podcast.
This was actually recordedearlier this week with a past
client, past student, who hasreally emerged in her leadership
so beautifully and honestly.
I feel like I have nothing todo with that and just really

(01:28):
honored that.
I got to witness the growththat happened as she anchored
into her leadership in such abold and powerful way, and so we
felt it to be a timelyconversation to dive into the
mother wound and really deepeninto this conversation in a way

(01:51):
where we're sharing andreflecting on our own journey,
but also what it has meant, through our unique lens, through
our unique experience, touncover and discover the
framework and the depth that themother wound really, truly
impacts us.
So I hope that there are somepieces in here that resonate,
that spark something, that bringhealing, that bring insight for

(02:14):
you as well.
At the end of our conversationtoday, we both share ways to
take the work deeper, but beforewe even do that, we both deepen
into the Akashic field and takeyou on a shamanic Akashic
mother wound healing journeythat really truly just came out

(02:35):
so beautifully.
It was just again so honoredand the layers and the way that
we got to weave together wastruly really so powerful.
And so, again, this is thatinvitation to sink in, to
receive, to just let thetransmission touch you where it
needs to, to open what it needsto, to really deepen into your

(02:57):
own framework of what the motherwound is.
And if you're desiring acontainer to go deeper, hannah
shares a beautiful way to godeeper.
In her Akashic program that shehas coming up, she weaves in
her unique medicine.
Obviously she's got a reallybeautiful background in trauma

(03:21):
awareness and integrating toolsand, being a person of color,
she's really bringing a lot ofintegrity to her understanding
and her teachings around thechakra system and she just has
so much to offer and so I hope,if this speaks to you, you will
follow the nudge to check outher body of work At the end.

(03:44):
I also share that.

And otherwise, I hope that yourNew Year's is off to a
beautiful, spacious time todeepen into time, to integrate

I'd love to hear from you.
All right, without further ado, here is the recording of this

(04:55):
week's interview.
Welcome.
I haven't been live in theFacebook group for a little
while, so I'm super excited todrop in and to talk about a
topic that's near and dear to myheart.
And, of course, I have broughtHannah and I'm going to let
Hannah introduce herself in justa moment.
But she has explored the motherwound in depth and so I'm

(05:19):
excited to drop in.
We want to kind of share our youknow from both of our
perspectives what the motherwound is and how it's impacted
our own journey.
It's a really, really importanttopic.
And then we would love to openup to the Akashic field with the
Flower of Life, akashic HealingMethod, and we're going to take

(05:41):
turns guiding a healing journeyin the Akashic field, and so
I've never actually done thisbefore with and co-created in
the field.
So this feels really excitingfor me and I'm just really happy
and excited to dive in.
So if you're catching us liveand if you're catching the
replay, just you know, say helloand then if there's just

(06:02):
anything that sparks for you,any nuggets from your own
journey, anything you'd like tocontribute, please drop it in
the comments.
I might not see it now becausesometimes they're slow to load,
but I will definitely circleback and I would love to hear
from you.
So, without further ado, I'mgoing to give Hannah Stinson
some room to introduce herselfand then we shall dive in.

(06:26):
So welcome Hannah.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Thank you, tara.
I'm so excited to be here andjust very, very excited to
channel together and share myperspective on the mother wound.
But before I dive in, for thoseof you who don't know me, I am
Hannah, michelle or HannahStinson, and I am the CEO and
founder of Healing with Hannah.
I work with individuals fromall walks of life, all ages, all

(06:51):
genders.
However you express yourself, you are welcome in my community
and I really support people incoming back to their innate
magic through healing theirchildhood trauma, past life,
karmic tendencies, theirancestral lineage.
And a lot of the work is weavingin the healing of the mother
wound and coming back to a placeof empowerment and feeling like

(07:15):
we can really manifest the lifeof our desires.
Because we have befriended ourshadows.
We are loving the parts ofourselves that we have shamed
for most of our life.
So I love chatting with peopleabout where they're at and their
journey on the mother wound.
So, yes, like Tara said, definitely share in the comments

(07:36):
, because I will go back andread those and connect with
anyone who wants to connect.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Yeah, beautiful.
So you mentioned the motherwound and how it empowers us.
I just thought that sparkedsomething for me.
So, if it's okay with you, Ijust want to drop in how do you
feel?
And also, hannah, you have abook, right, like you've
authored a book as well, right?
Yes, what's the name of thebook?

