(00:00):
Today's episode is.
(00:02):
a re air of a previous episode,or I spoke about.
Signature frameworks.
I have gone over it.
To make sure it is all stillaccurate.
Cause I recorded this a year agoand it is all still accurate.
I changed up a few things.
I changed up a few specificsthat were relevant at the time,
and they're no longer relevant.
So you might hear my voicechange a tiny bit at random
(00:23):
little points, but it's mostlythe same.
And the truth is I think this isactually more important than
ever especially in 2025,especially when we are
struggling to stand out.
Among so many new people in theindustry among so much AI
content.
And I really feel like this isactually more important than
ever.
And in our eight day series, Ispoke about the importance of
(00:46):
having a signature framework inyour business.
But this episode goes evendeeper into not just why it's
important, but also.
How to start.
Creating one and also ways youcan actually leverage your
framework.
In different places in yourbusiness.
For more conversion for morerevenue for more client
satisfaction.
(01:06):
It's going to be so good.
I'm really excited.
Let's dive into this episode andlet me know what you think.
And if you have anything at yourframework or if you were working
on.
one as well.
All right, let's go.
Welcome to the Raising YourBusiness Podcast.
I'm your host, Yael Ben Dahan, founder of CEO Mom Academy, mom
of six, and lifelong readingaddict.
(01:26):
This podcast is here to empowermoms to run their businesses and
lives like the powerhouse CEOthey are.
I want you to believe that youcan have the business success
you desire.
And be present with your familyand to give you my best tips and
strategies for how to make thathappen.
I'll be sharing the honestreality of balancing business
and motherhood, biz models thatwork for you, marketing
simplicity and the mindset of aCEO mom.
(01:48):
Now let's dive in.
Hello?
Hello, my friend.
Welcome back to the podcast.
And today we are talking aboutthe secret weapon that can give
you the ultimate edge over yourcompetition.
And as a mom I really find thatanything that gives me an edge
is helpful.
Anything that will save me timeis helpful.
(02:09):
And this will not only save youtime.
This will not only give you anedge.
And help you stand out in yourindustry, no matter how
saturated it is.
But it will also help you doubleand triple your sales.
And I do not say this lightly, this is literally happened for
me.
This has happened for my clientsand it can happen for you.
Okay.
And as a mom, again, I reallyfeel like the more I can
(02:32):
simplify and the more almostlike shortcuts I can create in
my business to really get me towhere I need to go.
The better.
And this weapon is somethingthat I've enlisted so many times
in so many different programs.
And in trainings that I've done.
And I just find that it is it'sso transformational, it's
transformational, I'm saying so,so many times.
(02:54):
It's really transformational andI am so excited to share it with
you.
I said it again.
Okay.
What I find the biggest thingthat is keeping you.
And that has kept my clientsfrom getting consistent high
ticket clients and high ticketsales.
Is your confidence and here'show you can fix that.
Okay.
If you were selling 10 differenttypes of packages, right?
(03:14):
You have that cheesecake factoryof offers, and I did this too.
As a VA, I started off having awork with me page on my blog.
And then Being able to and thenbeing able to move that into
more specific packages, but itwas like, I can do all these
things.
Here's a little list of stuff Ican do for you, which sounds
great in theory.
But it was like, okay, by 10hours at three 50 or.
(03:37):
By, by.
20 hours that says, 650 yearsI'm like that, whatever it was.
And.
What I ended up finding was thatit was very stressful.
And I also did not have theconfidence that I could say, oh,
yes, I'm really good at this.
Or really good at that.
So if you're selling 10different types of packages, or
maybe you're speaking to peoplewho are just getting started and
maybe you're not at the rightplace for your high ticket
(03:58):
offers.
Or even automaticallydiscounting your offers to every
person who gets on a call withyou.
So how many times has thishappened?
I know it's happened to me.
It's happened to my clients,right?
Where you got on a call and, youit's time for you to present the
price.
And it's you start off.
You're like, okay.
It is.
$3,000.
Normally I charge$3,000, butjust for you, I'll give it to
you for a thousand dollars offbefore they even say anything
(04:19):
before they even.
