Dedicate Professional Complementary Therapist , Instructor and Coach , Specialised In Kinesiology with a passion on Empowering Individuals to be their authentic self while focusing on achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

Driven by her passion on Personal Development led her to become an Internationally Recognised Personal Development Facilitator, that Focuses on the Ancestral Trauma , TFH Instructor and Wellness Kinesiology Instructor

Since 2018 she worked as an Outdoor Leader, PT and nutritional advisor with people in Recovery from addiction, Children from Though backgrounds and Elderly people, and was always amazed by the Positive Outcome simple Kinesiology Techniques had on individuals of all ages.

Her love and Focus on Health and Education led on creating Halcyon Health and Education Services Eire , aiming to bring Complementary therapies and Outdoor Activities in the National, and International Education Curriculum Programs.

Her therapy for self is build up from her time volunteering for Different Sovereign Organisations like Oideachas na hEireann, Health Services Eire, Oglaigh na hEireann, Eire Community Councils and she Enjoys her Learning Journey as a Membership Secretary with the Kinesiology Association Ireland.
