Last week, the Supreme Court dropped some significant decisions on Affirmative Action and the Biden Administration's Student Loan Forgiveness Program that have rocked the nation.

While we're unaware of all the long-term impacts this will have, we felt called to drop a bonus episode on our "off" week to open up a self-compassionate dialogue about our response to these recent decisions.

It's powerful to check in during an emotionally overwhelming and unsettling time. As always, we offer some rest ideas we are leaning into that you may want to try, too.

We hope you, too, are giving yourself some extra tender love and care! If anything, we hope this episode gives you the space to pause, check in, feel your feels, and offer yourself the rest and self-care you need during a time that can feel overwhelming.

We've got you, sis!

Key Topics:

  • Why the SCOTUS decisions matter for Black women
  • The impact of these recent decisions
  • What we are doing to give ourselves extra nourishment during this time
