Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hi and welcome to the
Upgraded Podcast.
I've taken a little bit of ahiatus to be honest, it's been
almost probably more like a year, I guess that I've stepped away
from podcasting, kind of poppedback in a little bit.
January, february, with a bitof an upgrade to the podcast
(00:25):
Still wasn't feeling quite right.
So I stepped away for sixmonths and I have to say last
fall I really felt this call toclose out a lot of old, closing
out the Akashic Women's School, just felt like I needed to make
space for a new identity tobegin to emerge.
(00:46):
Midlife is a wild ride.
It is such a wild ride, it'ssuch a transition and I really
want to make space for it.
I've been guiding women the last14 years through deep soul
level transformation, so Iunderstand intimately the
(01:10):
energetics of change, ofharnessing the power of new
seasons and stages in our livesas women and how we can rebirth
ourselves over and over again.
And really, if we're fortunateor lucky enough to end up in old
(01:32):
age, this becomes a lifetimejourney of reinvention, of
getting to know ourselves, torebirth ourselves, to become new
and more integrated and I don'twant to use the word better,
but it's like richer expressionsof who we are as women, and
(01:56):
that is that invitation ofmidlife and it's a real passion
piece for me.
Even you know I've been servingmothers for a long time, but
especially with the Akashicrecords.
You know, there was a timewhere I was attracting a lot of
women in their late 60s andtheir late 70s.
Um, still today I have womenwho are in their 60s and their
(02:18):
70s and it's been an honor to beable, you know, and many women
through the menopause initiation, you know, women who know that
there is an opportunity to growricher, wiser, more powerful,
(02:39):
more radiant as we age, right, and it's really pushing up
against a cultural narrativethat tells us that we become
less than when really the exactopposite is true.
We step into a baselineemergence of a very deep power,
(03:04):
but I feel the trick is thatwe've got to be really present
with the shifts and the changesthat are taking place
spiritually, emotionally, at thelevel of our bodies.
It's a time of deep listening,it's a time of deep honoring.
There's so much noise now too, around the midlife,
(03:25):
perimenopause, menopause journey, and this has always been a
passion piece for me.
I've always really felt thethreshold of midlife to hold so
much magic and power.
You know, I found ChristianNorthrup's book when I was maybe
20 I'm'm 47 now.
A long time ago I started towork with my cyclical wisdom and
(03:49):
I was in a place of healingfrom depression, from trauma.
But it was my cyclical wisdomthat really allowed me to heal.
It really allowed me to and Ialmost I feel tears saying this
but it really allowed me to findmyself again, to tune into my
body, to tune into my femininerhythms, and I really wish so
(04:12):
much that women knew that thereis so much power in our
gentleness, in deep listeningand in honoring and in honoring
Like we have so much access tohealing right Without
(04:32):
outsourcing ourselves to moreinformation.
You know, I was at the bookstorethe other day and I went to the
health section and there was,you know, two rows.
There was a good section ofbooks on menopause.
Now it's becoming a business.
(04:53):
That isn't even the right word.
It is becoming a business, butit's not the right word.
And for myself, I love learning.
I love learning about thismidlife transition.
I love learning about how ourbodies are shifting and changing
.
I know so many women arestruggling with perimenopause
(05:15):
symptoms and I myself have too,but I have to say.
So much of it was coursecorrected through honoring my
body, through learning to listento my body, through feeding my
body, through understanding howto mother myself and listen and
honor Truly so much wasself-corrected.
(05:36):
By the time we get to midlife,so many women are depleted.
They're depleted with minerals, energetically, their adrenals.
We're not meant to push, go, doand hustle.
And after years of operatinglike that, as mothers, as
leaders, as women, as wayshowers, so many are called to
(06:04):
bring forward their gifts and toreally space hold for the
emergence of a new collectiveway of being and thinking.
But it's like, through all ofthat, through so many years of
overriding our systems, and somuch of that is passed on
through our mother line, throughour interactions with the
patriarchy, beyond the scope ofthis lifetime, right Through so
(06:26):
many other lifetimes, throughour ancestry, through
generational trauma, throughjust having to operate and exist
in society, the matrix ofpatriarchal consciousness which
is really the root of, you know, our trauma.
(06:46):
When we get to midlife, ourbodies are shifting and changing
and they're asking foradaptation.
They're asking, you know,they're not, mostly they're
starving.
