I said
earlier, I am one of the wholethe.
I say co-hosts because this isyour idea and I'm excited just
to be tagging along, you know.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
We're glad to have you.
Absolutely, it takes all of us.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
We is better than me.
So you know, I wanted to giveMs Hazel a chance to, because me
and her are both going totackle this city, atlanta and I
just moved here, so I'm stilltrying to figure out, but I'm
going to do it to the best of myability.
So, ms Hazel, can you just leteveryone know who you are and

(17:22):
what you're doing, because youhave written down something, you
have your vision going and Ijust want people to know what Ms
Hazel is doing.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
Well, I am part of Coach Bridget's vision room,
which is absolutely amazing aswell, and that has actually
brought me clarity.
Well, and that actually broughtme clarity because in the
beginning everything was somuddled and so confused that I
couldn't how do you say, see theforest for the trees.

(17:53):
So it took me a while mappingthings out and some things were
not as clear.
But in continual showing up and, you know, having dialogue with
both widgets, it's a continualthing, but we all have the
ability and we all have the giftin us is a matter of bringing

(18:15):
it out and making it clear andsimple, like about two sets of
vision making it plain becauseit was not playing like what
Bridget said, it's not going tomake sense to anyone but you and
you cannot do that yourselfeither.
Right, I love the opportunityto co-host with you, to feed

(18:36):
into what Co-Bridges has, andI'm excited about it.
But for me, by nature or by mycraft, I've been an assistant,
an executive assistant, for 20plus years managing all C-suite
individuals, and it's secondnature, so that, like you, I

(18:59):
just moved here.
I've been existing three years,so I'm thinking new to the
thing and it's an amazingopportunity to do this.
But part of my vision isactually doing virtual
assistance, which is beginningto pivot, because what I thought

(19:20):
it was going to be is turninginto something bigger, because
it's going to be agency for me,that's the end all.
So I'm getting in thatdirection, which is going to be.
It's going to be a treat whenit's said and done, but it's for

(19:40):
owners, entrepreneurs, um, youknow, mom and pop, so to speak.
These days is it still mom andpop, but small businesses?
for some, yeah yeah, you knowwho cannot afford to do the
administrative side ofeverything and they don't have
that kind of like everything isstill paper.
We don't do paper anything.
They're not.
Everything is an online andthey don't have the online
presence.
So that's what they need.

(20:01):
So it's it's just a lot and Ilove it.
And post-pollination has helpedme to come to that revelation,
making super clear of what it'sactually going to look like.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
So yes, I love that.
I love that and I love how yousay it is pivoting and getting
bigger.
One thing that we think that webe thinking something smaller
and God is like no, let me showyou something that, like it says

(20:34):
in Ephesians 3 and 20.
Now unto him.
Now unto him.
So we have to know thatsometimes our thoughts be like
okay, on a smaller scale.
I know me.
I've just been like, oh, I'mjust going to do my little
podcast, but it ain't a littlepodcast, it's something that God
want for you know, for theworld.

(20:55):
I'm like, ok, you know.
And so one thing I do is youknow the acronym, I go about the
acronym and you kind of wenthit on what quicken you to do it
.
So what, who did you have tounite with when it came to?
You know you're doing it indifferent tours, I mean doing it

(21:18):
in different cities, like, werethere anybody that you just was
like you know what?
Let me call this person and say, all right, who I need to talk
to.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Well, you know, for me I've always been a connector,
a collaborator, and so I was apart of this group during that
time.
It was my covering at that timebecause I was in East Texas and
I actually just did a graphic, put it out there and this person
had been talking to me and theyhad been a part of something
that I had been doing andbelieved in me and what it was

(21:49):
that God had given me to do.
And there was a person thatjust took that chance to say,
hey, I want to host.
And the first person wasoutside of the person who did it
in the Dallas area.
She was in Las Vegas, and sowhen Las Vegas did it, it took
off from there.
So somebody from Las Vegas, aperson that came to the Las
Vegas workshop, lived inPennsylvania, in Philadelphia.
That's how I got toPhiladelphia.

