In this episode, I talk about the importance of pausing to acknowledge just how much my heart has been through—hurt time and time again. It’s easy to keep pushing forward without recognizing the weight of past pain, but true healing starts with acceptance. I dive into why those late-night tears come when reflecting on the past—because they’re a sign of growth, of seeing things clearly for what they were. But the answer to a hurt heart isn’t ignoring it—it’s loving and nurturing it. The best way to rebuild trust in myself is by putting the pieces back together with love, from me, for me.
