In this week’s sh*tshow, the Doggett brothers dissect a movie so ridiculous and baffling that the phrase “What the hell was that about?” comes up multiple times. This sequel improves on its predecessor, but not enough to be taken seriously, even as a tongue-in-cheek slash-fest.
From characters showering with earbuds in and seven-minute exposition dumps, to poorly loaded dishwashers and the dumbest cops ever put on film, there’s plenty to poke fun at. We discuss filmmaking decisions, writing oddities, and the silly special effects. And, of course, we do much of it while affecting awful British accents. You’re welcome.
Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 is a 2024 British slasher film directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield and written by Matt Leslie. It stars Scott Chambers, Ryan Oliva, Tallulah Evans, Teresa Banham, Alec Newman, and Simon Callow.
