In several discussions lately, I have heard people talking about people paying their "Fair Share" of taxes or making their "Fair Share" of income. Who determines who gets to keep their wealth and who has to give it up?

You may notice that I have changed, slightly, the title of this series. It came to me this week while listening to Glenn Beck that what I was talking about was "Values" not just "things"
