Join me this week on the Naturally Prosperous Woman Podcast where I share soulful, paradigm shifting medicine , and feminine wisdom for women transitioning into their power during the aging process.

As Christian Northrup's work on menopause states a woman's psychic baseline shifts from being at her peak during bleed time, to be that consistent psychic baseline when we hit menopause.

This is a cornerstone of my discussion, as I share on the empowerment that awaits in the crone stage—an era of a woman's life that is activated by psychic and primal forces.

Together, we traverse the path of body and womb space healing, paving the way for women leaders to amplify their expression and leadership with newfound depth.

The societal tapestry often neglects the vibrant threads of feminine life cycle initiations, but this episode weaves a narrative that honors these milestones. Drawing from personal experiences and the collective sentiments revealed through Akashic record work, we uncover a shared grief amongst aging women—a yearning for recognition and fulfillment.

The conversation expands to embrace the dark, feminine power, redefining motherhood, and the crowning initiation under the new moon. This is not just about embracing change, it's about stepping into authenticity and power as we navigate each feminine life cycle transition life gifts us.

Our final musings challenge the perception of aging and self-value in a world infatuated with youth. We celebrate the sacred dance of our evolving bodies, advocating for the intrinsic worth that maturity bestows.

By engaging in ancestral healing and charting a new course for our aging timeline, we illuminate the path to becoming MORE—not less—with age.

As this transformative period beckons,  I invite you to journey with me in the upcoming program:  Mythos of the Aging Woman, A 5 Week Shamanic, Akashic, Feminine Wisdom Journey to lay a deep foundation for your higher ancient aging path!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Naturally Prosperous Woman
podcast.
I'm your host, tara Preston, founder of the Akashic Women's
School, mentor to new paradigmleaders for over a decade and
teacher of divine prosperityconsciousness.
This podcast is dedicated toempowering women leaders around
the world who desire to tap intotheir authentic feminine power

(00:21):
for more money, magnetism and,of course, impact.
It's a platform for womenleaders wanting to embrace their
natural abilities to createlead and flow, unlocking their
inherent potential forprosperity and living in
alignment with their truestselves, because it's your birth

(00:41):
right to flourish in thenaturalness of the woman you
were born to be.
Thanks so much for being here.
Let's dive in.
Hello and welcome to theNaturally Prosperous Woman
podcast.
I'm your host, tara Preston, and today I am talking about
five paradigm shifts to agepowerfully.

(01:05):
This is a really importanttopic.
Over the years you know thelast 14 years and 6,000 Akashic
Record sessions I have workedwith women from all ages and all
walks of life and specificallyI want to speak to the power of

(01:26):
the aging woman because with theAkashic Records, a lot of it is
shadow work.
It's a lot of what helped meunderstand what the core
collective feminine wounds werethat really impact our
empowerment and our leadershipand our full expression as women
.
There was a point in my 30s whena lot of my work was focused on

(01:50):
mothers, stepping into more oftheir purpose, because that's
essentially where I was in myinitiation.
I truly believe that we'regiven these gateways of
initiation, like our first bleed, like leaving home in our
twenties.
Um, motherhood, whether you'vehad, you know, children or not.

(02:11):
And then the crone, initiation, the crone.
The word crone itself is suchan interesting word and it's
wrapped up with layers of um,with layers of of dialogue, with
layers of woundedness, if youwill, with layers of suppression
even.
And yet there is so much powerthrough the reclamation of that

(02:35):
word.
I've often shared on the wordcrone, which I think is so
powerful, and yet it's got thiskind of stereotype of being like
the hag right or the older, kind of like witchy woman,
that's like outcast from society, that is unattractive and kind

(03:00):
of like living in isolation.
Really, originally the word wascrowned one and way back

(03:24):
thousands of years you know theher power.
She was revered as a communityleader, really looked up to for
guidance around the healing andthe health of the community.
She was very respected and itwas a time where women came into
their crown codes.
It was a time where women cameinto their crown codes right,

(03:53):
where their psychic and higherpower chakras were really
illuminated in conjunction withthe primal power, the primordial
power of the womb, so reallybecoming these very powerful
bridges between heaven and earth.
We hear a lot about that now, especially, you know, those that
speak about the priestess path, and I do believe that we spend
our entire life, if we so choose, really fine-tuning our