Our bodies are like not evenhungry, you know, I would say
starving, nutritionally depletedand beyond that.
It's not even justnutritionally depleted.
It is a depletion for vitality,it is a depletion for radiance.
(07:15):
It's a thirstiness for life,right, because there's so much
opportunity too.
We don't need to dry up,shrivel up, right.
We need to be able to keep ourjuices flowing.
You know, I'm really intosacred hydration.
Right now, I bought myself abrand new ionizer, right, and
(07:46):
it's it's.
It's beautiful, it'shydrogenated and it is alkaline
and it's I'm experiencing awhole other level of juiciness.
So these are the questions, andI feel like, before we go
searching for answers onpodcasts and Instagram reels and
(08:07):
the experts and the books, because there is so much out
there, because it is becomingsuch a business, and I think
it's beautiful that we have somuch awareness around the power
that we have to create a newexperience around this pivot
Sorry, not this pivot thisrebirth, right, and I think some
, even some of the doctors thatI'm watching, you know, who are
(08:30):
leading experts in this field, Ifeel like they're missing the
feminine wisdom part.
There's still like a holding onto like what the aging process
means.
There's something deepermissing from the conversation
around what this gets to meanfor women, you know, and there
are women touching in on that, but not very many, and that, to
(08:51):
me, is the most important piece.
I feel like we, if we listenand honor and allow the things
that want to fade away to fadeaway, while nourishing ourselves
deeply, listening, motheringourselves, feeding the hunger,
the starvation, the dehydrationon like multiple levels we are,
(09:14):
we are supporting ourselvesthrough a void of change,
preparing the soil for a newseason of life.
And if we work with it in adeep way, an emotional way, a
spiritual way, a soul level way, without outsourcing our power
as it so easily and oftenhappens, without outsourcing our
(09:45):
power as it so easily and oftenhappens, is we're really
setting the stage for areclamation into our most
powerful years, beyond just thisyouth obsession with beauty,
right With the way that womenhave been trained, conditioned
(10:05):
to believe that their value isso tied into the way that they
look, you know even that right.
Where it's this question ofwhere are we outsourcing our
power, our approval?
That's the whole point ofmidlife, of stepping into and
initiating into more of power inmidlife and beyond, is that
(10:26):
we're not outsourcing, we'reresourcing, we're finding this
really deep, anchored presencethat has so much gravity and
power in midlife and we can't dothat if we're outsourcing, if
we're still seeking validation, acceptance, approval which, by
(10:52):
the way, that brings me to theupcoming Flower of Life Akashic
rebrand that's happening thisfall.
The doors don't officially openuntil september 1st, but I'm
going to drop the link on thepodcast page and you can know
that the old pricing is actuallyavailable.
(11:13):
We kept it up um, there's thewait list, is there the wait
list link?
And then the um, the oldpricing is there as well.
So, as of september 1st, thedoors are opening to this
rebrand, and I'm saying thisbecause this is so much of the
work that I do with women.
The reason the flower of lifeakashic certification was born
(11:36):
was to really bring forward amodality which is so spiritual
and feminine and shamanic innature.
Space holds in a really deepway, for that reclamation of
stepping into more of our beauty, truth, power, wisdom, wealth,
(11:58):
right and the akashic recordsbeing the deepest tool on the
planet, the deepest healingspiritual tool on the planet,
both awakens that ancient power, our divine soul blueprint, and
clears at a very deep level alot of the patterning right that
we're talking about.
That I was talking about when Iwas saying you so much of what
(12:22):
we've picked up around.
Depletion is so rooted in themother line in past lives,
throughout our ancestry.
It's generational right, thatinteraction with the patriarch
that's so embedded in ourconsciousness.
We're at this threshold wherewe get to dismantle that in a
(12:44):
very fierce way.
So this is a special call formidlife women, with the Flower
of Life Akashic Certificationthis year.
It's open to everyone.
It is absolutely open to anywoman, way shower leader, anyone
who's really ready for knowthis feminine leadership for for
(13:04):
a changing world, is really, really you know what this is
about.
Feminine leadership doesn'toutsource its power.
She doesn't outsource her power.
Feminine leadership is becomingvery deeply resourced with who
you are, the medicine thatyou're here to share with the
world, how you're being calledto take up space in the world.