Express any thought or, Opinionthat maybe that might be too
much.
It might not be too much forthem.
You automatically discount.
Then it means that this is yourissue.
The confidence is keeping youstuck in the first place, right?
Because you're offering allthese different types of things
because you don't believesomeone will want to just buy
your specific thing that you areamazing at.
(04:39):
If you're speaking to people whoare just getting started, maybe
you don't feel confident thatyou can help people who are
further along.
Even if you can, if youautomatically discounting your
offers for every person who getson a call with you then you
really don't believe.
Truly in the value of whatyou're offering and.
I don't know, maybe the thingyou're offering is not so
valuable.
That's.
That's not to me to decidebecause this is you.
But what I found my client isvery often what they're doing is
(05:02):
valuable and I was able to helpthem frame it for themselves in
a way that really helped themfigure out.
Okay.
Yes, this is, this has anincredible lifetime value.
I should be charging more thanmy normal price and I definitely
should not be discounting.
And the truth is that very oftenit is not your fault because it
is hard to be confident in whatyou do.
(05:22):
When you don't have the provenmethod that you've tested over
and over again.
And the more you.
Done something multiple timesand it's worked.
The more confident you are goingto be.
So what are you going to want todo?
And this is your secret weapon.
Is build a signature frameworkand methodology.
And this means you can haveradical clarity on number one,
your marketing.
(05:43):
Number two, your process inwhich you help your clients
exactly how you help yourclients get results and your
unique selling proposition.
All right, how good does thatsound?
How does it sound to know thatyou would stand out in this
industry?
No matter what, because you havea signature framework that
really helps you just be thatgo-to person, that person who
can speak.
With confidence and.
(06:04):
And sound like the absolutenumber one expert in your field,
because you can describe yoursignature framework.
So succinctly and beautifullyand clearly.
So how do you identify yoursignature framework?
Okay.
And I'm going to go a little bitinto this.
Obviously this is a hugeconversation.
This is entire.
This is like a wholemasterclass.
Okay.
But we're going to go over thisa little bit, so you can start
(06:25):
to get an idea and startbrainstorming some things for
yourself.
So some people use frameworkinterchangeably, the methodology
or system, but I see them asslightly different.
To me, your signature system aregoing to be the steps that take
your customers from point a topoint B.
This could be like, it's goingto be 10 steps.
This could be 20 steps.
Okay.
This system does not have to besomething short or small or
quick.
But the signature framework isgoing to be the high level view
(06:47):
of your signature system to helppeople really be able to
understand it better.
To help people really be able tolike, get a quick kind of like
a, like the quick version of thecliff notes version of your
signature system.
Okay.
How do you figure out yoursystem?
How do you figure out yoursystem and your framework?
So what's your P your client'spoint a and what's their point
B.
(07:07):
Okay.
So point a is the problem thatyou, your client, your customer
is having, or maybe that you hadin the past and now you know how
to fix it.
Now you're teaching people howto do that, right?
So here's some examples.
Your business is not growing asmuch as you want it to.
Maybe you're working too manyhours and not seeing results, or
you're not seeing the incomethat you desire.
Maybe you feel like you have towork for every sale.
And you wanna be able to makesales around the clock and work
(07:29):
less hours per week.
Okay.
That's what these are problems.
And this is, I like where theyare at right now.
Now the examples of the point B,right?
So the point B is the solutionto point day where they want to
be.
Okay.
It would be, you have a steadystream of clients and growing
income.
Your business is growing withoutspending all your time.
Working.
You have a sales funnel, it'smaking sales for you.
(07:50):
And so your signature system aregoing to be the steps between
point a and point B.
And here's the crazy thingthough, because like everyone's
signatures.
I'm going to be different.
Because one person is going tosay launch a course and another,
person's going to say launchyour membership.
Another, person's going to sayhave a high ticket coaching
program, right?
W when, in this particular case,in this particular with this
particular client or customeryour signature system could be
(08:12):
so different than someone else'sbecause you're going to have
your way of doing things, right?