(22:11):
And then someone that washosting in East Texas, in
Texarkana, texas.
There were people who came tothe first conference there, and
so some of those personsactually were hosts in Nashville
and other cities.
So that's kind of how it justyou know, and I just put it out
there, if you'd like to be ahost and host a pen to paper in
your area, and so that's kind ofhow it started.

(22:33):
You know, I had that firstconference and it just went from
there and once people had theexperience, and that's the whole
thing.
It's like everyone who was atthe November 2023 Tender Paper
just a few months back haveexcelled tremendously.
When I say tremendously, it hasbeen ultimately a God thing.

(22:55):
I mean, I had nothing to dowith what happened in the room
and when I tell you, people hadan experience that they can't
even totally express to you whatthat is, because God is showing
us that it takes more than usjust having a zeal, but it
requires us being clear, andthat clarity requires a lot of
different components than usjust getting information from

(23:17):
this person, that person and theother person.
But what is it that I've givenyou to do?
And when people can connectwith that innate ability, they
can connect with their visionand their purpose, and that's
oftentimes difficult for peopleto do, because they're looking
at what someone else is doingand how someone else is making
money or how someone else isbeing profitable.
When we totally disregard what'sright under our noses, there's

(23:39):
a reason for which you were bornto do a thing and you got to
tap into what that is.
And when you can tap into whatthat is and understand what that
lane is and drive that lane, there's no stopping you, because
you have the energy for that, you have the wherewithal to do
that, because that's what youwere created to do, and then you
add those other components withit.

(23:59):
But when you can connect withthat, it's no stopping you.
You do the thing that is mostin general, and this is this is
I've never seen anybody, not butthe thing that you do with the
least amount of effort, that youdon't have to think twice about
how to do it and what to do.
It comes second nature to you.

(24:19):
That's the thing that you couldbe profitable with and nine
times out of ten, that's what'sconnected to your vision and
your purpose and calling forlife right right and and you
know, and that's the, that's thething that we have to realize
you know we have to be able to,to connect things together.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
You know, you know, and to think about it.
Some people don't realize thatthat's how you got.
It's a, it's a, it's a plan.
You know, you know.
Some people think you can skipsteps.
You cannot, you know, can'tskip those steps.
You have to start from thebeginning.

Speaker 2 (24:50):
And it's not that you can't do other things, because
you can.
There are other things that Ido.
There are other things that Ifeel like.
I'm relatively good at, butthat's not my purpose in college
, exactly.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Exactly.
You know, pastor Daniels alwaystalk about being.
You have so many gifts, but yougot to give your gift, whatever
God want you to give to theworld.
That's the main thing rightthere, because I know me, I can
sing, I can do a whole bunch ofother stuff but God don't
pivoted me to something totallydifferent and I'm like like I

(25:24):
don't want to talk in front ofpeople, but he got.
This is where he at, so I'm soexcited.
Now, one thing I wanted to askyou what kind of education can
people look forward to when theycome to the pen, to paper tour?

Speaker 2 (25:40):
that you're having.
Oh well, this is the thing I'mmost excited about.
So not only do you get you know, so with me you're going to get
project management,organizational management,
change management, youmanagement self-management.
So all of those things arerolled up into the whole vision
piece, because these areelements that are important,
because if you can't manage you,you don't have self-awareness.

(26:02):
It's going to be difficult foryou to get this other piece
together and you're going to getvision management.
So all of that's wrapped upinto the piece that I do.
But then you're going to getnetworking and how to tell your
story.
So you know, you got to be ableto articulate this vision.
That's key and important.
And then you got to be able toknow how to network with people
in order to get yourself outthere and get your vision out
there right.

