I know when I find a new coach,I'll look through their content.
(00:02):
I'm like, I wanna see whatthey're all about.
What their values are, what theystand for, the kinda stuff they
do, the kinda stuff they don'tdo.
Because for me I wanna know, what does the coach say you
don't have to do, and what doesthe coach say you do have to do?
Because if the things she'ssaying, I do have to don't fit
in with my life, then I'm out.
And she's I, I help you build.
And multiple new offers everysingle month.
No, thank you.
(00:22):
If she says, I'll help you closemore clients from sales calls,
I'm out.
I don't have time, right?
So you wanna have that contenton your feed to show people what
you're made of.
But if you wanna bring in newpeople, there are so many ways
to do it without having to justbe posting over and over again.
Welcome to the Raising YourBusiness Podcast.
I'm your host, Al Behan, founderof CEO Mom Academy, mom of Six
(00:44):
and Lifelong Reading addict.
This podcast is here to empowermoms to run their businesses and
lives like the powerhouse CEO.
They are.
I want you to believe that youcan have the business success
you desire.
And be present with your familyand to give you my best tips and
strategies for how to make thathappen.
I'll be sharing the honestreality of balancing business
and motherhood biz models thatwork for you.
(01:06):
Marketing simplicity, and themindset of A CEO, mom.
Now let's dive in.
Hello.
Hello.
Welcome back to raising YourBusiness, and if your past six
figures, you're already hittingeight K months, 10 K months, 12
(01:27):
K months, whatever that is.
And summer still.
Summer still makes you feel likeyou're scrambling a little bit.
Then we need to talk, because atthis stage, summer should not
slow you down.
It should be the season whereyou are compounding your
results.
So if you're still hustlingduring the summer, like you're
in year one, it is time toreally step into your CEO Mom
mode.
Okay?
We're gonna talk about leveragedelivery.
We're gonna talk about evergreensales.
We're gonna talk about how touse what you already have, what
(01:48):
you've already built to dryresults while you enjoy your
summer.
Okay, so quick heads up.
This is exactly what we map outin my CEO Mom intensive, and I
have three spots open this weekwith$500 off for Mother's Day.
It is a custom one-to-oneexperience to audit your
business, optimize it, andreally truly make a plan for
(02:08):
your next 90 days to six months, depending on what you're
focusing on your next launch.
There are so many things wecould do in 90 minutes, and I
can even begin to describe toyou the transformation that can
happen for you when you have.
My eyes and my brain on yourbusiness for a focused amount of
time.
Because even when I'm in with myclients in my mastermind calls,
(02:31):
we are literally like mappingout specific messaging hooks,
angles, launch plans in 20 to 30minutes per client.
And when I come in with someonenew, I'm still able to do that.
Like my zone of genius honestlyis hearing, hearing what you're
saying and.
Looking at your business fromthis 10,000 foot view and just
(02:52):
seeing the patterns and how allthese different pieces that feel
unrelated can all come together.
That is my superpower.
That is my genius, and I'm beable to do that for you.
So if you're looking for someoneto pull all the messy pieces of
your business together and bringit into one cohesive flowing
model that brings in leads andsales on a regular basis without
you having to show up live everysingle day and post Instagram
(03:15):
stories in order to get salesand, put out six days of content
every week, then this is foryou.
Okay, so I have two three spotsopen, I think.
There might be two at thispoint.
I don't know at the current$500off.
Normally it's$2,000 for a 90minute intensive, but you get
$500 off just for Mother's Day.
This ends this coming Monday ifyou're listening to this on the
(03:35):
day that it comes out.
Okay, so I remember the firstsummer in my first relaxed six
figure year was the year I tookmaternity leave.
Okay.
And.
I, when I look back at thatyear, I made over$110,000.
(03:57):
I only worked seven months outthe entire year because between
being in first trimester andthen covid and postpartum and
taking maternity leave and acouple of Jewish holidays,
right?