Speaker 2 (08:01):
My book is Entering the Divine One Breath at a Time,
and it is an exploration ofsobriety and spirituality, and I
wrote and published it in 2020,in the height of the pandemic,
and it was the most catharticexperience for me.
That was, I think, the catalystto truly healing my mother
wound.
If you want to do some deephealing, write and publish a

(08:23):
book about yourself, because youhave to explore so many facets
of yourself that maybe you nevergave yourself permission to
explore before.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Yes, so let's talk a little bit about that.
I'm going into interview modehere because there's some pieces
that are really they're gettingmy attention and so you're
talking about like the motherwound and how empowering it is,
and shadow work, and thenexploring all these different
aspects of who we are.
Can you talk a little bit aboutlike shadow work, exploring
these aspects of who we are andhow you feel the mother when

(08:57):
ties into that?

Speaker 2 (08:58):
Yes, of course.
Well, I believe, much like CarlJung does, that our shadows are
parts of ourselves that wehaven't been able to love
properly.
So, yes, shadows can presentitself in jealousy and anger and
these other emotions, butreally it's, I see it, as the
parts of ourselves that at onepoint in our existence was not

(09:20):
nurtured.
So, whether that was yourconnection to your intuition, or
crying or whatever that mightbe right, being emotional,
showing your emotions, there'sso many ways our shadows present
themselves, and how I see it isthat we weren't given that
permission to love and nurturethis part of ourselves.
We pushed it down, we pushed itdown, we pushed it down and

(09:41):
that's why it manifests in angerand jealousy and frustration or
however it presents in yourexperience.
And so shadow work is just, Imean, it's like the opposite
coin of, like you know, reallyunconditional love, because
unconditional love is lovingourselves in all conditions.
And so if we can love ourselvesin shame, in guilt, in anger or

(10:06):
, you know, even in the parts ofus that make us feel like
static, but we're scared toshare that Because in fear of
being rejected or silenced orjudged, because we were at some
point in our experience.
And so I think for me themother would just been coming
back to that unconditional lovewithin myself and that means
that I got to show these partsof me that don't feel that

(10:28):
lovefully.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
That's amazing and how like what's been your
process for, like connecting toand understanding like those
parts of you.
Sometimes it's a natural, youknow, I feel like a natural
piece in our journey becausewe'll inevitably push up against
it.
But yeah, is there anything?

Speaker 2 (10:47):
I mean, I am a big believer in when we can create
buoyancy in our nervous system,we can heal anything.
So a big part of this for me iscoming back to healing my
central nervous system.
Right, I think a lot of us livein sympathetic states.
We don't even know we're livingin a sympathetic state, meaning
we're living in our traumaresponses and that's normal.
We get activated, right, we'regoing to get activated, we're

(11:09):
going to, we're going to feeldis-ease in our system.
If we're not taught how to comeback into that social engagement
, that ventral, vagal state inour nervous system, it's really
hard for us to show ourselvesunconditional love.
So a big part for me has beentoning the vagus nerve.
A wonderful book is it's calledthe Healing Power of the Vagus

(11:33):
Nerve by Stanley Rosenberg.
So if you really want to diveinto what I'm talking about,
that's a great resource.
But different ways likechanting, humming, singing,
exposing yourself to sunlight, acupuncture, crying, laughing,
those are always we stimulatethe vagus nerve and we begin to
create buoyancy in our nervoussystem.

(11:55):
The other one, which I knowTara, you are a big, big lover
of this is like a morningroutine and I call it a morning
magic practice.
But that's also showing yournervous system consistency and
giving you an opportunity tocome inwards, connect with
yourself, really get groundedand centered, so you're showing
up best you can from this reallyinterconnected place with your,

(12:22):
with your soul and your system.
I think that answered didn't it?