(26:23):
Then next you're going to learnabout marketing.
You know how to market yourself, what are the key elements to
marketing and it's not oftenwhat people think it is and that
there are a lot of myths aboutit and so learning what social
media is, what it's not, andwhat are some of the main
elements for helping you to goforward.
People writing books every day, starting businesses, but if
they don't have the marketingpiece down, it's difficult and

(26:46):
they struggle, and this happenswith a lot of aspiring and new
entrepreneurs, small businesses, and so how to do that on a
budget.
So that's something you'regoing to learn.
Not only that, you're going tolearn fashion and image.
Consulting is going to be apart of this, because you need
to know how to show up.
You need to know how to show up.
You want to dress the way youwant to be addressed, and so you

(27:08):
want to know how to show upwhen it's time for you to
present your business, yourideal, your vision, x Y Z to
whomever you want to make surethat you show up, you're talking
right, you're looking right andyou're doing it right.
Okay, and then the other thingwe're going to be talking about
on the tour is governmentcontracting.
That is the opportunity that wehave as minorities, as minority
business owners, women businessowners, and the billions I said

(27:31):
as in boy, and the billions Isaid as in boy billions of
dollars that are available to usthat we can tap into.
We just don't know what wedon't know, and you got to be
educated on how to do that, andit's not as difficult as you
seen and government is not a badword and the fact that we can
get into this system and we canget just I mean, just recently,

(27:53):
the coach that is going to be onthis tour had a client that was
awarded a $100 million contractWow, just recent days.
And so she is the truth.
I mean, she knows her stuff.
And not only that God is addingpeople to my vision room and
visionaries that are coming inthat are well-versed in some

(28:14):
areas, and so it's just a Godthing.
I'm excited about how he isconnecting the dots.
I'm telling you, when you tapinto this, you're tapping into
something on a different levelwhen it comes to opening your
mind up to how you can moveforward and how you can be
profitable as a business owner.
I'm not saying the otherinformation out here that we get
is not good, because it is, butyou have to know how to apply

(28:37):
it to you and how it works foryou, because if you don't, you
miss all these otheropportunities that are out there
, and so you too can become agovernment contractor.
I'm currently a governmentcontractor.
I'm working on those additionalcertifications so that I can
get the perks for being aminority and for being a
minority woman-owned business,so that gives me a shoe up in

(28:59):
getting those contracts awardedto me.
So here again, it's anopportunity for us to gain
traction, and not only that notonly be a blessing to ourselves,
but be a blessing to otherpeople, because you may have the
opportunity, as I did, to be aprime contractor, which gives me
the opportunity to getsubcontracts for other people.
And be a blessing to otherpeople because you may have the
opportunity, as I did, to be aprime contractor, which gives me
the opportunity to getsubcontracts for other people
and be a blessing to them andhelp them to move their

(29:20):
businesses along.
So we don't want to stay inthis place where we're just
doing business any kind of way.
We talk about structure, wetalk about liabilities and how
you need to have your businessset up.
You don't want to be doingbusiness with Venmo, apple Pay
and Cash App.
We talk to you about the realelements and structure of having
a viable business and what thatlooks like.

(29:41):
I teach it in my vision room, and not only that.
We'll be teaching some of thesecomponents on the tour and
we'll definitely be going intomore depth at the conference
which happens November 1st and2nd in Dallas, texas.
So this tour is just giving youa taste, an appetizer, a teaser
for what's going to happen inNovember.
We have a two-day conference inNovember Friday and a Saturday

(30:04):
and so we have that team goesinto depth.
We have a keynote speaker, which is going to really be
amazing.
The vision of a man is going tobe awesome and our men, people
are starting to really catch onto this and they're beginning to
really tap in and become a partof the vision room, becoming a
part of pen to paper, and itnever fails.
Every year there are people whostay over and go to Church of

(30:26):
the Potter's House with me onthat Sunday morning and the last
two consecutive years, bishophas tapped into everything that
we've talked about in theconference the two days prior,
and so it's just been greatconfirmation.
I didn't have to say anything.
It was like we just told youabout that.
Oh, you just said it.
And so it is an amazing, amazing opportunity and God is
just doing some amazing.

(30:46):
So we're just being obedient tothe call, and so I'm so
thankful for this team and theeducation that they bring, the
insight that they bring and thevast array of knowledge that is
a part of this team.
So it's going to be amazing.
So I tell people all the time, tell Lottie, dottie and
everybody that you want to makesure that you get registered to

(31:08):
be a part of the pen to paperworkshop tour that's canvassing
the country.
So when we stop in Atlanta, look, we want to let the people
know we were in Atlanta Now look, we're going to leave a mark.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
Okay, because that's right, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
We want every seat filled.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
Every seat, and I know it is.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
God is going to do some amazing thing with this,
this one being it's the firsttour, it's the first one on the
tour, right, yeah, it's thefirst stop on the tour Atlanta
and then we go to the Northeast, close to the DMV area, and so
Virginia will be the second stop, and it's that next week.
So we're looking forward.