We have the high holidays, months and we have a Passover.
So those would pretty much takeover the months that they're in.
I did not do a lot.
I did not do the same amount ofwork that I normally did and.
(04:19):
I remember the summer beforethat I was very on.
I was like I made six figures in2019, right?
The year before that.
But I was still running mybusiness like it was in year
one.
I was still in the weeds ofeverything.
I was still scrambling, I wasstill hustling.
I had.
Contractors that I was trying towrangle and I had a client work
that I was still doing, and Iremember like literally like my
(04:39):
whole family was away onvacation with my family.
We, we do this thing, we go upnorth with my parents and all my
siblings, and I remember justbeing locked in my room.
Just I.
Doing work, doing client work, just gotta get this done.
And I kinda looked at mycalendar and I was like, oh my
gosh.
I basically created a job formyself, not a business.
And that summer I was like, Inever wanna have a summer like
(05:00):
this again.
And the summer after that, whenI had my baby, I did take off
that summer'cause I had a baby.
Okay.
Frankly, it wasn't totally avacation'cause I did have a
newborn baby.
But, I realized what a summercould look like when you are
leveraged into what you alreadyhave.
And I started building leverageinto every part of my business,
my offers, my content, myvisibility, my systems.
And now summer does notnecessarily mean slowing down,
(05:22):
although I do to an extent, butit means scaling smarter behind
the scenes.
And I'm gonna talk to you abouthow you can do the same.
So the first point I wanna makeis leveraging what already
works, okay?
You already have assets.
You do not need to reinvent thewheel.
So I want you to start with asummer audit, okay?
Which offers already sell well.
Do you have a signature offerthat you are con, constantly
(05:44):
selling people into on a regularbasis?
What content is alreadyconverted?
What content is already done?
And how can you use that again?
What systems are alreadybringing in leads?
Okay.
And then I want you to askyourself, how can I double down,
delegate, or automate?
Because most of the time it'snot about doing more, it's about
getting more mileage from what'salready built.
So instead of creating a wholenew funnel, you put more traffic
into an existing funnel, right?
(06:06):
Or maybe optimizing the funnelthat you already have, being
like, okay, I noticed thatpeople are not opening this
email so much, I'm gonna replaceit with a different email and
see what happens.
So if you're already making sixfigures and you do not have any
funnels bringing leads in,bringing sales in, then we need
to talk.
Okay.
We need to talk because it'sexactly what I do in my CEO Mom
(06:27):
mastermind is I help you buildthose leveraged hands off
systems that can bring in moneyeven when you're not front
facing working all the time.
Okay.
And.
I really, truly do believe that.
Sorry, I have a bit of a cold.
I really do believe that ifyou're making six figures and
you're like, but I still have tobe showing up hardcore
(06:48):
full-time, I can never take timeoff, then you need more leverage
in your life, and that isexactly what you do in the
Mastermind.
So if this sounds like you andyou feel like, yes, I feel like
I'm working, I feel like Ibasically created a six figure
job myself, and I'm exhausted.
Reach out to me, DM meMastermind.
Let's talk about how we can makethe most of your time and
probably help you make moremoney while working less time.
(07:10):
Okay.
And I know that sounds socliche, it's yes.
Yeah.
We know that everyone says theycan do that for you.
I mean it though.
I seriously mean it.
Okay.
My client was able to do a fullon launch working like.
An hour a day at most during theholiday season.
Alright, because when she tookwhat she already had, she
planned ahead, she leveragedwhat she was already doing, and
(07:32):
she was able to have a supersuccessful beta launch.
And she's doing the same thingright now this month.
So I want you to know that it isnot about doing more.
Like I said, it's about takingwhat you already have and
leveraging it.
My second point is evergreenassets.
If you not already have anevergreen program or evergreen
funnels or evergreen emails, nowis the time to lean into it.
(07:53):
Okay, so here are some examples.
