He started with his own family, enrolling his siblings in top-tier yeshivas, and went on to found Kehilas Yaakov kollel, which provided support for baalei teshuva and avreichim from prestigious yeshivos alike. His love for Torah compelled him to travel the world in search of support for his kollel, despite his aversion to travel. He was driven by his profound concern for the spiritual well-being of his students, and his selfless dedication knew no bounds. Rabbi Nissim's kindness and generosity were legendary, and he provided both physical and spiritual assistance to those in need.