(31:49):
And this is the other thing Iwant to share, kiana, is that
you know, the team is justexcited and all of them have my
heart and culture, and so wetake the time to do quick
consults with people, you know, because we understand a lot of
times people have questionsabout this specific area of
expertise or business or vision, and so we take time after the
workshop.
So we don't do the workshop andrun out.

(32:10):
We take time and we make surethat we have adequate time, in
whatever space we're in, tospend some time with those
attendees so they get the fullbenefit.
I'm telling you, yourregistration is a well-spent
investment.
Every workshop across thecountry is $97.

(32:32):
If we make it to the last week,it's $129 per person, but I
don't think we're going to makeit to the last week in any city,
so it's likely going to be soldout.
So what you don't want to do iswhat we typically do as a
people, and that's wait to theninth hour.
You don't want to wait, becauseif you wait you just may not
get in.
And this is in-person only.
It will be no virtual options.
So all of these workshops arein-person only workshops,

(32:52):
because that's just how intensethey are and we handle our
business and we take people'stime serious, and so we give you
the goods for those four hours, you get it.
So it's 10 am, 2 pm in everycity and every time zone, and so
we go in and we pour in and wepour out.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
That's.
That's that's what I'm talkingabout, because I was thinking
about what you said about you, that you teach people how to
dress.
You know, and I did, I did.
I think I did a video the otherday about dress for the part
you know where you're going iswhere you.
You need to look like you'regoing that place.

(33:32):
Look like you're going thatplace.
You don't want to walk in, youknow, and be dressing like
you're going to a basketballgame when you're trying to go to
a business meeting.

Speaker 3 (33:41):
It don't work.
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
You want to make sure you are looking like where
you're going.
That's the main thing you know, and I talk about how great it
is to understand all of these.
This because of the simple factthat you know, you want to be
able to understand, and when youget the education, you

(34:04):
understand a lot more.
And then, you get excited andget determined to do this, and
so you know, I didn't know.
You know, one thing that I do,you know with my acronym is you
know is quick and united, educated, understanding, excited
and determined.
So when you get all of that, like Coach Bridget said, you

(34:26):
will get the knowledge on thingswhich will clear up your
understanding you know, so couldyou just talk about how
important it is to understandall of this.
That way you can get excitedand get determined for where
you're going.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
Absolutely, absolutely.
And there's always a synergy inthe room and that's the
collective wisdom of all of us,you know, with our combined
contributions and what we bringto the table.
And so there is a synergythat's always in the room and,
even without intentionallytrying to do it, we're bouncing
off of each other and we'reconnecting and we're utilizing,

(35:03):
you know, information that eachother has shared and it divinely
connects together.
It's an amazing experience.
It's an experience.
That's all I like to.
It's an experience and you haveto experience, and once you've
had a pen to paper experience, you know, you know what I mean
and you know the difference.
So it's just not your averagecoming together.
It's just not your averageconference.
There is, and you walk awaywith tools and resources and

(35:26):
understanding and clarity tohelp you go to the next level.
And I've seen so many peoplestep into these aha moments and
these realizations that whenthey first came, had no idea
what their purpose was.
And it's amazing.
But there are a lot of peoplewho are just living, they're
just existing, they're notliving.
And when you know your vision, you begin to live, because you

(35:47):
begin to take that with youevery day and you do the thing
that you endure doing every day,and so it becomes a place of
living my life, as opposed tojust existing yes, you know and
that's, and you know.