Pod funnels.
So I mentioned those pod funnelsin our, my la our last episode,
and.
I'm currently finishing buildingout mine and so are my clients
because I actually have oneclient who's no, I wanna record
it during the summer.
But most of my clients in mymastermind that we're doing the
PO funnel with, are doing it inare doing it now in time for the
(08:14):
summer.
They're like, we, I wanna getthis done before the summer so I
can just get some traffic intothis and have this running
without me having to be on.
A pod funnel is such an amazingasset to have.
If you do have a high ticketservice or package, like a
mastermind, a high ticketservice, something like that
even a one-to-one high ticketcoaching package, this is going
to be such an amazing resourcefor you to be able to bring more
(08:36):
people in and just essentiallysell them on you without you
actually having to do the saleslive yourself.
It is so magical, and we do thisin the Mastermind along with our
pod funnel coach TaraCounterman.
She is, she created the podfunnel.
She gives you access to her podfunnel framework for life, for
Lifetime.
And she comes in there everymonth and coaches my clients on
(08:57):
how to maximize and optimizetheir pod funnel.
We've already been brainstormingtheir their episode names and
their episode topics and like itis so beautiful to see the
co-creation that's beenhappening in there.
And I'm so excited for myclients because they're gonna
have an asset running withoutthem throughout the entire
summer that can be bringingleads in.
While they are taking time off,if you have email sequences that
(09:18):
you are already running this isthe time to really lead into
that, right?
Make sure that all of yourfunnels are moving into those
email sequences.
If you have affiliate offersthat you like to promote that
are evergreen.
So things like tools, thingslike systems, things like
evergreen programs, right?
So if, let's say I have a friendof mine who has courses that are
on, that are available for saleall year round.
They're not like a launch basedsort of affiliate.
(09:42):
Situation, right?
It's just just send people to mypage and they buy whatever.
And you can make sales all yearround.
So that would be something whereI'd be like, okay, yes, I'm
gonna have maybe a little miniemail sequence pushing towards
that offer.
Or maybe I will have maybe a, anemail sequence about the tools
that I use that are absolutelynecessary for my business to
(10:02):
run.
And I will have affiliate linkstoward those tools, right?
If you are already using tools, there's absolutely no reason why
you should not have affiliatelinks for those tools.
There's no reason why youshouldn't.
And literally, anytime youmention it, you can drop an
affiliate link.
If you're talking about how youdo things, what your processes
(10:23):
are, and you mentioning tools orsoftwares that you're already
using.
Just drop an affiliate link.
As long as you disclose thatyou're doing that, like it's
just easy money.
It's so fun.
It is so fun to get randomaffiliate payments.
Now, I would not depend on thatfor.
Being like, oh yes, I know I'mgonna get I know I'm gonna get
an affiliate payment everysingle day, every single week,
every single month.
Maybe you will, depending onwhat you've sold.
(10:44):
And it does compound and add upover time.
But it is such amazing likebonus money to just get when you
you forgot that you like, ohyeah, I forgot that I was
promoting that.
Or someone just clicked an emailclicked a link in my email and
bought that or a link in my blogpost and bought it.
It is such an amazing feeling.
So if you have any affiliateoffers or affiliate, links for
tools or programs that you use.
(11:04):
This is an incredibly lucrativepotential source of income for
you.
And secondly, you could alsohave affiliate an affiliate
program.
So if you have courses that doreally well or sell really well,
or offers that sell really well, you can have a little affiliate
push and have other people pushtowards your offers.
And if you do not have lastly, obviously evergreen funnels.
(11:26):
If you do not have opt-ins thatlead to some sort of paid offer,
then I don't even know whatyou're doing.
You probably do.
So you can batch it, you couldschedule it out.
You could be like, okay, I'mgonna create, five reels that
will go out this summer thatlead towards this particular
lead funnel.
Or I'm going to run an ad to.
