I've taken a little bit of ahiatus from the podcast a couple
of months ago.
It was just feeling like it wastime to take a step back and
maybe there was a new directionemerging and I've been really
playing with a lot of differentpieces of the journey that I
have done over the last 14 yearsin the online space.

I have done over the last 14years in the online space and,
lo and behold, it's reallypieced together in the last
probably month, and so the newpodcast series is called
Sovereign Mother.
I'm really excited to bejourneying with you and
introducing these new pieces,because I truly feel we're on
the precipice of this newgeneration of not just
(01:44):
motherhood but of understandinghow divine feminine
consciousness wants to shift,heal, rebalance and elevate the
family matrix right.
We all know the divine feminineis here.
We've been seeing the emergenceof that in so many different
ways within the journey of womenand men.
But women awakening to thedivine feminine.

You know, I know for myselfthat journey began 14 years ago,
even earlier, really as amakeup artist.
It's been a lifelong path, butreally when I deepened into
supporting other women throughlife transition, life
transformation, and so you knowit's been 14 years of supporting
women in that capacity andreally seeing how, when a woman
(02:28):
steps into her evolution,there's a ripple effect through
her family of origin and alsothrough her current family
matrix.
I have been supporting mothersfor a very long time.
My own sacred path reallyopened up with the birth of my
daughter.
Opened up with the birth of mydaughter.
So I know the motherhoodjourney well, even though my
(02:48):
daughter is now 14 years, 14, 15, turns 15, right away, 15 years
old.
I know the motherhood journeywell.
I've been supporting women for14 years, women from all walks
and paths of life, butspecifically mothers.
And I know that when a motheris called to the edge of her
evolution, when she deepens intoher divine feminine essence,
(03:10):
her soulful vision and this isevolution it doesn't stop.
You're always going to find, Ithink you know we integrate it
and we hold the evolution, butwe'll always be called to more
growth right.
And so we come to the edge ofthat evolution, of going deeper
in our awakening journey, andwhen a mother does that, it's
(03:32):
tricky because she's oftenenmeshed in the threads of the
family matrix, where we oftenhave threads of patriarchal
consciousness still woven intothe matrix, and so she will push
up against different dynamicsthat make it very hard for her
to step into the fullness of herevolution.
(03:52):
I know this because I have seenit in my own journey.
To a degree it's been a bigpart of my initiation is
understanding the depths andlayers and threads of and
mirrors of family matrix work.
But definitely I see this withmothers on their awakening path
(04:14):
and we are reaching this placewhere women are really, you know
, wanting to deepen into theirdivine feminine evolution.
When that happens, and whatdoes that even look like really
deepening into their divinefeminine evolution when that
happens, and what does that evenlook like really deepening into
the divine feminine evolution?
Right, and I think that it issomething that calls us into
more of our power, more of oursovereignty, more of our
(04:37):
embodiment, our sensuality, moreof aligning our lives to our
deeper, truer feminine values.
Aligning our lives to ourdeeper, truer feminine values,
creating space for a uniqueexpression, deeper intimacy,
right, wanting to go deeper withour ability to feel nourished,
alive, satiated, and how we getto bring that and weave that
(04:58):
into the scope of our familyunit.
But what often happens againwith the mother is that she
starts to push up against a lotof outdated relationship
dynamics and also she caninternally come up against the
edges of what she has beennavigating and how that pulls
(05:20):
from her lineage, often thesuppression from the feminine
lineage, often some of theblueprint from witnessing her
own mother in the role of motherand often, too, from watching
other peers, other mothers, bein the role of mother.
So there's this hugeopportunity to come into the
(05:44):
edge of our evolution, to deepeninto and awaken more fully to
our divine feminine vision andessence, and also to redefine
over and over again what mothergets to look and feel like for
us on our womanhood path.
Right, we traditionally comefrom and there's a lot of
(06:06):
programming around the role ofmother, but we traditionally
come from the role of mother andit's kind of steeped in and
there are layers to this.
It's steeped in kind of likemother guilt or sacrifice.
So particularly the ones thatcan often feel this are the ones
that are very called toleadership, are the ones that
(06:27):
are very called to spaciousnessand freedom, right, and so they
can feel or feel the projectionsof being selfish, right, there
can be a lot of layers to thator that.
Somehow they are maybe failingin motherhood, right, because
they're, so they're dying forspaciousness, and so when we're
(06:49):
dying for spaciousness, we don'thave the capacity or the
presence to be with our children.
And yet it becomes importantthat the mother be nourished
with spaciousness and freedom sothat she can bring that type of
presence to her children wherethere is capacity and where we
can allow for connection, trueconnection with our children.
(07:10):
When a mother is sacrificing,when she's not feeling spacious,
when she's limited on freedom,it is very hard for her to
connect to her children in theway that she deeply longs for.
So we have to come into thisnew paradigm of motherhood where