(04:17):
channels, you know.
But there is a specialinvitation through the aging
portal, through the aging portal, through the perimenopause to
menopause initiation, to reallyvery actively devote ourselves
to our bodies, to healing oursexual trauma, to healing the

(04:39):
womb space, to really actuallyground and anchor the higher
frequencies and energies of thethird eye and the divine power
chakra.
I was reading something reallyinteresting the other day, which
I absolutely love, by ChristianNorthrup and I've had her book

(05:02):
forever, christian Northrup, andI've had her book forever
Women's Bodies, women's Wisdomand I skipped to a page on
menopause and one of the thingsthat she mentioned and I truly
believe this to be true is thatwomen, when they move through
the perimenopause to menopausetransition, menopause to

(05:28):
menopause transition, um, thatthey go from having their
baseline psychic, uh energy bemost powerful during their bleed
.
When we move into the menopausetransition it's actually, it
actually becomes, um, our fulltime psychic baseline, like that
heightened psychic kind of sageenergy that we're able to
access during bleed time.
We actually have access to thatall the time once we move

(05:51):
through the perimenopause tomenopause journey.
But it's also really importantto understand that as we move
through this transition andbecome more psychically aware,
we have to find ways to groundand anchor more fully into our
body and the womb space often, you know, highlights and holds a

(06:11):
lot of our sexual trauma and sowe tend to avoid it and we
don't live in a society that hastaught us how to embody right,
embody our feminine vessel, embody the womb space, and so
oftentimes we're asked to movethrough a lot of that trauma
that we've held collectively andindividually and ancestrally,

(06:33):
so that we're able to ground ouressence and our energy more
fully into our channels.
This is work that I've beendoing for a long time, but as I
was reading that that sectionfrom Christian Northrup, it
became really clear around whyit becomes even more important
to prepare for the perimenopauseto menopause journey.

(06:55):
Because without having alanding pad, without being safe,
in our bodies, that psychicenergy turns on and our system
does not know what to do with it.
Right, and it can lead to, youknow I don't know that I
necessarily have science to backme up on this, but I have read
this before but it can lead toheightened psychic ability,

(07:21):
right, it can lead to, um, toyou know, not having control of
our mental capacities to be ableto ground and have control over
that energy.
So it can lead to, likedifferent mental illness or
different psychosis.
It can and I don't have scienceto back this up, but I why this

(07:48):
is something that we have to bemindful of.
The perimenopause to menopausejourney is something that you
know we are collectivelylearning about and there's, you
know there's and I, you know, asfar as I can see, there's not a
lot of like feminine wisdombeing woven into the
conversation.
We're starting to dialogue alot more around.

(08:08):
You know, a lot of the physicalbody symptoms that we're
starting that a lot of women aresuffering with, which is very,
very unfortunate.
It's one of the reasons thatI've dove into becoming a
registered holistic nutritionistis that I want to be able to
understand our hormonal and andbody health at a deep, deep

(08:31):
level.
So that being able to assist atthe physical body level is just
one way that I can assist, while also being able to hold
that deep transformational spacefor women to come into both
their psychic and theirprimordial power, so that they
can step into their matriarchalleadership, their matriarchal

(08:52):
wisdom, right for these newtimes, but also because it is an
important time to step into ourcommunity leadership.
And here's where I want tostart talking about the five
paradigm shifts.
So I have an upcoming program.
It's starting on Monday fiveweeks.
It's a very, very, I think,beautiful investment of 275 USD.

(09:15):
If you've been in my containersbefore they go deep, the energy
is, um, is really powerful.
There's a lot of medicine inthese spaces.
So, if this is speaking to you, you're ready to do the
foundation work for yourperimenopause to menopause and
beyond journey.
And we have women in theirforties, fifties, I think um, I

(09:39):
think one that maybe um is laterfifties, like it, it doesn't
matter.
It's never too late to do thiswork.
I just happened to be 46 andI've been doing work on behalf
of the feminine, the sacredfeminine, for a long time and,
and I know this is where I'mbeing called to and I know it's
part of the conversation.
I want to be a part of thatconversation, um, because we're

(10:02):
living in such pivotal timeswhere there's more and more
women talking aboutperimenopause and menopause and
also the rise of the divinefeminine.
So it's like this, this, there's this like, um, these two
energies coming together and Ithink we're going to see
something really powerful andpotent enter the collective and

(10:23):
it's very, very due.
It's very due.
So.
So I want you to start thinkingabout leadership, about
matriarchal wisdom, about thevalue that we place on aging
women in society.
And it is shifting and I thinkthat's beautiful and I think
that I've known from a veryyoung age that there is power in

(10:47):
the aging woman.
I feel like, to a degree, I'vebeen preparing a whole lifetime
for this part of my journey, andso I'm very, very excited and I
take my approach to theperimenopause to menopause
journey.
I'm very devoted to shiftingthe paradigms around that,
because I do believe there'simmense power.

