RadioPsykologerne har fået et brev fra en bedrøvet brevskriver, der er bange for, at hun er ved at udvikle en depression. Hun mærker, at hun ikke er lige så forelsket i sin kæreste, som hun plejede, det nye studie optager hende ikke mere, og det er svært at tale med veninderne, når der ikke sker noget nyt.
Hvad skal man gøre, for at komme ud af en følelsesmæssig ond cirkel, der mest af alt bare føles som at man mangler følelserne helt? Kan man gøre noget, eller hjælper det først, når corona er overstået?