Speaker 1 (36:01):
We often say and I know we done heard it that the
richest place is the cemeteryabsolutely because most people
have their visions, have gone tothe grave with them and they
have not been able to write them.
And they have not been able tofulfill what God has called them
to do, because they have been, you know, having gotten the
education or having gotten thetraining or things like that,

(36:25):
and some people are so afraid ofchange.
I don't understand why peopleare just so afraid of change and
they, they think that when youchange, it's going to make
everything different, but no,it's for the better, because we
got to realize everythingchanges.
Don't let them say the same.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
And even if it's different.
Different is good.
You know, I wrote a book calledGift Aborted where I talked
about the gift is carried butthe purpose is never born and so
many of us continue to miscarry.
And continue to miscarrybecause we're looking at what
somebody else is carrying and sowe mess around and we don't
support and we don't strengthenwhat we're carrying and when we
do that, we we abort it, right,we miscarry it.

(37:04):
And so we continue to carrygifts but they're not the
purpose.
Keep carrying it, but it'snever born, and so it's
important that we understandwhat it is that God has given us
, because what he's given you isjust as important as what the
other person is carrying, right?
So if we will take the time tocultivate, nurture and really
build and protect and you know, that's what happens when a woman

(37:25):
is carrying a fetus in the womband she doesn't really take the
time to support, rest and makesure in that first trimester
that she's really supporting herbody, giving her body the
vitamins and the nutrients itneeds to build that body, to
carry that extra person, tocarry what's being pulled from
her body.
We do the same thingemotionally and intelligently,
because if we don't take thetime to build ourself up, we

(37:47):
lose it.
We don't read, if we don'tstudy, if we don't pray, if we
don't take the time to writethat vision down, we're not
supporting that and giving itthe strength and the bones it
needs to grow and to be nurtured.
And so when we do we don't dothat and we don't cultivate that
, it gets aborted, right, wemiscarry, but then you got this
other person over here.
That stayed the course.
Right, they continue tostrengthen, and so they baby

(38:09):
gets big, they birthed it, itgoes on, they become, you know,
you know, a hundred thousanddollar business or a million
dollar business or whatever.
And then you, looking likesomebody did something with no
baby.
You didn't do your part becauseyou were so busy looking at
them carrying a baby that youwasn't carrying your baby and
you allowed your baby tomiscarry.
So here's the thing we'regiving you the bones, the good
bones and the structure and thethings you need to do the, the,

(38:33):
the, the intelligent vitamins, right, the mental vitamins, the
emotional vitamins to help youto nurture that gift and nurture
that purpose, so that it isborn and you don't continue to
miscarry it.
So you know what to do with itwhen that vision comes to
manifestation.

Speaker 1 (38:51):
Right.
You got me crunk over here.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
Like, I'm like okay listen it work if you work it.
It works if you work it, and itmay take some time, but it
works.
It's just like every baby isnot necessarily a nine-month
baby.
Right, right, right.
Some babies are early, some areright on time some are a week
late, you know some of my firstone was a little late.

(39:15):
I was like, look, it's time tocome.
You know, at the end of the day, everyone it's not, everything
is not the same for every vision.
Every guy is not.
It's not born the same way.
But if you do what you'resupposed to do when it's
supposed to come forth, it'scoming forth.
I love it.
But what you don't want to dois you don't want to miscarry,
you don't want to abort it.

(39:36):
So I think that's key forpeople to really take in and
analyze for themselves.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
Personally, I love that.
I'm going to be so totally andsuper honest.
I love that analogy because, like you said, everybody is not
born the same way.
You got some people that arepremature, but guess what?
They still living.
You know what I'm saying so,even if your vision is premature

(40:02):
, it started out a certain likerough.

Speaker 2 (40:05):
You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 1 (40:06):
Yeah, you still can nourish it and you still can get
it to grow.
Oh my God, I love it.
That's a whole word.
Some of us come briefs.

Speaker 2 (40:16):
You know we feed first, we in the fire, we kick
it, we doing but, and then youknow, and then some of us come
the way we supposed to, but it'sall different.
You know, in the nurturingprocess all of that is different
.
So we just have to know it's awhole.
The whole thing is what is yourvision now, somebody else's
what's yours, and nurture that.