So once you nail down yoursignature system and you're
seeing as your frameworkcreating your offer is going to
be so much easier to do.
And.
And a good example for this.
And I'll show you.
I'll show you what I mean in aminute.
But when I had, when I createdmy CEO moms method, right?
So moms stands for mindsetoffers and marketing and
(08:33):
systems, right?
Mindset covers a whole bunch ofsteps, right?
Marketing.
That is a whole bunch of steps.
There's I don't know, six orseven modules just in the
marketing section of CEO momacademy, which is my signature
program.
Offers again, there's so manysteps in there.
This is the system.
The steps are the system, butthe moms is the framework.
Okay.
And that helps people rememberit really easily.
(08:54):
And there's so many ways toutilize signature frameworks and
systems to pull new offers outof your hat.
And that's one of the firstthings that helped my client
help my clients.
Do we create the signatureframework?
And we're like, okay, great.
Now, Is this going to be all inone offer?
Can this be in multiple offers?
Can we pull things out of thisframework to create other
offers?
How do you create your frameworkin the first place?
(09:17):
Hello, my friend, if you've beenwondering how you can stand out
in a sea of sameness.
and AI and templates.
Up the wazoo in 2025.
Actually sell it your serviceswithout burning yourself out and
spend more time with your familywhile hitting your income goals.
My standout and sell minicourses on sale this week for
just$27.
That's$20 off the normal price, and it is for moms who are
(09:38):
service pros, coaches, andconsultants who want to build
their unique signatureframework.
You stand out in their industry, attract the dream clients and
make the marketing simpler andmore effective than ever.
In this course, we dive deepinto things like intimately
getting to know your clients, like never before.
So you have your dream clients.
saying things like, oh, gee, youare still in my head.
Are you a fly on my wall?
(09:58):
Yes.
I've had clients say that.
We're also going to talk aboutcreating a captivating name and
visual for your framework.
Transforming your framework intocontent pillars that sell and
convert to clients andleveraging your framework.
To create your signature premiumoffer.
and expand your offer speed andraise your rates.
I'm even sharing my exact scriptfor transitioning to a pitch on
(10:19):
a sales call or after your livetraining, using your framework.
There is so much goodness insideand everybody who buys this week
and everyone was already insidestandout and sell will get
access to a special hot seatcall at the end of January,
where I will literally hot seat.
your framework.
So you go through the process, build your framework.
And you bring it to the call andI'll go through it.
It makes it Justin's help,brainstorm.
(10:41):
and optimize.
It is going to be so much fun.
And as a special bonus, only forpeople who are already inside
standout and sell or buy itbefore the end of January.
Join us inside and out and sell.
You can find the link below orhad to yell, bend to hen.com.
Slash stand out.
And use the code.
January 27 to get it for just$27.
Okay.
Now back to the show.
(11:06):
The first thing you would wantto do is brain dump.
Everything you do in yourprocess as you work with your
clients.
Okay.
So let's say step one, step two, step three, like all the steps,
because they could be all thesteps.
They just.
Braden up them all out.
And then you're going to figureout the second thing you're
going to do is figure out whichbuckets these different steps
can be categorized into.
So what do they have in common?
So you can lump them together.
So either they could becategories.
(11:27):
And it could be phases thatbuild on each other.
Cause it could be, it doesn'tmean you necessarily need to be
an order.
Usually it's going to be anorder, but you're gonna, you're
gonna have like differentcategories for sure.
Okay.
And then the next thing you'regoing to do is this is what I
like to do.
And this really helps createlike frameworks that are
memorable.
Is use something like powerthesaurus to figure out
alternate words for thosebuckets, you can create an
(11:48):
acronym.
Okay.
So an acronym really helpspeople figure out remember it
helps me not figuring out ithelps people remember remember
your framework and it makes itstand out.
It's oh yeah, I can rememberthat.
If it's just.
A bunch of words, right?
Then that it's not going to beas memorable.
So an example would be the firstframework I ever created ever.
My LinkedIn leads mastery packframework now.
(12:11):
This was very, this was babyentrepreneurial or baby coach,
teacher yell.
Pack means absolutely nothing.
