Anette er mor til en teenagepige, som bekymrer sig meget om hvad folk tænker om hende, og det påvirker hendes tanker og handlinger rigtig meget.
Hun skriver:
Det er så slemt, at hun kan skifte tøj op til flere gange inden hun skal afsted om morgenen, hvor hun tænker: "Hvad tænker de andre nu? Griner de af mig? Bagtaler de mig?"
Maja og Charlotte kommer vidt rundt i psykologiske problemstillinger i denne episode, og får vendt emner som lavt selvværd, den indre kritiker og at der bliver tænkt meget i rigtigt og forkert i det mindset hvor man er meget bekymret for andre menneskers tanker.
Det er bestemt ikke ualmindeligt i teenageårene at man går rundt med den type utilstrækkelighedsfølelse, hvor en snæver normalitet, de sociale medier og influencers påvirker det mentale helbred.