it becomes imperative to putour own needs, wants, desires
(07:30):
first, and then to be able tostructure the family unit around
that.
And so Sovereign Mother isreally the awakening of
motherhood, not just the divinefeminine, but about how the
divine feminine wants torestructure internally some of
the hardened edges, some ofthose places of suppression that
(07:52):
still exist, some of thoseplaces of the wounded masculine
or patriarchal consciousnessthat is still suffocating the
feminine rather than supportingthe internal feminine right.
And so when we restructure theinternal landscape of the mother
, she comes into a new place ofsovereignty.
(08:13):
There's a new place of a newfoundation meeting her in an
upgraded foundation of unionconsciousness, foundation of
union consciousness, of unionconsciousness.
And this doesn't end.
This is an evolution.
This is an evolution thathappens over and over again and
(08:34):
why oftentimes my work willspeak to women very invested in
their healing, in their growth,in their sovereignty path, in
their vision right.
And we do get better and betterat navigating this.
But these internal uniontemplates become very important
in cultivating 5D consciousnessand also understanding how to
(08:59):
nurture and mother ourselvesthrough these initiations so
that we can actually repatternthe mother and father line and
then come into a new space ofsafety and sovereignty as we
show up in new ways, reallyanchoring the feminine energetic
set point in the home and thenhaving things restructure around
(09:22):
the mother and also thisbeautiful recalibration that
wants to happen where there's anew space of harmony, right,
because the divine feminineessentially brings healing.
When we do create space for her, when we listen, when we honor,
when we allow her to take thelead, there is a dismantling
that happens.
That can be harder when we'reenmeshed in the family matrix
(09:46):
and some of the really outdatedcodependent relationship
dynamics that tend to pullmother around.
That can be harder torestructure it.
And yet once we do restructureit, it makes space for not just
the union consciousness within,right those new templates to
really integrate within, butwithin the family matrix as a
(10:09):
whole.
And now there's breathing space, there is flow.
The family matrix has beenrestructured now to meet the
mother in the space of herevolution.
And that's so powerful Because,you know, women truly have been
at the leading forefront ofevolution, of healing, of
(10:31):
consciousness right Of theawakening of the divine feminine
.
We know that.
I think it's changing a bit now, but we know that and so we
need to be able to make space tosupport that evolution and the
accelerating of it.
And it is beautiful and it is acontribution to the family
matrix.
(10:51):
Choosing ourselves and our ownevolution isn't something that
takes away from our family.
It is a contribution.
I know for myself.
You know, I've seen me become achannel of abundance.
I've seen me anchoring in tothe unity consciousness, into my
embodiment, into that feminineenergetic set point in the home
(11:13):
and really cultivating apowerful channel, being able to
call in abundance for my family.
Right, having my husband be achannel of abundance for the
family and for myself.
But it really shifts not justthe internal landscape but the
landscape of the family matrixas a whole, the way that we
(11:36):
start enforcing boundaries in abeautiful and healthy way.
It has a ripple effect withinthe family unit, although not
always easy at first, right, butit allows the family to
untangle and come into a newspace of relationship with
themselves.
Right, it's so powerful,especially with children, if
(11:57):
we've got codependent patternswith children.
So, working with the Akashicrecord, that's very effective.
There's a lot of clarity thatwe can get around how this
entanglement happens and theneasily clear it so that mother
can recalibrate and so that thefamily can recalibrate to mother
and they can come into a newspace of sovereignty as well.
(12:19):
That's this journey into thenew paradigm.
It is sovereignty, havingpeople feel healthy and whole,
being in that space of soulfulempowerment, feeling sovereign
in their being when we come fromlineages and lineages of trauma
and codependent patterns.
(12:43):
One of the most beautiful thingsabout family matrix
recalibration is healing toxicmasculinity.
Right and I know there's alittle bit of controversy,
controversy over using thatphrase and I think you know it
really just is the undervaluingof emotion right, which you know
(13:05):
through my lens, is oftenconnected to the liberation,
valuing emotional intelligence.
It's an aspect of the feminine.
So when the divine feminineawakens within mother and she
starts to listen to herself andfeel right and value her
emotions and communicate heremotions, well, what happens
(13:26):
within the family matrix?
It heals any of those littlethreads in the family matrix
where there's toxic masculinityplaying out and that can play
out through.
It doesn't matter if you're aman or a woman, a boy or a girl,
it doesn't matter, it doesn'tmatter.
So why am I sharing all of this?
(13:48):
Well, I'm sharing all of thisto let you know about a few new
ways to get started on your owndivine, feminine awakening
journey, to come to the edge ofyour own evolution.
There's no better time than nowto get started and to come into
a safe container and to start topeel back the layers of the
(14:13):
enmeshment of where things areready to reharmonize to your
internal world.
So on Tuesday, july 16th, Ihave a new three-week
introductory pathway beginning.
It is $111 and it is threepowerful channeled teaching