(11:47):
A reel that promotes this leadfunnel, or I'm gonna run an ad
towards this altogether.
If you are not already runningads, I highly recommend you put
300 to$500 a month towards ads.
It is so worth it.
If you have a funnel that'salready converting, okay, so
this is a great time.
Just like I mentioned in an hourearlier podcast when even before
(12:09):
six figures, this is a greattime to grow your list.
'cause people are still on theirphones, even if they're not
doing heavy work during thesummer, depending on who your
ideal client is, because some ofthem might still be, some might
be just like, yeah, they takeoff a week and then the rest of
the summer is just the same.
If you're working with mom, it'sa little bit different.
So I know like for me it's veryhard.
Like I'm very much I had thiskind of this mindset of let's
(12:30):
help you make as much money aspossible, working as little as
possible because you wanna bepresent with your kids, right?
And honestly, you wanna bepresent with your kids all year
round anyway.
But summer is definitely more ofa hardcore, deep mothering time.
So if you already have funnelsthat are working, puts the money
behind them, see what happens, build your audience.
This is the time to do it.
If you are planning on launchinganything in the fall, evergreen
(12:51):
does not necessarily mean ahundred percent passive because
yes, if you're running ads, you're gonna have to check on
them, make sure they're working, maybe add some new creative new
copy.
But if you can batch that out.
You can create differentversions of creative and
different versions of copybefore you go offline or you go,
go away for vacation and you canjust have something to plug in
if you wanna just refresh thecreative.
The cool thing about anevergreen funnel though is that
(13:13):
you do the work once and itkeeps working.
And yes, you can optimize italong the way, but if it is
working and is, if it's aconverting funnel, then like why
not?
And I am sure if you are alreadymaking six figures, you must
have offers many offers.
Even just little things you canpull out of your existing larger
offers that can turn into frontend funnels to bring people in
the door.
(13:34):
And i'm gonna be teaching in aspecial offer later this summer.
All the different ways you cancreate little.
Sales touch points throughoutyour entire business, that can
make money while you're off.
Okay?
And if you don't have these inplace yet, then you need to be
in the CEO Mom Mastermind.
This is exactly what we do.
And when you join in May orJune, you actually get a bonus
(13:56):
month.
So almost like a summer a summerlike vacation month that you can
literally jump in, getonboarded, and then not worry
about oh, I wanna make sure thatI'm using my time wisely.
You can just jump in, getonboarded, and then just take
the month off because.
You got the bonus month, right?
It's extra.
I like to offer this for peoplecoming in right before the
(14:16):
summer because I know that youmight wanna take time off during
the summer, and that is reallyimportant to me that you feel
like you're maximizing yourinvestment and you're not
wasting time.
Okay?
So that is the second point, isthe evergreen assets in your
business and turning intoevergreen funnels or evergreen
sequences or affiliate linksthat can earn while you're
chilling.
(14:37):
The next part is leveragevisibility.
Leverage visibility beats dailyposting any day.
You do not need to be live onInstagram every single day,
okay?
There's so many ways to getvisible that don't require you
to be posting loads and loads ofcontent, so there's two, there
are two parts to this, okay?
The first one is that there arevisibility options that scale,
(15:00):
that can get in front of a lotof new people.
With one piece of effort ratherthan multiple pieces of content,
multiple pieces of effort, multiple, trying to find that
one reel that goes viral andgets you in front of new
audiences, which which it does.
And I do believe that, youshould have a real strategy that
gets you in front of newaudiences and you should have
really good content.
So when people look for you andpeople find you online.
(15:22):
You're able to go through yourstuff and almost see a backlog
of some of your best stuff.
And so they like, that's, I knowwhen I find a new coach, I'll
look through their content.
(15:43):
in with my life, then I'm out.
And she's I, I help you build.
And multiple new offers everysingle month.
No, thank you.
If she says, I'll help you closemore clients from sales calls,
I'm out.
I don't have time, right?