(11:09):
So, way back when, when Istarted to take, when I was
doing Akashic record works, youknow, probably like 12 years ago
, I was focused a lot on themotherhood initiation, but I
also started to have a wholebunch of women show up in their
fifties and sixties, evenseventies, which gave me the
opportunity to really understand, um, the disconnect that was

(11:29):
happening and how many womenwere entering into the later
stages of their life and theywere feeling a grief or a
sadness from either not reachingtheir full potential or really
feeling undervalued, um, at thatpoint in their life.
And so, and then also too, there was oftentimes like a

(11:53):
grief, right, A grief or ananger, which the two are often
very connected.
But getting into these laterstages of life when we've got
accumulated grief and emotionalresidue and anger, it's from a
lifetime of not harnessing thepower of the initiations that

(12:14):
we're given.
Each initiation along thefeminine life cycle is an
opportunity to recalibrate intomore of who we are being called
to be as women.
Right, we don't decline when weage, we become more right, and
that's part of like thecollective scripting, like that
in itself is a paradigm shiftand we don't decline.

(12:37):
Yes, our bodies requiredifferent support because our
muscle mass starts to becomeless right.
It's a little bit harder tobuild strength and muscle.
You know, for me personally,I've started weightlifting,
which has felt really good.
I've actually incorporated alittle bit more protein and
cardio.
But what I love about thisstage of life 46, right, and

(13:00):
seeing some shifts in my body isthat it has required deeper
listening.
Deeper listening it hasrequired partnering with my body
in a totally different way, asan ally, right, and I think for
me it's been beautiful and it'sreally contributed to a
different level of vitality inmy life that, um, I don't know

(13:23):
that I've had in some of myyounger years.
So we don't decline, we becomemore the feminine life cycle
wheel, if you will.
All of these initiations, ourfirst bleed leaving home,
motherhood, the crone, initiation, it's all there for
us to recalibrate to.

(13:43):
The thing is, in society wedon't honor initiations anymore.
We don't honor it throughceremony, through ritual.
We don't honor these passagesin a way that they need to be
honored, and so we lose powerand we also carry forward all
the emotional baggage from thepassage prior to this initiation

(14:09):
.
That's not really what, how Iwant to say it the portal, the
initiation.
So prior to whatever theinitiation is, so like
motherhood.
You know, for me I had my childin my thirties, so that was a
significant, you know, verypivotal time on my path.
Our whole center of gravitychanges, our belly button moves

(14:30):
so without actually taking thetime.
So a lot of women will go in,like you know, you know, often
having like a trauma responseand keep busy and they're doing
and they don't honor the passageof time and the transition
that's happened or who they werebefore motherhood, right, or
even some of the difficulties,um, around navigating the

(14:50):
initial stages of motherhood.
And so what happens is that wedon't honor what was, we don't
feel we don't come into a newspace of power through these
very pivotal times on our path.
For me, I did take the time, Irecognized you know, that that's
a part of my sacred work, butalso that there was a huge

(15:10):
opportunity to redefine whatmotherhood meant to me, right,
and and through that it becameabout authenticity and sacred
motherhood and sacred sexualityand really brought in a whole
body of work around theevolutionary mother, really
really understanding thatmotherhood to me, not what
motherhood was to my mother ormy grandmother, and bless them

(15:33):
because they're both sobeautiful and and I love their
journeys.
But you know there's this therewas a collective around, um,
the mother, in that we need togive, give, give, sacrifice, do
right.
And what does it do?
It creates disconnect from ourintrinsic power as mothers.
And so the evolutionary motheris about the balanced role of

(15:55):
mother, right.
It's about being anchored againin the womb space, right, being
led by the womb, being able tostructure our lives in alignment
with the way that we need toflow and how we need to be
supported as mothers, so that wecan show up from a cup that
overflows, so that our presencein the home can be valued right,