Speaker 3 (12:28):
I don't remember, but that, yeah, I remember what the
question was and I think thatit more than answered it, and I
think the thing too, for me islike coming into community too.
Like there's just like you know, being in community is very
regulating, and I think that wesometimes think that it has to
be something that we do inisolation or that we do in alone
, and and that that's the powerof like coming into sisterhood

(12:51):
or just coming into likecommunity, is that it allows you
to to regulate in the way thatwe're naturally designed to.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
So I love that, tara yes.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
Yeah, that's so beautiful.
Yeah, is there anything elsethat you want to share about the
, the, the mother, when I havesome things that I that are kind
of popping up for me, but Iwant to just check in with you
and see how everything's flowingand what else is, yeah, go
ahead.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
Oh, it's flowing beautifully.
I mean it's 1111 right now.
I just like the time and I waslike oh, spirit, confirming this
, this divine collaboration.
I I mean really I love what yousaid about community too,
because I feel that the motherwould impact us from feeling
safe to show up in spaces withother women or other femme folk,
and part of part of it is like, you know, getting out of your

(13:41):
own way, just showing up onceand seeing how that impacts you
and then beginning to, like youknow, take more steps to be seen
in community, because youdeserve that.
We are hardwired for connection.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Yeah, absolutely.
I know that in my work over theyears I've had a lot of women
who want to deepen into theirleadership and they want to come
into community.
There's the community pieceagain and they want to feel seen
and they and they want to feelrooted in themselves and they
they just don't understand fullyhow to be in community in a way

(14:14):
where it feels safe, right, andso part of that is that coming
into that like you use the wordcompassion like that deep, self
loving relationship withourselves where we can see and
hear and honor the beauty of whowe intrinsically are and and
really start to embrace that andand when we can cultivate that

(14:35):
for ourselves too.
And this is a part of likehealing the mother, because
we're learning to motherourselves.
We're what I call repatterningthe mother line.
We're starting to look at likewhere those wounds exists and
we're starting to bring likelove and and self support and
and we're learning to motherourselves the way that maybe we
didn't have mothering aschildren because our mothers

(14:57):
didn't have that and theirmothers didn't have that.
I actually, you know, and Ibelieve this is one of the core
wounds just in general on theplanet, is a disconnect from the
mother, when we see it, evenjust with their disconnect from
earth, from Gaia.
So there's so many places thatthis, this mother wound, and the
potency and the layer and thepower can go.

(15:18):
But, yeah, just this, you know, coming into community and how,
how it needs to begin with usand how we can start to mother
ourselves and listen toourselves.
And that brings me to like theinner child.
And so, you know, one, oneimportant thing that I did want
to mention too, when we'retalking about the mother wound,
of course, no, my little dogjust got out and it's so cold.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Well, you can go grab her if you want.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Can I Okay?

Speaker 2 (15:47):
Yeah, of course.
No, problem no don't be sorry,I will pick up where Tara's left
off until she comes back withthe inner child piece.
I 100% agree.
I mean there there is no inneror mother wound healing without
tending to and nurturing andloving and connecting with our
inner child.
And I do believe that if wearen't actively taking that time

(16:09):
to connect with the inner childand give them permission to
play and be seen, theunconscious inner child begins
to run our life.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
Yes, beautiful, so many layers like and I think
about, you know, working at thelevel of the inner child too,
and and how so much of thatstems from such a young age and
it's not necessarily, you know, our mother's fault, and I know
that the mother, you know, themother dynamic can be very
complex, and yet it's stillimportant to just note that it's

(16:40):
carried.
It's carried through so manygenerations.
And one of the things that Iwanted to touch on, one of the
things I wanted to touch on wasthe, the multiple, the multiple
timelines that we often travelwhen we're looking at healing
the mother wound.
And that's like where, for me,the Akashic records have been

(17:00):
like so, so powerful and beingable to like travel, all the
different timelines.
And so when we're talking aboutthe mother wound, we're talking
about, you know, ancestrallyand how and how the pain and the
suppression of the feminineenergy, that feminine nature,
has really been suppressedthrough many, many, many, many

(17:21):
generations of women.
When we're talking about theAkashic records, very often
we're, you know, we're tying itto past lives and and that's
absolutely true, and I thinkthat's, you know, for me one of
the most powerful tools andparts of my understanding when I
was learning about the motherwound was that the mother wound

(17:44):
is so ancient it's it's aboutthe disconnect from the feminine
and the collapse and the dividethat happened 5,000 years ago
on the planet with the patriarch.
That created the separation andthe suppression of the feminine
also, you know, and it impactedso many things.
And so the Akashic recordsbecome such a valuable tool for