So you wanna have that contenton your feed to show people what
you're made of.
But if you wanna bring in newpeople, there are so many ways
(16:03):
to do it without having to justbe posting over and over again.
Hoping for that one that justgets in front of loads of new
people.
So you can do podcastinterviews, okay?
So you can batch them now, release them over the summer.
You can interview other people.
And then, they should bepromoting your podcast to their
audience.
'cause that's the exchange whenyou are on someone else's
podcast the exchanges that youpromote their podcast to your
audience, that gets them, thatgets new people into your
(16:26):
audience.
You can be on other people'spodcasts and get people into
your audience.
You can do guest expert collabsin memberships or masterminds.
You can, get in front of otherpeople using collabs or summits.
Like I mentioned, I gottamentioned this in the previous
episode, but I lined up a wholebunch of collaboration bundles
and summits that were gonna belike launching throughout the
summer.
(16:46):
I sent it all my informationbefore I had my baby.
I recorded it to the summitpresentations before I had my
baby.
Sent it all in, all ready to go.
I would get it in, I, if theygave me the promo stuff, I would
get it in immediately.
Schedule it out.
And forget about it.
And then I was able to get newpeople.
I think I was part of GemmaBonum Carter's AI Unlocked
Summit last year.
It's actually happening rightnow.
And or it's coming up very soon.
(17:08):
I think I got like 500 new emailsubscribers in a couple of weeks
just from that summit.
That is a really good way togrow your audience and get in
front of new people.
Email list content, right?
So take your, some of your bestemails and turn it into an
Evergreen email sequence.
Pull out some.
I love my friend Leanne, teachesthis how to build kind of an
evergreen sequence that goes outweekly, like a weekly like mini
(17:28):
newsletter that nurtures youraudience without you having to
be on all the time.
And so you can take some of yourbest emails or you can just
create a certain theme.
And that's what I'm actuallydoing now.
This is my, this is one of myprojects this summer.
So I'm gonna actually be pullingout some of my best stuff and
turning it into these littlemini emails that go out on
(17:48):
Fridays.
'cause I don't tend to email mylist on Fridays and have, that
is a really good way to keepyour audience nurtured along the
way.
Another way you can do this is,evergreen reels or lives
scheduled in, in advance, orhaving reels that you run and
then you just run ads to rightas engagement.
So if you have a reel that has acall to action with comment this
keyword or whatever, that if yousee a reel that really pops off,
(18:12):
make sure to have a plan toimmediately use that as an
engagement ad.
Okay.
Because that can really growyour list really well and get
you in front of peopleregularly.
So again, I do think you can,you need to be able to nurture
your audience and get in frontof new people, okay?
You need to do both of thosethings.
It does not necessarily mean yoube posting every day, because
putting some money behind onepost can do you the same.
(18:33):
Good.
If it's one really good post, doyou so well, and it will be
almost like, it's basically thesame as posting daily, lower
quality posts.
You're just trying to pump outcontent just for the sake of
pumping out content because.
People we do not lack forcontent online, especially with
chat GPT, there's so much outthere that you do not need to
just add more like, oh, here'show I, you know how to do this
(18:54):
and how to do that.
You don't know.
They can ask chat, GPT how to dothis or do that.
They don't need you.
What they wanna know is yourlived experience, exactly how
you do things, your take onthings.
And that's not something thatcan be done by ai, but it's also
not something that can just bepumped out.
I don't know.
What gets pumped out milk.
That's a really bad, that is areally bad example because it is
(19:16):
not easy to pump milk.
So my point being visibilitydoes not have to mean volume.
It means strategic placement.
So where can you show up once orminimally and keep getting seen?
Also, you can also have, if youhave a podcast or YouTube, use
those.
You use those anchor pieces ofcontent to repurpose into
smaller pieces of content thatwill get in front of your
audience.