(16:16):
just the presence, not thegiving, doing, sacrifice, guilt,
right.
So there's a redefining, there'sa paradigm shift around the
role of mother.
I plan to do the same thingwith the role of aging.
So starting, you know, bringingit back to these paradigm
shifts, right, and starting toreally look at this idea of like

(16:37):
, leadership and matriarchalwisdom.
Anytime you talk aboutleadership and weaving in
feminine wisdom, that's arevolutionary paradigm shift in
and of itself, right.
So, as we say yes to this agingjourney, as we say yes to
becoming more of who we wereborn to be, which all of these
gateways of initiationcontribute to, right, all of

(17:02):
these gateways of initiationcontribute to becoming more of
the woman that we were born tobe, our bodies.
Right, we need to come into anew space of harmony, of
connection.
We need to ally with thesacredness of our bodies in a
new way, but it allows us togrow and evolve in a new way too
.
Right, listening is very, verypowerful and unfortunately, in

(17:24):
our society we haven't beentaught how to listen.
So that's the first myth.
And, by the way, this programthat I have coming up, it begins
on Monday, right in the eclipse, right on the new moon, which
is very, very powerful, thecrowned one initiation is all
about the potency of the void.

(17:44):
It's all about the potency ofthe new moon, about navigating
the unknown.
Right, it's really about theinitiation into our full, dark,
feminine power.
Right, it's the I don't give afuck, I don't give a shit.
I'm going to show up as mefully.
I'm going to take up spacebeyond your projections, beyond

(18:06):
who you need me to be to makeyou feel comfortable.
This is who I am, take it orleave it.
So there's a gravity that comesthrough the aging journey that
liberates and creates a freedom, and it and it is scary, it is
freaky to the patriarchalconsciousness.
Right, we're no longer definedby here's, some other paradigm

(18:31):
shifts, but we're no longerdefined by a youth obsessed
society.
We are if we buy into thoseparadigms, right, which are
false.
Right, it's false.
We become more beautiful, morepowerful, more imbued with
wisdom, more embodied, morecapable, more embodied, more

(18:59):
capable.
Right, there's so much more towho we become and we see that
all the time in the collective, with the masculine.
You know, I can't remember itwas a few, I don't know a couple
of months ago and then someonesaid, well, men just age better
than women.
And I was like, okay, yeah, well, that's a part of the
collective wounding.
Like, that's a part of, like, the um, the collective dialogue

(19:20):
that's shaping our perception.
Uh, so, yeah, I'm not availablefor that.
Yeah, nope, um, you know, andthat's, you know, one of the
potent paradigm shifts is thatwe become more beautiful as we
age.
The thing is, is that, withpatriarchal consciousness, there
is a lot of focus on youth, youthful beauty.

(19:41):
It's a very youth obsessedsociety.
Right, it's starting to change, which is beautiful.
I come from the makeup artistryindustry.
I mean, there was a time whereyou saw nothing but 20 year olds
on those ads.
Right, it is changing.
And then, all of a sudden, youstarted to see some of, like,
the supermodels from theeighties being ushered in um
with different makeup campaigns.

(20:02):
That was, and that was huge.
Which, why?
Why is that huge?
Right, so we become morebeautiful, powerful, wise, but
the thing is, is we've got to beable to self-source that for
ourselves?
Right, so we become morebeautiful, powerful, wise, but
the thing is, is we've got to beable to self-source that for
ourselves, right, to be able tocultivate a connection to the
truth of who we are through thelens of our own ability to value

(20:26):
what we know as true?
It really is through presencethat we are able to shift
paradigms, we're able tonavigate out of the illusion and
come back to a deeper truth, right, and I have always, even
as a makeup artist, loved theaging woman.
I love the skin, I love thewarmth that shines through, you

(20:49):
know.
And also, I've seen many olderwomen sit in my chair and obsess
over every wrinkle, obsess over, like everything, looking
perfect, right, and then feelingthis sense of like declining
value, feeling a sense of not,no matter what they do, they
don't feel beautiful.
Right, I've seen that too, right, and that to me, to me now

(21:14):
, I'm not here to judge yourbeauty choices as you age, I've
got, you know, I am here, I know, I know where I want to place
value and what I want to uphold.
But I also respect, you know, the, the paradigm and the
choices that each woman makesaround beauty for her Right.