(18:04):
us to uncover where along oursoul path we interacted in
different experiences with, maybe within the family, but you
know, maybe within ourpartnerships, or maybe within a
mother that we had, with themother that we had in a past
lifetime, but always how the,the patriarchal framework,
impacted that separation andkind of built on the suppression

(18:28):
of how that impacts us in thispresent moment timeline.
And so with the Akashic recordswe can also travel back
ancestrally through through ourgen, through the generations, to
understand where the motherwound is impacting us, and then
also, with the Akashic records, the inner child and and learning
to understand our experiencesas children and where that

(18:50):
impacted us and the mother wound.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
I'm just curious because I know the inner child
piece is an important piece foryou too, if you have anything to
kind of add on to that oh yeah,I mean I would say that the
Akashic records have justaccelerated my ability to allow
my inner child to feelcompletely safe and in the
depths of the healing that arethe multiple timelines of

(19:17):
healing the mother wound.
I know that before I startedworking in the Akasha and in my
records I put that, that work tothe side.
It felt too heavy for me tohold alone and, yes, I had a
therapist and I had healers andother people supporting me.
But it's that empowerment pieceI think we talked about at the
beginning, of when you know howto read your own records and

(19:39):
you're doing that work foryourself.
It's so empowering for, ofcourse, your present, a self,
but your inner child.
You're bringing them in andyou're giving them that place to
be seen, heard, felt, understood in in all these ways
they work before yeah, yeah,there's.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
There's something so powerful.
I think the Akashic records aresuch a powerful tool that
allows us to unearth with a lotof clarity, kind of what's
sitting under the surface orwhat's in the shadows.
But there's also something sopowerful about having witnessing
another, just like what you'resaying, like witnessing another
or having ourselves be witnessed, right, and something,

(20:20):
something so healing and sopowerful.
Well, this feels like abeautiful place, I think, to
drop into, maybe opening up tothe field and and just yeah, and
seeing what wants to comethrough from there.
I am just gonna briefly toggleover and see if, okay, we're
good, amazing, so let's go ahead.

(20:43):
I've got the the, the Akashicprayer here, so I'll go ahead
and open to the field and okay, hmm, so we're gonna go ahead and
center in, and if that feelsgood to you, if you're catching

(21:03):
the replay replay, if you'reonline, of course, go ahead and
center in with us, allowyourself to just receive
whatever the transmission wantsto be, and so I'm gonna close my
eyes and drop my chin and I'mmaking that invitation for you
as well, and as we do that, wecan go ahead and just start to

(21:24):
notice what we notice in theenvironment around us any sense,
any sounds, temperature of theroom, then we're gonna go ahead
and bring our focus to ourbodies, to our breath.

(21:44):
I'm gonna call down the templesof divine love, light, truth,
abundance, wisdom and power todescend, to grow and expand
around us, calling in our guides, masters, angels, teachers,
goddesses, guardians andelephant ancestors to be present
and for truth and accuracy tobe obtained for the highest good

(22:05):
of each and every one of us,highest good of the collective.
Asking this to be a divinelyprotected space, for only the
highest frequencies of love andlight shall exist, vanishing all
negative influences, shouldthere be any.
Thank you, thank you, and let'sgo ahead and we'll start to

(22:27):
bring our focus back to ourbreath, taking a breath in
through the nose down into theenergetic room space and then up
and out through the mouth, doing that breath two more times
, bringing it to the count ofthree, and I'm just making that

(22:58):
invitation to start to sink intothe space, making this a real
gift to you.
And I'm also already seeing uskind of sitting on a forest
floor and seeing the pine treesand smelling the fresh air and
feeling the roots underneath us,bringing the focus back to the

(23:22):
energetic room space.
We'll go ahead and juststarting to notice any feelings,
any sensations, and thenstarting to see a beautiful
golden, radiating light, startto move and swish and swirl
through the pelvic bowl, throughthe sacral, bringing that light

(23:42):
down through the core of thebody, down through all the
layers of earth, crests, soil, root and rock.
It will just drop that right tothe core of Mother Earth and
letting that light grow deep, deep roots into the core of
Mother Earth, just allowingourselves to continue to let our
body weight drop and drop untilwe feel fully held by the

(24:06):
beauty and abundance and powerof Mother Earth, bringing our
focus to the heart space.
We'll go ahead and see themagenta rose and then from there
, seeing the golden grid of theflower of life begin to expand
and swirl out from the heartspace, located at the center of