(13:28):
It's that unshakable sense ofwho you are and the power that
you have right, and it sets thestage for the medicine that
you're here to bring thecommunities that you're here to
serve and lead, but from a veryembodied, very anchored, very
(13:52):
fully expressed, very safe inyour body kind of way.
That's another beautiful aspectof the flower of life is that
it's body-based.
We're working at the level ofthe soul of life is that it's,
it's body-based.
We're working at the level ofthe soul, the subconscious,
cellular level.
We're working at the level ofthe womb.
We're clearing out ordismantling, untangling these
(14:15):
very deeply rooted patterns thatsit and hold as trauma imprints
in our body right, creatingstuck patterns in our lives.
And so we clear that out.
But we work as space holders asyou learn to become a
practitioner, to become themirror of the mother for other
women, where we can uphold amirror to other women, reflect
(14:39):
back to them their power, theirwisdom, their beauty, truth,
that version of who they'rebeing called to be.
And I give you a wholeframework for space holding
moving women through embodiedsoul level transformation right
For these different stages oflife, whether it's motherhood,
(14:59):
whether it's entrepreneurship,maybe it's your soul's calling,
maybe it's this midlife rebirth,right.
Maybe you're stepping more into, like the crone era, maybe
you're moving through divorce.
In any change there is anopportunity for rebirth.
(15:20):
It's just do we understand howto harness the power of it?
Do we understand how to workwith the energetics of change
that's available to us to reallyset the stage for our evolution
as women?
So really, it's for any womanwho's on the edge of her
evolution.
But there's this special call tomidlife women right now.
(15:42):
Who's on the edge of herevolution?
But there's this special callto midlife women right now.
I feel we're at a veryimportant time because women
have an opportunity to step sofully into their power in
midlife.
And that is this invitation isto find your power edge, to be
able to hold it in your body, and that is what the Flower of
(16:03):
Life Akashic Certification, thatpathway whether you do it
personally, it's a three-monthcertification.
We go deep into so many richmodules, like it's just.
It's such a beautifulcertification, six years old you
know I've had over a hundredwomen go through.
Six years old you know I've hadover a hundred women go through
(16:29):
and the feedback is alwaysamazing.
It's always amazing.
It is definitely like my prideand joy, channeled creation.
You know that I created after6,000 Akashic record sessions
and 14 years of service.
So, so there's a lot of magicin that place.
So if that speaks to you, definitely reach out.
You can DM me on Facebook.
(16:50):
You can email me, tara, taraPrestoncom, if this speaks to
you.
So the early pricing ends onAugust 24th.
It's one one, one one right now.
It'll go up to 2,500 as ofSeptember 1st, because I'm
weaving in.
It's getting an upgrade, frequency upgrade modules.
It'll still have the bones ofall the old program, but it's
(17:12):
getting a frequency upgrade andit is such a potent container of
transformation I mean, my wombjust lit up saying it container
of transformation.
I mean, my womb just lit upsaying it.
So I digress, but here's theinvitation is really, if you're
(17:34):
in this midlife portal, or ifyou're at the edge of your
evolution, where are yououtsourcing your power?
Where are you looking forapproval, validation, acceptance
?
Where are you trying to findsecurity outside of yourself?
Where are you trying tooutsource your answers?
And where can you start tocreate space?
(17:57):
This is the foundation, right?
This is the foundation.
Before you go and read and readand read and learn about
hormones and learn about HRT orwhatever it is.
You know that we're beingbombarded with.
Now Come back home to yourself.
Where are you thirsty?
(18:18):
Where are you dehydrated inyour life?
Where are you hungry?
What are you hungry for in yourlife as a midlife woman?
Or what are you starving for?
Where are you feeling depleted?
What is your essence needingfrom you?
What is your essence needingfrom you?
What does your body need fromyou?
(18:38):
What does your inner child needfrom you.
Where can you come home tomother yourself?
This becomes important becauseof years and decades of not
listening, of not motheringourselves.
(19:09):
We arrive in our 40s, late 30s.
We are depleted, malnourished.
So many of the perimenopausesymptoms that we experience it's
due to deprivation, it's due tooverriding the beauty and the
cyclical nature of how we arebuilt.
We have to bring ourselves backinto balance.
So, at a foundational level,it's like bringing yourself back
into balance and we do thatthrough listening, through
honoring right.
(19:29):
You know, for me it was like alot of sugar.
To be honest, it had my bodyout of balance.