(21:34):
I think that's like importantand part of what we do in my
upcoming program.
Mythos of the aging woman isthat you get to define what the
aging journey means to you.
You know I had to sit with that.
I had to.
You know I've I'm coming into46.
I just sit with that.
I've got, you know, certainfriends who are doing Botox and
and like and and power to themand and I really had to sit with

(21:58):
like, where, where that fellinto the scope of my aging
journey, what I valued, what Iwanted it to be about for me and
for me.
I really want to be presentwith the aging journey.
I want to fall in love with it.
It's a huge privilege to be ableto age and it's not to say that
sometimes I don't bump up Well,I feel like I've done a lot of

(22:20):
work over the last year, butit's not to say that sometimes I
don't bump up against mychanging body and then judging
it or disconnecting from it orfeeling like it's less
attractive it or disconnectingfrom it or feeling like it's
less attractive.
So I've had to come home to thebeauty and the sacredness of my
body, right, and to realizethat my body is shifting and

(22:42):
changing and to see the beautyin that.
So then, when we shift our lens, we come into a space of beauty
, we feel beautiful, we'rereminded of a deeper truth,
right, the deeper natural beautycodes.
I'm looking at this beautifultree outside that is so old and
so wise and it's not perfect, because nothing in beauty is

(23:05):
sorry, nothing in nature isperfect, right, and the older
trees right, and the older trees, right, and we can value older
things in different ways, butwhy do we not value the aging
process?
So there's that.
And then the next paradigm shiftthat I want to talk about, too,

(23:26):
is just in general, oftentimesa part of the collective
wounding is feeling lessvaluable in society, right, and
this comes from one of the corecollective feminine wounds too,
of like fertile, younger womenholding more value.
You know, there was a time insociety where, like, where there

(23:46):
was like dowries, I mean, depending on what culture you're
from, but the dowries, right, and it does plant itself into
the collective where, you know, younger women were more valuable
.
They were sold and traded and,um, there was a lot more
emphasis on value placed onwomen who had their bleed, women

(24:07):
who were fertile, women could, who could produce children.
Um, and so then, what happenswhen we stop, when we don't have
our bleed anymore and when wedon't have our children, right?
Well, a lot of really potent, powerful things happen.
Our creative energy, ourcreative sexual energy, can now
be used towards more of what wewant to create in our lives,

(24:30):
right, more of our higher vision, more of our passions, more of
our deeper desires can bebirthed into the physical, and
we don't have that nurturingcreative energy going to child
rearing.
So that's really powerful.
But also, you know that thatsense of not feeling valued,

(24:51):
right, it can run quite deep, especially as we move into the
crone initiation, and so part ofthe healing work that we get to
do is around coming back to ourintrinsic value, right Beyond
the collective narrative, andbeing able to see and understand

(25:11):
that the contribution that wemake and have made.
There's so many women that I'veseen who put a lot of their
emphasis into growing theirfamilies and then they're 60 or
70 years old and they don'tnecessarily feel a sense of
value in society like that.
They don't understand whatthey've contributed, right.

(25:33):
And yet I'm like, well, youhave a huge family tree, like,
look at what you've done, that'samazing, right.
And so we have to be able tocultivate that sense of value
within ourselves, like, andreally bring that home to
ourselves so that as we moveforward through the aging
journey ourselves, so that as wemove forward through the aging

(25:57):
journey, we can recognize anduphold our own sense of
belonging and our own sense ofvalue.
And also, speaking of anotherparadigm shift, you know, in all
these paradigm shifts I'mprobably going to lose track of
how many here, but you knowthey're connected to, like,
these core collective femininewounds around the aging woman.
A lot of this we're going to beworking through in myth around
the aging woman.
A lot of this we're going to beworking through in mythos of
the aging woman.

(26:17):
So this is a five week Akashic, feminine wisdom, shamanic
journey.
So every week we're meeting, onMonday we have our 90 minute
opening ceremony and we're goingdeep, deep, deep into the
feminine psyche.
We're going deep into clearingwork, into activations, into

(26:37):
different journaling prompts toreally drop you in, for you to
uncover, for you to redefineright, for you to come home to,
for you to recalibrate to yourpower so that you can feel nice
and ready in your foundation forthe aging journey ahead.
Feel nice and ready in yourfoundation for the aging journey
ahead.
This is work that I have donedeeply over the last well, I

(26:59):
would say since I turned 40, butdefinitely over the last year,
like I really started to want toyou know, and I started to like
notice that my body, some of mymy body, was like hurting the
way that my mom's or mygrandma's was and I was like not
available for that.
I'm like that is not the agingtimeline that I want.