Speaker 1 (40:36):
Yeah, right, that's so good.
And I wanted, miss hayley, Iwant you to kind of go into how
excited that you are about, youknow, doing this whole pencil
paper tour.
I mean, I know I'm excited andI'm determined to make sure that
it is sold out.
I'm determined to make surethat it is going to be just

(40:58):
absolute.
It's going to set the stage forthe rest of them.
So how excited are you aboutbeing co-host of this?

Speaker 3 (41:09):
when, when coach Bridget asked, ok, I'll do it,
I'll help.
But then she said, kiana, I'mlike perfect, perfect, perfect,
perfect Because I know you fromchurch.
So I said I met her.
I said it's going to be perfectBecause you know Atlanta a
little bit more than I do, butstill we're still newbies at

(41:31):
maneuvering around.
But, by the grace of God, thisis going to be amazing and I
know Coach Bridget frominteracting with her, from being
in the vision room and fromwhat I've seen and from what I
have gleaned from in the visionroom and knowing pen to paper
how it was and everyone talkingabout it, because I already

(41:54):
signed up for 2024.
My room is booked and I am in.
So when I knew she was coming,I was like this is going to be.
It's going to be fire in thechat, as they say.
It's going to be amazing.
Can't wait to actuallyexperience it out loud.
That's why we're going to keepbombarding with social media or

(42:15):
whatever right, but I think theamount of information that coach
bridget is going to impart isgoing to be like no other.
I can see that and she has somuch wisdom and her the way that
she is able to to.
How do you say um with everyonethat she's connected to and the

(42:38):
collaborations that she's builtover time?
You can't.
You can't get that at any placeelse.
And the people I saw that shebrought into clarity.
Man, come on.
No, no right, she is such anurturer.
Now she's a nurturer, but she'salso no-nonsense.

(42:59):
I'm not going to hold your hand.
This is what you're going to doand this is what you're going
to have to do, and I told CourtBridges this before
Entrepreneurship is not for theweak.
You see the end result of whateveryone else has, but we don't
know how they got there.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (43:20):
Your back has got to be strong and you've got to be
like a duck.
The water's got to roll upRight.
So, with that strength becauseI'm doing things I didn't think
I could do, because a part of meis super spoiled, because I
can't do anything know, everything is done for you in
corporate, get a guy, that'sjust what it was, but when you

(43:41):
come to reach yourself, it's awhole other kettle of fish.
Yes, you don't know how are yougoing to run your business, how
are you going to help your teamwhen they can't figure it out?
You have to be to jack alltrades, but still your niche and
what you can do is wonderful.

(44:02):
But if you don't know how, youget someone who knows how but
you still have to know how Inthe event that they may drop the
ball then you know what to do.
Absolutely, I'm waiting tothrow out that pole and catch
the fish.
Throw the net out and we willpull all the fish in.

Speaker 2 (44:20):
Yes, that's it On this boat here.

Speaker 3 (44:23):
Anywho, yes, ma'am, yes, I'm like you.

Speaker 1 (44:28):
I'm so excited because all the information that
you were talking about, I waslike dang, I didn't even know
all of that Wait a minute, holdup were talking about.
I was like dang, I didn't evenknow all of that.
Wait a minute, hold up, causeI'm like.
I'm literally excited about itbecause of the simple fact that
I'm going to be able toimplement more stuff to what I'm
doing.
You know, a lot of people, youknow we.

(44:48):
You have to always be learning.
I don't care what nobody say,I'm always always always always.
Because whatever can help me out, I'm ready.
So Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (45:03):
Absolutely.
You know, one of the thingsthat you know.
I continue to say no shade toanybody else, but one of the
things that I pride myself on,and we pride ourselves on within
the paper, is that we justdon't tell you how, we show you
how, because it's important that, when you walk away, that
you're not dependent on somebodyelse, and not only that, as you
grow, you grow other people, because, at the end of the day,

(45:26):
what God gives us is not justfor us, it's for others, and so
I'm clear about that, I'mtotally clear about that, and I
don't want, you know, there'ssome people.
They set their structure up sothat you can be dependent,
because they want you to have tocome back and pay for this and
come back and pay for that.
Well, no, that's not how itworks, you know.
That's not how I work, you know.
And so when I'm with clientsfor long periods of time, it's