So every week we meet and we godeeper and deeper and deeper.
Week one we start to reallyfeel into the emerging soulful,

There's layers.
We travel through the family oforigin, past life.
We look at how that's playingout with our more masculine
counterparts, our partners.
We look at how it's playing outinternally.
The threads of this will affectyour business, your

relationship to money, yourrelationship to self.
It is everything.
So I want you to come in.
I don't like webinars ormasterclasses, it's not my thing
but come into a container andexperience the transformation.
It is something you kind ofhave to experience to really
understand the consciousness ofwhat I'm talking about.

The consciousness of what I'mtalking about, especially if
you're being called to lead inthe new paradigm or if you're
already really anchored in yourleadership and you know that you
want to go deeper, right, youknow you're pushing up against
an edge and you really want topeel back the layers on that,

layers and the lines ofentanglement through different
relationships.
It is an energeticrecalibration.

I've seen me anchoring in tothe unity consciousness, into my
embodiment, into that feminineenergetic set point in the home
(11:13):
and really cultivating apowerful channel, being able to
call in abundance for my family.
Right, having my husband be achannel of abundance for the
family and for myself.
But it really shifts not justthe internal landscape but the
landscape of the family matrixas a whole, the way that we
(11:36):
start enforcing boundaries in abeautiful and healthy way.
It has a ripple effect withinthe family unit, although not
always easy at first, right, butit allows the family to
untangle and come into a newspace of relationship with
themselves.
Right, it's so powerful,especially with children, if
(11:57):
we've got codependent patternswith children.
So, working with the Akashicrecord, that's very effective.
There's a lot of clarity thatwe can get around how this
entanglement happens and theneasily clear it so that mother
can recalibrate and so that thefamily can recalibrate to mother
and they can come into a newspace of sovereignty as well.

That's this journey into thenew paradigm.
It is sovereignty, havingpeople feel healthy and whole,
being in that space of soulfulempowerment, feeling sovereign
in their being when we come fromlineages and lineages of trauma
and codependent patterns.

One of the most beautiful thingsabout family matrix
recalibration is healing toxicmasculinity.
Right and I know there's alittle bit of controversy,
controversy over using thatphrase and I think you know it
really just is the undervaluingof emotion right, which you know

through my lens, is oftenconnected to the liberation,
valuing emotional intelligence.
It's an aspect of the feminine.
So when the divine feminineawakens within mother and she
starts to listen to herself andfeel right and value her
emotions and communicate heremotions, well, what happens

within the family matrix?
It heals any of those littlethreads in the family matrix
where there's toxic masculinityplaying out and that can play
out through.
It doesn't matter if you're aman or a woman, a boy or a girl,
it doesn't matter, it doesn'tmatter.
So why am I sharing all of this?

Well, I'm sharing all of thisto let you know about a few new
ways to get started on your owndivine, feminine awakening
journey, to come to the edge ofyour own evolution.
There's no better time than nowto get started and to come into
a safe container and to start topeel back the layers of the

It is everything.

but come into a container andexperience the transformation.
It is something you kind ofhave to experience to really