(24:27):
the chest.
We're going to let that purewisdom and high frequency light,
the radiant, divine substanceof all of creation that is
interwoven into all of life, begin to permeate and infuse
itself within us, out from usand all around us into the
Akashic field.
We're going to let that lightcontinue to grow, expand and
interpermiate with the physicaland non-physical reality that

(24:49):
exists before us, all around usand within us, letting that
radiant, divine substance of allof life that flows through all
things continue to flower, flowand expand from the heart chakra
, then feeling, seeing, sensingnow as the doors to the Akasha
and all the light, love andwisdom of the Akasha open to us
now.
And so it is, and so it is, andso you're just taking a moment

(25:15):
to tune in yourself to the field, to your body, and I am going
to tune into the field and startto see what the medicine is,
start to see what the message is, and then I will, of course,
guide you through that.
So the first visual that I'mgetting is a river and a tree

(25:40):
and a being down by the river, and it's almost like it reminds
me of the inspiration card inthe tarot card deck.
Of course I'm getting this, thetarot.
So there's a woman down by theriver.
It reminds me of theinspiration card.

(26:02):
There's a star over top of herhead and there's this like
gathering of the water, the tree, the rocks, and that's kind of
like the first visual.
So I'm just noticing what I'mnoticing as I'm getting that
visual, and then I am going toshare some more of the medicine
that's coming through and youcan just again allow yourself to
receive.
So there's something getting myattention around the way that

(26:23):
oh, this is interesting, the waythat she's trying to gather the
water up in like a bucket, butthe water she can't quite hold
all the water in the bucket, andeven the bucket has like
streams of water kind oftrickling down, so there's like
holes in the bucket.
So a lot of times when I speakabout the mother wound for me

(26:46):
right now on my journey, I talka lot about capacity and our
ability to like hold life andour ability to hold vitality and
how oftentimes the mother woundimpacts that, and there can be
a lot of layers to that, butthere's this.
So this idea of like the bucketand the water is kind of like

(27:06):
reminding me of like the womband our capacity to like hold.
And so to me, if you'recatching the replay or if you're
here with us live, it feelslike there's maybe a desire in
the context of your experienceto hold more, to hold more
vitality, to hold more life, butit just seems to like be

(27:28):
siphoned away right.
And so there's an art tolearning how to hold that energy
and learning how to feed andnourish ourselves in a way where
it contributes to likesustaining vitality.
And so we can have patternsaround that, learned patterns

(27:49):
that we've seen watching ourmother when we were little.
We can have inner childpatterns, we can definitely have
past life patterns.
But the question really is isyou know, where is your capacity
at?
Where do you desire morevitality, more nourishment, to
hold more of the flow and tohold more of that like shockty

(28:10):
power?
Now I'll just see where itwants to open from there and
then I'm going to shortly handit off to Hannah and see where
this wants to go and we're justgoing to trust.
So the next visual that I getis a tree, like a big tree, like

(28:35):
a big pine tree and just like areally solid trunk and like
really solid roots.
And so to me there's thisinvitation.
Also, we're talking aboutcapacity and then we're talking
about power.
And so what does it feel like inyour body?
Because sometimes when we'rebuilding capacity and I often

(28:56):
will say our highest level ofcapacity is often how do I say
that Our lowest level ofcapacity is often our mother's
highest level of capacity.
So we're often kind of breakingdown some of the layers of what
that means to support, greatercapacity to carry our lineage
forward, even, and how we get toshow up in vitality and

(29:23):
nourishment, and actually theword fertility is like coming
forward.
So there's an invitation to likesee yourself infused with this
big, beautiful like it feelslike a big spruce, right To feel
what it would feel like to beto show up in that space of like

(29:43):
rooted, anchor the trees, themedicine right now, but that
rooted, anchored power to beable to really hold your energy
from that kind of place of beinganchored, expanded, rooted and
radiant.
And because and this becomes animportant piece too, because we

(30:06):
sometimes we're learning rightat a visceral or embodied level
what it means to be able to showup and have in influence over
our environment like that, andagain there can be sometimes
inner child pieces around whatit means to feed ourselves first
, to show up in greater power,to take up more space with the

(30:29):
truth of who we are.
So I feel fine to just kind ofPass it over.