And sugar, as in a lot of likebreads and pastas and chips and
like filler foods, comfort foodsthey weren't serving me anymore
.
I needed nutrient dense wholefoods, anti-inflammatory,
(19:54):
nutrient-dense whole foods.
I needed rich, nourishing oils, avocados right.
I started taking Udo's oil,which is a combination of
flaxseed oil and a whole bunchof other different oils.
Like my body, you know, it'sinteresting.
When I started taking oils too,I stopped having hunger
(20:14):
cravings.
I started to remineralize mybody with, like really nutrient
dense teas, like from nature, you know, food herbs, right,
like that is mother's medicine.
Are we listening, are wehonoring Right and we're so used
(20:35):
to this low-grade externalattachment that sucks our life
force energy.
We have to come home toourselves in midlife.
We have to become so powerfullyresourced in who we are that we
can hold a new level ofcapacity for nourishment, can
(21:00):
hold a new level of capacity fornourishment, for power and, to
be honest, our sexual powerright, our creative sexual
energy that we get to use andharness for ourselves and for
the birth of a higher visionthat can set us free, our
families free.
That can be a contribution tocommunity, if you so choose.
We don't need to use thatenergy anymore for childbearing,
it's just for us.
(21:21):
But we need to tend to the fireof our creative spark as
midlife women.
We need to tend to the creativefire of our sexual spark as
midlife women.
As midlife women, we need tostay juicy, vibrant, alive,
(21:44):
nourished, fed, radiant.
So if this is speaking to you, Iwant to introduce you as well
to my brand new free gift tocheck out.
It's called Sacred Radiance forMidlife and it's a guide to
vitality, prosperity and powerin the second half of life, and
(22:08):
I'm going to leave the linkbelow and it's an invitation to
listen, to listen to your womb,to deepen into.
There's a few very simple, sacred nourishment for radiance
recipes, right, teas.
I talk about the art of yonisteaming as such a vibrant
(22:31):
practice of deep nourishment, like it really, really it really
allows you to receive beyondother things.
Right, it's really this wombconnection, this awakening of
our feminine power.
It's so beautiful.
Um, there is a contribution inthere from colin jackson, who's
the creator of the prime method.
(22:53):
Uh, definitely worth checkingout.
He's got a free 12-weekbeginner training plan in there.
Like he is amazing at workingwith midlife women.
Definitely check it out.
And I talk about again the powerof akashic records for shadow
work in midlife life.
(23:14):
Right Again, so much of what wepush up against is unresolved
emotions.
It's all the gunk that we'recarrying around that hasn't been
processed.
Because so many women have beengoing, doing pushing, they
haven't taken time to resolvethe deeper underbelly of deep
(23:36):
emotions.
And this is where the AkashicRecords are so beautiful at
helping to move through, liftout, untangle the deeper
emotions right Tied to pastexperiences that haven't been
(23:57):
processed, and it gets stored inour tissues.
And this is where the AkashicRecords go in and find the
stories clear out the root right, open the way for the release
and then to come into a deeperrelationship with ourselves.
Right, it's.
What new stories are we goingto create?
(24:19):
How can we open the door to thedeeper dream that wants to be
birthed through us?
You know so many women inmidlife.
Stop dreaming, right?
They're so entangled in all ofthese old stories.
I'm a failure.
Oh, I tried that.
(24:40):
Oh, this happened.
Oh, this is it right?
Those are stories.
We're actually meant to lookback at those stories, those
experiences, and recalibratethrough them.
They're there as teachingmoments.
It's not meant to be carriedforward as baggage.
(25:02):
It's meant to offer arecalibration as a part of the
foundation of learning that willsupport the bigger creation
that we're being called into formidlife and beyond.
All right, my loves, I wanted tocome in and introduce the new
(25:27):
podcast, which is RadiantMatriarch, and I just kind of
channeled through a share.
Radiant Matriarch really is thesacred space for midlife
mothers, visionaries, feminineleaders.
It's here.
It's here for all of us whowant to reawaken, or awaken
right In the, in the fullest way, that creative sexual spark,
(25:56):
right, that is so intrinsic tolike who we are.
It never goes away.
It's such a source of vitalitywe can't disconnect from it,
though we have to stoke the fireof it.
It's for midlife women.
You really want to take upspace, redefine their beauty,
power and wealth on their ownterms.
You're being called into a newera of leadership, of freedom.
(26:18):
