My first guest, Jennifer Redmond, is an Integrative Nutrition & Hormonal Health Coach who helps women struggling with fertility to transform how they view wellness to enhance their fertility and feel deeply supported in the process.


My second guest, Michelle Durnford, is a close friend who experienced secondary infertility. She joins today's episode to share her 6-year journey in-depth with me for the first time. I hope our conversation encourages you to reach out to somebody  you know who has also struggled with this issue.
