"The Lost Art of Investigative Journalism" Michael Gray Griffith was making a living as a playwright when the world kicked him out of society because he would take the COVID-19 vaccinations. Ostracised and cancelled he decided to use what was left of his life to defend free speech, which was under attack, by getting people to talk online, for an hour a day.

This hour a day evolved to recording the stories of Australians and their experiences and views of their rapidly changing world.

He called this show Cafe Locked Down, but when the cafe's opened he wasn't allowed in, Jab status, so he called it Cafe Locked Out. He believes that due to the last few years Australians have lost their identity, which is why they are on the wrong path.