(27:19):
So one of the modules is ohgosh, I can't remember the name
of it now, but yourgrandmother's grandmother,
something like that.
But what we're doing is we'regoing to travel through some
ancestry and lineage work right, because the pain from the
lineage will often get carriedover.
And every time we move throughan initiation right, we're given

(27:42):
the opportunity to untanglewhat we don't want to carry
forward from our lineage andbless our lineage, because they
have all done their part andwhen we do our part there's a
timeline healing.
It is beautiful and powerfulfor all of our lineage, but
we're given the opportunity tochoose our timeline and we're
going to be working withtimelines in mythos of the aging

(28:02):
woman right, that's activationtoo.
We're going to go backwards andforwards and we're going to get
really clear on what's youraging timeline.
Like that, and to me that waspowerful.
I spent quite a bit of timeactually like really looking at,
like what is my aging timeline?
And I don't, I'm not, I'm notavailable for the I'm declining.

(28:24):
I'm available for I'm thebecoming more.
What does that look like?
Right, this is where we havethe power to define our own
paradigms, to shift the paradigmaround aging.
We don't let it happen to us.
We consciously engage, weconsciously engage and through
that process we can recalibratewith so much more power.

(28:44):
So I wasn't available for that.
I've lost my train of thoughtnow on what the next paradigm
shift was.
Okay, so here's another one foryou Feeling invisible, the
aging woman, the core, collective, feminine woman, of
feeling invisible, that thepotency of her voice and her

(29:07):
wisdom is undervalued, oftenconnected to the years of
fertility ending and then alsoconnected to, you know, the
years of fertility ending, andthen also connected to, like our
youth obsessed culture, right, like the emphasis placed on
younger women or on youthful, onthat, on youth, right?

(29:29):
And so then, as we age, we startto feel invisible, right?
And this can happen more, youknow, if maybe we haven't yet
done the work around thecultivation of our wisdom, the
ownership of our wisdom, thevalue of our wisdom and our
voice.
So as we start to inch our wayinto the later stages of aging,

(29:54):
then, um, then we can reallyfeel this sense of like
invisibility, right?
Because as our physical bodyshifts and changes, what really
actually wants to happen is thatwe start to take up more space
with, like, our essence.
And that's the thing Everyinitiation is an invitation to
take up more space with ouressence in the world.

(30:16):
So our essence and I've youknow, this is through my lens, a
work that I've done for many, many years supporting women
through transformation Ouressence is our voice, our wisdom
, the unique vibrationalsignature of who we are, right?
It's our voice, it's ourmedicine, right?

(30:42):
So every time we say yes to ourevolution through these portals
of initiation, more of that, more of our expression, wants to
take up space in the worldaround us, right?
We're not supposed to, like, get smaller and become less and
shrink, and while our bodies mayshift and change our essence,

(31:05):
our expression is meant to growbigger, bolder, more powerful,
right.
And so oftentimes, as we movethrough that initiation, we need
to clear and untangle wherewe're hitting the edges of the
inner patriarchal consciousness,of the suppression of, where
that doesn't feel okay, right,or where we're allowing the

(31:27):
projections of others or theprojection of society to define
our expression, so that we don'tfeel invisible, so that the
expression of who we are isvisible.
But it is through taking upspace, through different aspects
of our authenticity, of ourspirit, of our essence, and so
we find a newfound freedom thatisn't actually available

(31:49):
oftentimes to a younger versionof ourselves who can feel quite
constrained and limited by amuch more perfectionist kind of
like lens that we find in ouryounger years when we're still
kind of navigating some of theillusion, right.
I know that was true for me andI know that that's changing.

(32:11):
I hope that changes for mydaughter, that she's, you know,
connected and in touch withthese parts of herself and that
it continues to grow and thatshe finds a way back to her
authenticity as she goes outinto the world and navigates the
illusion on her own, buthopefully setting up the stage

(32:35):
so that, as she moves throughher life cycle, her feminine
life cycle and her initiations, you know she's coming into more
and more of that bold beauty andpower that we're meant to as we
walk our feminine path throughthe scope of our entire lifetime
.
So I have definitely been alittle bit all over on this
podcast.
I have brought forward some um,oh, here's one more for you.