Speaker 2 (30:35):
Yeah, we'll just go with it.
Yeah, it's divine because youjust said the inner child and,
like, every piece that I'mchanneling is about the inner
child.
I saw it and it's funny yousaid the tarot, because I saw
the five of cups as soon as wecame into the field and then I
saw the inner child.
And for those who aren'tfamiliar with what the five of

(30:56):
cups represents, it's thisfeeling of like focusing on what
you don't have, as opposed toall of the abundance that you're
creating.
We often see like one cup that's, you know, the waters coming
out and the person on the card, that's all they're focusing on,
and then behind them there'sthese other cups that are
overflowing, and so you know alot often there's this I'm

(31:18):
getting this piece of likeunworthiness coming through
around, not feeling worthy toclaim the pleasure and sweetness
in your life, because then Isee you as a little child, like
with a big lollipop, and you'rejust.
It's huge, this lollipop, it'slike bigger than your face and
I'm getting like part of youbeing sturdy and radiant and in

(31:40):
your power is giving yourselfpermission to play and
experience pleasure in allcapacities, all facets of your
experience, when you can allow alittle bit of sweetness and
curiosity into the moments thatfeel heavy, that feel negative,
that feel dense.
You're breaking it up.

(32:00):
It's like you're taking, likethe fairy godmother's wand, and
sprinkling this beautiful fairydust right and allowing the
fairy dust to break up thepieces in your subconscious
cellular DNA that's keeping yourooted in the scarcity that was
your mother's, that was hermother's, that was her mother's
right.
And so there's this call forreclamation at when you're

(32:25):
pushing up against that nextlayer of your or the next yeah
layer of your evolution inregards to your capacity, and
you're feeling overwhelmed.
It's like take a pause, comeback to your body.
What does your inner child wantto do in this moment?
Do they need to dance?
Do they need to bake cupcakes?
Do they need to go for a walk?
Do they need to have a tempertantrum into a pillow?
I feel like there's that callto bring them in as you step

(32:49):
into this next part of yourexpansion and your evolution,
because that is healing themother wound.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
That is so beautiful.
I love it.
I love how it really layered sopowerfully on what I was
sharing.
I was busy listening toeverything you were saying, so I
don't have anything over hereat this moment, but I can take a
quick tune in and we can goback and forth a little bit here
and see where it wants to go.

(33:18):
Yeah, so just give me a momentand I'll see what it wants to
open from there.
Well, we'll just roll with that, and that's a part of being and
doing this kind of intuitivework and I always find it
exciting.
But what I now saw was a childand there's a door.

(33:39):
She's in a black room andthere's a door, and then there's
these steps.
That's very bright light nowall of a sudden.
And then there's these stepsthat are leading up to the top
of the castle.
It feels like I can see the topof the castle, and so, if you're
catching this and if you'rewatching along and just allowing

(34:01):
yourself to do the journey upto the top of the castle, what I
find interesting it feels veryhigher self is that everything
feels very white, like verywhite, crystalline light, and as
the steps go up, there's cloudsand even the top of the castle,
feels like it's on top of theclouds.

(34:22):
So as the child reaches thecastle, I actually see like an
adult version of us sittingthere and there's like rose
petals all around this adultversion with like a journal.
And so there's this likethere's some connection that

(34:42):
wants to be made between theadult version of who we are and
the inner child version of whowe are.
When I see a journal in thefield, it is often a guidance to
like ask a few prompts right.
And so, whether you want tojournal this or not, it may just
be an opportunity to tune inand to ask the questions in the

(35:05):
field, you know, and this issomething so beautiful and
something that anyone can do,and some of the deepest ways
personally that I am able tolike, get clarity and healing
while working in the Akashicfield, and so, just again,
allowing yourself to receivewhatever wants to come up.
And so I'm going to go aheadand tune into the adult version

(35:27):
of us and get a couple promptsand then I'll come back to
Hannah and we'll see where thislands.
So the word that's comingthrough is withholding.
So it is this question of like, where are you withholding?

(35:48):
And we do that, we withholdlove, we withhold permission,
and part of that can be theworthiness wound.
For sure, that's definitely acore wound connected to the
mother wound, but the twoquestions really are and
sometimes these can sit on ourperipheral or they can sit a

(36:09):
little bit in the shadows isreally like what are you wanting
, what are you desiring?
You know, and it feels like, ifyou're catching the replay or
you're here with us to just, youknow, sink into that like, and
it may be on the peripheral, like sometimes what happens is
it's a little bit of like well, they can have that, but I can't.
They can do that, but like Ican't.