(45:46):
for a reason that I'm with themfor long periods of time, but
it's not because they'redependent on me, because I not
only tell you how, I show youthat, and so and I think that's
important because you need to beable to grow and go to the next
level, right, and then you needto be able to take people that
need what you do and help themto grow and go to the next level

(46:07):
, and so there are a lot ofopportunities out there that
they they tell you, you know, they tell you how, but they
don't show you how.
So when you leave and you pay,you know fifteen hundred, two
thousand, twenty five hundred, ten thousand, twenty thousand or
whatever, and then you stillgot to pay someone to help you
figure out how to do it, how toimplement it.
I'm a one-stop shop.
When you come to me, you don'thave to have 12 people, right?

(46:34):
So if you're coming to do abook, you're going to get your
graphics, you're going to have abook in hand within 30 to 60
days, depending on where youcome in at.
And I don't tell you thatbecause I just I'm just using
numbers.
I tell you that because it's aproven system and I work on a
system, and so a part ofunderstanding your vision is
understanding what yourstructure is going to be, what
your strategy is going to be andwhat your system is going to be

(46:54):
.
So this S3 model is the modelthat we're going to be talking
about throughout this tour, andit works if you work it.
So yeah, we don't just tell youhow, we show you how.

Speaker 1 (47:06):
I love that.
I'm so super excited.
I'm so super excited.
Well, I'm not going to hold youall any longer because I want
us to you know, be able to getthis out here, because we want
to make sure that everybody knowthat the pencil paper tour is
here in atlanta.
It is going to be here april27th and so if you got any more

(47:29):
advice, um, coach bridget, on um, what people need to do, let
them know where they can go toget the get the ticket and um,
and just pray us out.

Speaker 2 (47:43):
Absolutely, yeah, absolutely, I'll be glad to do
it.
Absolutely, you need to go toBridgetMoodycom forward slash
tour and you know, definitelyyou want to be on this inaugural
location in Atlanta, georgia.
That's the inaugural locationfor the tour starting out, and
they will be hitting across thecountry, from the northeast to
the west coast and back down tothe southwest.
So we're going to be panningthe country.

(48:05):
We're going to be doing 10cities, so we definitely would
love to see you in one of thosecities, but we absolutely want
to see you in Atlanta, georgia, april 27th, from 10 am to 2 pm,
and we'll be there in the DuluthGeorgia area, 3550 Ventura
Parkway, and so we'll be thereat the Courtyard Marriott.
Meet us there.
Matter of fact, beat us there.
How about that?
So go.

(48:25):
What you don't want to do is youdon't want to wait till the
ninth hour.
So when you hear this, you needto be going to the website and
grabbing your seat right now and, here again, bring somebody
with you, don't go up, come byyourself.
Make sure you bring somebodywith you.
And so we're looking forward toseeing you April 27th and we
thank you for these amazing, amazing, thank these amazing

(48:46):
hosts Hazel Thomas and KianaJackson.
Thank you so much for being apart of this vision, for seeing
yourself in the vision.
That's what's important.
You were able to see yourselfbeing a part of it, and that's
what we want to do, and we wantto help others to make sure they
can help others to seethemselves in their visions.
So that's what it's all about.
Let's pray, father God, we thankyou for this time, we thank you

(49:07):
for this hour, we thank you forthis opportunity to come
together, to collaborate and tocommunicate with others, and for
those for which our voices, that are all under the sound of
our voices tonight we pray, ohGod, that something's been said
or shared that's pricked theirheart, pricked their mind, and
it said to them this issomething that I need to have in
my life.
This is something I need to bea part of.
I have a vision.

(49:28):
I'm unclear, I have clutter andI'm not sure what direction I'm
going in.
And so, god, we're believing youthat you're going to touch the
people that need to be in theroom on April 27th in Atlanta,
georgia, and you're going toallow this opportunity to
minister to their hearts and toteach them business principles
that's going to help them to getfrom revelation to
manifestation, from vision toreality.
You're going to bring themclear on that decision.

(49:49):
So we thank you now that it's asuccess.
We thank you for these folks.
We pray your favor beyond it.