(33:00):
I just wanted to I mean, Idon't know how many I have, how
many I've talked.
You know what I said Fivepotent paradigm shifts to age
powerfully.
I think I've covered for.
The last one, though, that I dowant to talk about is not
feeling as sexually attractiveor vibrant.
Right, that's a big one, andthat has to do with um, our, our

(33:20):
bleed, um, our bleed ending.
It has to do with more of ayouth obsessed society, but it
also has to do with a disconnectfrom the womb, right, and so
you know, the womb is obviouslynot just connected to being able
to grow and bear children.

(33:41):
It is the source and center ofour creative sexual energy, of
Shakti, right, shakti is theenergy of beauty, of radiance,
of vitality, of creativity theenergy of beauty, of radiance,
of vitality, of creativity.
So, you know, if we movethrough the aging journey and we
don't cultivate a connection toour womb which in mythos of the

(34:03):
aging woman we have come intoactivation number four, which is
the eternal womb, and it reallyis about, you know, clearing
out any woundedness that we havethere.
And, by the way, this isn'tsomething that just happens, you
know, in one session, in oneactivation, depending on where
you are in your womb awakeningjourney.

(34:24):
It takes time, right, and butit is a sexual center and the
more that we can cultivate ourjuicy, vital life force, energy,
the creative life force, energyof sexuality, the more that
radiance moves through our life, moves through our system, the

(34:46):
more it animates us, it bringssparkle, it brings glow, it
brings expansiveness andfullness.
Glow, it brings expansivenessand fullness right, and that is
the energy of sexuality andfeeling attractive, right, like
beauty and sexuality, that isavailable to us at every age,

(35:08):
not just when we're at certainphases in our life, right.
So this is a huge, this is ahuge paradigm shift.
So, when we can come back intoour wombs, when we can give
ourselves permission to enjoybeing in our vitality, when we
know how to wake up that Shaktienergy and get it moving.

(35:29):
It allows us to sparkle withthat radiance and to be in our
sexually attractive energy andto enjoy being in our sexually
attractive energy as aging women.
And not just that you know, webecome more powerful in our

(35:51):
divine creation energy.
Right, we, as we move into thecrone initiation, there's a real
emphasis that shifts from, um,you know, being able to like,
create more and really harnessthe power of that creative
sexual energy, that that islimitless right versus like
doing more, right, where we canlike, recalibrate to like our

(36:15):
full presence and power andharness our creative sexual
energy and then be able to likedirect the flow of that to what
we want to create.
Right and birth for ourselves.
The, the, the crone initiationis the call into more of our
matriarchal leadership.
Right, it is the pathway, it isthe void into what will be

(36:41):
birthed through us, into thecollective.
So, when we really set thestage for this, when we really
do this journey of recalibrating, of like, shifting these
paradigms, of releasingreleasing the old of really and
we do do that too and mythos ofthe aging woman, we will take
some time to close out thechapter right, like, to really
look at the lessons that we'vehad the hardships, the

(37:05):
challenges, because, again, midlife to menopause is about
becoming more.
We don't need to bring the painof the past forward is about
becoming more.
We don't need to bring the painof the past forward.
We can untangle it, we canrecalibrate it into the power of
who we're becoming, so that wecan start to prepare for our
rebirth right and the seeds ofconsciousness also that will be

(37:27):
birthed through us as we say yesto our matriarchal rise right
Through midlife and beyond.
We don't necessarily know whatthat looks like yet because
we're traversing the unknown, which we do, you know, through
every gateway of initiation.
But we become much more wiseand much more adept at
navigating the unknown andthat's a part of the crone

(37:50):
initiation.
There's a fearlessness tonavigating the unknown right,
especially as we get closer nowto more of the end of the life
cycle.
Right, there's more of anawareness of like what's beyond
the veil and we grow, you know, should we do the work, grow and

(38:17):
we grow, you know, should we dothe work, we become more
comfortable with the power ofthat.
So, instead of bringing forwardthe pain, we recalibrate it
into power, so that as you moveinto this phase of your life
into the menopause phase of yourlife.
It's a source of power.
It's not baggage right, we'renot becoming bitter.
It's not grief that we'reholding in our bones.
It's not rigidity that'screating pain right, it is

(38:43):
released and recalibrated so wecan create a new story, so we
can choose a timeline for ouraging and then powerfully devote
ourselves to it, so that we canbecome more, so that we can
rebirth ourselves into ourmatriarchal wisdom and
leadership for new times.
Right, for new times.

(39:04):
I think there's going to be alot of higher consciousness
energy that wants to be birthedthrough the emerging powerhouse.