(36:30):
And so that's the invitation inthe field today, right.
And then also so, what do youwant, what do you desire?
And it feels like it's kind ofright there.
You know, and as I'm now tuninginto the field to the all the
white reminds me of likemother's milk, like nourishment,
right.
And so here's the next questionis like, what are you really

(36:51):
needing, like, where are youneeding nourishment?
And it could just be exactlylike Hannah said it could be
more play, right, and it couldbe nourishment that's sourced.
Maybe it's more time in nature, right, maybe it actually is,
maybe it's more quality timewith, with friends, like it
could be so many things butwhere are you needing

(37:13):
nourishment?
And it's just the next thing.
What's kind of like right there, and I'm going to take a moment
, nurse, you're ready to move onon.
So let's give this everybody agood, a good week and a
Southwest Hillary Clinton,remember there.
And I just know that it's.
It's so very much, yeah, andI'm just feeling like the
essence and the energy of theDivine Mother and the milk and
just feeding ourselves andloving ourselves and the

(37:35):
nourishment and all the whiteand the clouds is like, how
deeply can we allow ourselves tofeel held and honored by
identifying these pieces?
And so full permission and fulllove to you as you deepen into
that, and I'm going to go backto Hannah and see if she has
anything that is coming throughand then we'll ground everything

(37:58):
.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
Yeah, tuning into the Mother's milk, the nourishment,
the white I keep getting themessage of, like the angelic
self as well, and calling onyour angels at this time for the
support, and part of that islike your angels are your
ancestors, like these angelsthat are coming through are your
ancestors and the nourishmentthat you are giving yourself

(38:27):
permission to have is areclamation for your lineage.
And then I see us standing onthis cloud and all those rose
petals that were around likewhere our adult self was sitting
, are on this cloud with us andwe're floating on the cloud and
we're being called in yourmind's eye.

(38:48):
If this feels good for you, ifyou want to follow along, is
floating over the differentrelatives, family members, soul,
family, whether they're here orpassed on, and like letting the
rose petals drop from thiscloud, letting there be this.

(39:09):
I'm sensing it's almost likethis layer of forgiveness as we
heal the mother wound.
There is forgiveness that asksto be invited into our
experience.
So maybe you're forgivinganother, but I'm really sensing
that ultimately this is helpingyou forgive yourself and some of

(39:30):
the guilt that you've beencarrying from your lineage
around, allowing yourself thatnourishment right, drinking the
mother's milk and coming back tothat connection through divine
love as well.

Speaker 3 (39:46):
Oh, wow, yeah, that's so beautiful.
Yeah, this is.
It's such a deep lineage workand it really really is touching
in on the worthiness, woundsand around, allowing ourselves
to like, receive and sometimesthe edges and the layers of
guilt that we can hit on, and sosometimes it's ours and

(40:11):
oftentimes it's through ourlineage, so I love that Well, so
this feels like such an amazingplace to land, and Hannah and I
both have two different waysthat you can take this work.
If it's speaking to you, ifyou're looking for containers to
go deeper with this, but firstof all, I want to invite you

(40:33):
just to ground the container, tojust see yourself sitting on a
beautiful bed of roses as tobeautiful bed of roses and just
really allowing yourself to feelthe activation of the rose
frequency, just basking in allof that unconditional love,

(40:55):
bringing yourself into the spaceof the sacredness of who you
are as a divine being, knowingthat who you are as a gift,
without having to be anywhere ordo anything.
Just that, the essence, thepresence of you is a gift
contribution, and with that I'mgoing to thank the guides,

(41:19):
guardians, masters, angels, teachers who have been a part of
this experience today, andwe're going to know that the
clarity, healing intentions, activations are all going to
unfold into completion for yourhighest good, and the door
between the worlds is now closed, and so it is.

Speaker 2 (41:43):
I love that, me too.
That was so cool.

Speaker 3 (41:47):
So cool, so fun.
I loved it.
Um.
So go ahead, hannah, and justshare a little bit about what
you got going on, because it's agreat opportunity, yeah.

you learn to work with theAkashic records.