(19:37):
What I did when I was when I wason maternity leave was I had so
much content that like that Ihad built up like this content
repository, so to speak, right?
Where I just literally just hadfolders and folders of Google
Docs full of posts.
So what I did was I decided, Ihad it by week and I knew
exactly like the basic subject Iwas talking about by week.
'cause I divided up like by liketopic.
(19:58):
So let's say one week was aboutinvesting in yourself and one
week was about, I don't know.
Growing your audience and oneweek was about nurturing your
audience, whatever it was.
So I literally just picked thedocuments that I picked, the
documents that I used in thepast, I gave'em to my va.
She optimized them or changedthem based on sh.
(20:24):
Okay.
My daughter just came in thedoor.
I have's big exercise ball thatmy baby is obsessed with.
And so she came in to get it.
What was I talking about?
Oh, yeah, repurpose content,right?
So I had a bank of content toreuse, gave it to my va.
I'm like, okay, so this, theseare the topics you're gonna be
doing.
Okay.
Week one, week this, week two, this week three this.
I went in there, just changedthe the post if I needed to
(20:45):
slightly, because some of themwere like, I'm pregnant with my
baby and I already had my baby.
So I would change it to that.
And she posted it for me.
And I was able to nurture myaudience and sell, because those
were, a lot of those were salesposts.
I was able to continue sellingthroughout the summer without
even having to show up.
I had six to seven weeks ofcontent just going out without
me literally touching a singlebit of social media as far as
(21:05):
posting went, because my VA tookcare of that for me.
So that was really convenient.
So if you already have contentthat you have already created
and has done well, save it,right?
And that's what I've been doingnow.
I actually have been saving mycontent in a content calendar.
With the date, with the details, with the with the stats.
So I can look back and be like,oh, this worked here.
This didn't work so well.
(21:26):
This is why I can repurpose.
This is what I don't need.
And I'm able to reuse it becausehonestly, like you can
definitely reuse content.
It is not about, it's not abouthaving to just create fresh.
Maybe people need to hear thesame thing again, right?
Or maybe you just say it aslightly different way, or use a
slightly different hook, but thecontent is the same.
So how can you leverage what youalready have, right?
Same as point number one, leverage what already works,
(21:46):
right?
Take the content that worked anduse it again, because why create
it once and only use it once?
Especially because social mediais so much of social media is.
Like just more.
And I don't have energy for moreand more these days.
I really don't.
Okay.
The next part is delegatingdelivery.
So this is where your real CEOmom energy is gonna come in.
(22:07):
So ask yourself, what am I stilldoing that somebody else could
do?
Where am I bottlenecking my owndelivery?
And what systems are missingthat would make things easier?
Delegate or systemize, thingslike client communication,
right?
Maybe you have a plan, like theyask this question, I answer this
I answer this answer.
Or I only answer questionsbetween Tuesday and Thursday.
Or I don't know.
If there are questions aboutbilling go to this person.
(22:29):
If it's questions if it's this, then go to that.
If you have, do you have SOPsfor those things?
If you don't have a systemizedonboarding process and an
offboarding process, you needthat ASAP, okay?
Because there's nothing like asmooth onboarding process that
brings people into your world ina really beautiful, like calm
sort of way where they getaccess to everything they need.
They're not like, oh, I can'tfind this.
(22:49):
I can't find that.
They know exactly where to findit.
And I'm actually re I'm actuallyre-recording like my onboarding
process for my mastermind andfor my collective now because I
have new things.
I deliver in a slightlydifferent way.
So I wanna make sure that anyonewho comes in gets immediately
onboarded in the most smoothjust very flowy sort of way
that's not gonna require a lotof back and forth when they come
(23:10):
in.
Email replies, right?
So replies like for customerservice and stuff like that.
Again, having SOPs, right?
If people ask these questions, answer this.
If it's this kind of question, this has to escalate to me.
Otherwise you can answer it,right?
Know what your VA can do andwhat you can, what you
absolutely need to do.