I might want to think ofsomething else at this point.
But I don't need to because Lee,LinkedIn leads mastery is not my
primary offer, so I'm leaving itat PAC, but.
The steps were.
The steps are basically tooptimize your profile.
Create a long list ofconnections to make sure you're
(12:32):
adding the right connections.
Creating content that convertscreating the right content on
LinkedIn.
And then your DM strategy, yourmessaging strategy to have
conversations and get peopleonto calls.
So what I did, it was turnedthis into pack P a C K.
So it was power up your profile.
Add the right connections, create magnetic content and
killer messaging strategies.
Didn't need to have killer inthere.
Not really, but it worked okaybecause it wasn't going to be.
(12:55):
PAC.
That was weird then making itdidn't make any sense.
So I wanted it to sound cute.
And so it's, it was packed now.
Again, this was very early on.
But in other example is one ofmy clients, Catherine.
So she is a stylist.
She's a stylist forentrepreneurs to help them, edit
their closet.
And.
Create a wardrobe that, that.
(13:17):
Aligned with them aligned withtheir goals lens the way they
want to present themselves tothe world and also feels really
good.
It makes them feel good aboutthemselves and their bodies.
And she also does.
She has a set styling and, forbrand photo shoots and she does.
She does brand styling as well.
So you can have her get all youroutfits, organized for brand
photo shoots as well.
She's very talented.
What are the her and I forgotwhat this actually stood for
(13:37):
honestly, but her.
Framework ended up being calledthe dress code and it was C O D
E.
Okay.
Or maybe it was DRES S I forgotto have to check.
But it was the dress code and itwas like, just so I was like,
this is so perfect because this, you say the, my dress code and
I'm like, of course you're astylist.
Of course.
You're going to tell me aboutclothes.
(13:58):
This makes so much sense.
So you do want it to sound likeyour bread and you want it to
fit into your brand.
That's why my mom's framework isso great because I work with
moms and this really just speaksto Hans now.
Mindset offers marketing systemsis that revolutionary and
different.
Not necessarily know, but theway I organize it makes it sound
different.
And the specific ways I.
(14:19):
The mindset stuff.
I talk about the offer stuff.
I talk about the marketing stuffI talk about in the systems I
speak about all those things areart more unique, right?
They are very specific to, thisis how I teach.
This is how I teach my clients.
Do things is not just like anyother offer is not like any
other marketing.
Any other systems, whatever.
I really liked my CEO mom'smethod and it makes things so
simple for me.
Now, obviously this whole littleoverview is a little bit
(14:42):
simplistic.
Okay.
Because there's only so much Ican I can go into when it comes
to Signature frameworks nowturning it into an actual master
class, but I will.
Be teaching it in my upcomingstand out and sell challenge.
Okay.
So this is coming up on March4th.
It is going to be a four daychallenge for moms who really
want to create.
Their signature frameworks.
(15:03):
They can truly stand out intheir industries no matter how
saturated and set up yourfoundation for easy scaling.
Okay.
And I'm so excited for thisduring the challenge, I'm going
to go much deeper into exactlyhow to pull your framework out
of your oh doesn't everybody dothe same thing service.
Okay.
So we're going to go so deepinto this and.
(15:24):
Just so you know how useful aframework can be.
Okay.
I'm going to give you seven waysto utilize your framework and
your business.
And there are so many moreactually have a whole list in
the challenge.
I have not even covered all ofthem, but this is just, these
are just seven of them.
Okay.
So number one is in a webinar, right?
So you can create a webinar withyour framework in it.
And teach it and be like, andtherefore work with me, buy my
(15:45):
thing.
Okay.
Your content pillars.
And I teach exactly how to dothis in the challenge as well.
So how to turn it into how toturn your framework into your
content pillars, and then actualcontent you can create using
these content pillars.
Like I give you examples.
I give you swipes.
I'm giving you everything.
Okay.
You can turn it into creatinglive trainings.
You could talk about your entireframework.
(16:06):
You can talk about one littlepiece of your framework at a
time.