And if you don't already have aVA at six figures, get one.
(23:30):
That's all I'm gonna say.
And I know it's easier said thandone because because it is not
easy to find a good.
Assistant.
It's not I had a really bad one,so I know I had a really amazing
one.
Then I had a really bad one.
Now I have a new one who is Ama,she's really fantastic.
She's really great.
And I, and it's fantastic.
But I also, I also realize thatI don't know, it's not a simple
(23:51):
thing.
It's not a simple thing to, tofind the right person who works
with the way you think and whounderstands you, the way you
communicate, and.
Can do the things that you wantoff your hands.
Okay.
Content design and repurposing.
Like I said, my va des like Iwill give my va the content and
she will design the carouselsfor me right now.
I love that.
That's really great.
(24:11):
And I'm actually, I'm asking herto create templates so she can
make it like just simpler.
I'm like, the front can bepretty, make the one the inside
even like just make the ones onthe inside.
Boring.
I don't care if they're boring.
I want the front to grabattention.
If people are still reading, then that's great, but all I
need is people to just stop thescroll and start reading because
again, the more I, the more I'mout of Canva, the better.
Trust me, I.
(24:31):
The more I'm out of Canada, thebetter your time should be spent
in creation and leadership andstrategy, not daily admin stuff.
And if you are still in theweeds with daily admin, then you
are the bottleneck and you arenot gonna be able to take any
time off, let alone the summer.
And my last point for you is tothink beyond this summer.
Summer is not necessarily gonnabe a pause.
It can be a setup.
And what you do now can compoundinto a super powerful Q4, right?
(24:54):
So build nurture sequences now,right?
Or have your va like collectyour emails.
You can look through them andsee which ones worked, which
ones didn't, and build them intoa beautiful nurture sequence.
Test out ads or funnels.
Now book podcast interviews.
Now prep your offer, suite andtimeline.
Now, right now, you could bethinking about.
September, October, November,December, the end of the year.
Don't just survive summer, butyou can actually use it to stack
(25:16):
momentum for the rest of theyear.
Like I'm doing my summit, my, anupcoming summit in July.
I have my pod funnel that'sgonna be launching.
I have an amazing reallybirthday month that's happening
that's going to compound intoAugust, right?
So it's not just about survivingand just getting through.
You can actually take some ofyour downtime when things are a
little quieter maybe in businessand use it to really just do
some CEO deep thinking.
(25:37):
Okay.
So don't look at it as, don'tlook at it as this sort of oh my
God, no.
I have to stop everything andpick it up again September.
No, this can actually beleveraged as your like thinking
time, right?
Very often we don't pause enoughto think about why we're doing
things the way we're doing them.
And this is a great opportunityto learn to slow down and just
observe and see what's beenworking this year and just take
(25:59):
some time to think, take sometime to think about.
Your business, and that's whatI'm gonna be doing this year.
So let's recap.
Okay.
Number one is auditing yourassets.
Right, leveraging what alreadyworks.
Number two is building evergreensystems now to drive sales later
affiliates, email sequences, front end funnels, things like
that.
Number three is choosingvisibility strategies that scale
(26:20):
with ease.
So using ads to get people intoyour world or.
More stacked visibility likesummits or in podcast
interviews, things like that.
Delegate de delegate andstreamline your delivery.
Now if you don't have SOPs yet, start building them out.
Start systemizing.
Start.
Automating onboarding,offboarding delivery and things
like that.
(26:40):
And play the long game.
I'm always about the long game.
Okay?
Use summer to prep for Q4.
Use the downtime to think aboutQ4, what you want the rest of
the year to look like.
What you want summer to looklike.
You've already built somethingamazing.
All right, now let it work foryou even when you're offline.
Alright, so if you want my eyeson your business to help you
make the most of this, make themost of the summer, make the
(27:01):
most of the rest of the year.
We're almost halfway through theyear.