So I love doing like the kind oflike little mini pieces, because
then you could be like Angelaand my whole framework go to
this webinar.
Or if you want the whole thing, buy my course or sign up for my
service.
When you're transitioning fromlive trainings to a sales pitch,
All right.
And I actually, again, in thesale stand out and sell
challenge.
I'm going to show you exactlyhow to do this.
(16:28):
It's going to be, oh my God.
It's gonna be so good.
Actually show you exactly how Igave my client.
Literally like the step-by-stepabout how to.
Transition from her free livetrainings that she was doing
other people's Facebook groupsto actually pitching her
services, using her framework.
And I show you the recording andit also gives you like a script.
So it's going to be amazing.
Pitching on a sales call, transitioning from asking all
(16:50):
the questions to them, pitchingonto a sales call.
Creating diagnostics, helpclient identify their gaps.
I could create a quiz, which Iactually am in the process of
thinking about I'm actually likeideating this right now.
I could create a quiz to helpyou figure out which part of my
CEO mom's method.
You need to work on first.
Okay.
It might be your mindset.
It might be your offers.
It might be your marketing.
It might be your systems, right?
And I'm actually can actuallycreate a diagnostic toppy figure
(17:11):
out.
What your biggest gap is you canstart working on that
immediately.
And by the way, I teach this inmy CEO.
Mama academy, right?
Number seven is creating everystep of your framework into
multiple new offers.
So as an example, my first.
My first.
Piece of my framework ismindset.
And there are so many things Ican turn mindset into.
I can create a freebie withaffirmations, rich mom
(17:32):
affirmations.
Guess what?
That's coming by the way.
I can create a freebie with myfavorite affirmations to get
into rich mom mode.
I can create a challenge and Iactually have that.
My non-woo mindset makeover ismy mindset.
35 day mindset challenge.
It is.
It is so good.
I can't even get over how it'sso good.
My clients have said this hasbeen probably the most
transformational program ever.
(17:54):
And it is like one of my cheaperones.
I think it's like under$300.
And it is, so those are valuableand they have said their minds
that has shifted entirely overthe course of a month.
Thanks to my non who mindsetmakeover.
So you're saying I took that onestep of my framework.
I turned that into a mindsetoffer.
I also have a mindset coursethat even mean to create for
ages.
Actually I created it.
(18:15):
I did it in beta and I want tojust revamp it a little bit and
sell it again.
I don't know if it's going tohappen this year, but again, I
have a mindset course.
I can do an entire course aboutmindset.
I could do a mindset.
Group program.
So you can take every step ofyour framework and turn it into
new offers that can either standon their own or be a gateway
into your signature.
Larger higher ticket offer.
(18:36):
Okay.
So if you are looking for moresimplicity, And your business
overall, having a signatureframework will cut down so much
on the complication of it,because it can be the foundation
for so many things.
So we actually did this in standout and sell.
When I ran this as a challenge.
So one of my clients, Lindseyactually got her framework up on
(18:59):
her website during.
The week of the challenge.
And she turned her framework inJune intensive.
that closed multiple 10 to 20 Kclients.
So she literally was able to gether framework up within days.
And she was actually able toturn her framework into multiple
five figures, if not six figuresof income.
Okay.
So don't forget to hop intostout and sell.
(19:19):
Because.
I freaking want you to stand outand sell.
Okay, mama.
I want you to be able to createyour offers, create your
marketing in a simpler way sothat you can just do it and set
it and then, post it or.
Schedule it and then get on withyour life.
Be with your kids.
Go out for dinner.
Watch Netflix read books.
I don't know, do whatever theheck you want to do, right?
(19:41):
But the more simple yourbusiness is, the more you cut
down on your work time.
And the more time you can spendwith your family doing the stuff
that you want to do.
So if you want to stand out andsell this year and even scale
faster with your signatureframework, do not forget to join
standout in sell The link is inthe description.
So I highly recommend you hop innow.
I hope you have a wonderful restof your day.
(20:01):
And let me know, feel free tojust send me a message after you
listen to this.
And let me know if you have asignature framework, if this
interests you, if you have anyquestions about it, I'd love to
