This is a little bit of adifferent kind of podcast

(00:02):
episode.
It's, um, the recording of themasterclass that I ran last
week.
Scale like a mother.
Um, this is actually a rerecording when I went over the,
um, when I went over the.
Recording of the training, thelive training, I realized that
the um, the sound was really notgreat and I really wanted to
make it better because I knewpeople were going to rewatch it,

(00:24):
I wanted to cut out, theconversation, all the stuff, so
I wanted to really just respectyour time as you listen or as
you watch as much as possible,so I re recorded it, um, at the
end of last week.
Uh, if you hear my voice is alittle off, and I sound a little
bit, um, I don't know what theword is.

(00:45):
Robotic, maybe?
It's because I had a terrible,terrible cold, and I was like,
so like, doped up on medication,so I could just get out the
training without sneezingconstantly.
And I had to cut out a lot ofsneezes anyway.
In any case Um, this got outlater than I, I wanted it to we
have been through a really, really difficult week here in

(01:07):
Israel, um, which I'm not goingto get into, but it's been a
very, very traumatic week, um,on multiple levels, especially
for mothers.
And so I, I just needed time.
Just didn't have the, theemotional energy to re record it
for a couple days.
And then when I finally did rerecord it, it was the weekend.
And so I'm getting it to youtoday.

(01:27):
Um, because better later thannever.
And so, the special CMA dealthat is happening, that was
supposed to be ending Monday,February 24th, is now going to
be ending a week later, so thatwill be on Monday, March 3rd.
So, anytime you hear me sayFebruary 27th, ignore that, it's
ending Monday, March 3rd and so,if you have any questions about

(01:49):
CEO Mom Academy, um, how itworks, whether it's for you,
should you join the Academy orthe Collective, anything like
that, please feel free to sendme a message directly on
Instagram at TheAlbendahan.
I'm here to answer any questionsyou have.
And, without further ado, enjoythis masterclass on how to scale
like a mother.
Hello.
Hello.
Welcome to scale like a mother.

(02:11):
And this training is going to beall about how you can scale to
10 K plus months with astreamlined, scalable business
without increasing your hoursand being present with your
family.
And I'm so thrilled that you arehere.
Listen, I see you.
You are a powerhouse mom runninga business.
You're running a household andlet's be real, running on
caffeine, ambition, and leftoverGoldfish crackers.

(02:32):
You did not start your businessto be exhausted, overworked, and
making less than you did at yourold job.
Right now, that's exactly whatmight be happening.
You started this businessbecause you wanted freedom, so
you could take your kids to theplayground on a Tuesday
afternoon without feeling guiltyabout skipping work.
You wanted real income, so youcould finally stop feeling that
pit in your stomach every timeyou checked your bank account.

(02:54):
You wanted more time with yourfamily because missing your
baby's first steps or achildhood school play is not why
you started this, but insteadthat is not what's happening
right now.
You're overworked, overwhelmed, and still not making the kind of
money you know you're capableof.
Your to do list is never endingand you're constantly busy, but
not really making any realprogress.
You've tried all the things, posting more, offering more

(03:15):
services, hopping in everytrend, and it's still not
enough.
And this is why business feelsso overwhelming because you've
been taught that success equalsdoing more.
And the truth is that the realkey to scaling isn't adding more
things to your plate.
It's doing less.

(03:35):
But doing it more strategically.
I'm all about the minimumviable.
I call it mom viable.
And I know that goes againsteverything the online space is
screaming at you.
Because you've been told that togrow, you need to post on five
different platforms every day orgo all in on the magic platform
which just so happens to be theone that they are recommending
to you and selling you a courseabout.
They tell you to hustle harder,do whatever it takes, right?

(03:57):
Do whatever it takes.
Ugh.
I'm not going to do whatever ittakes because if whatever it
takes means hurting my familyor.
Destroying my relationship.
I'm not going to do it, right?
Work more, launch more, offermore.
And that is exactly why you feelstuck.
Because the secret to realsustainable success as a CEO mom
isn't in doing more.

(04:17):
It's in simplifying your offers.
You're selling one powerful, high impact, high profit offer
instead of trying to juggle 10different things at a time.
Refining your marketing soyou're attracting the right
people instead of spending hoursnetworking for pennies.
Structuring your business toscale so you can finally hit
consistent 10k plus months injust 15 20 hours a week.

(04:37):
And I promise you, it ispossible.
I had my first multi six figureyear.
The year I had my daughter homewith me, working 2 4 hours a
day, 3 4 days a week.
Okay, so I promise you this ispossible for you.
So if you're posting, tweakingyour offers, following the
strategies and still stuck at 2kto 5k months and it's never
consistent, Let's fix that.

(05:00):
Okay, mama let's set you up fora power session.
If you're multitasking, pause.
Your business and your sanitydeserve your full attention.
Try to put your phone on do notdisturb.
Instagram can wait, but thesestrategies you're gonna want
every single word.
You're gonna want to try toconcentrate.
If you've got little onesrunning around, grab those
AirPods, plug them in.
I learned a lot with one AirPodin, just going about my
business.

(05:21):
You can do it too.
Okay?
Because the important thing isthat you get these strategies
that you can start applying toyour business and your life.
And if you're watching this andyou're really enjoying it, tag
us on social, take a picture ofyour favorite slide and share
it.
Show your people how you arehoning your craft.
This is going to make you lookamazing.
That much better to youraudience.
So one last thing before we divein, at the end of this

(05:41):
masterclass, I am going to besharing an opportunity for those
of you who are serious aboutsimplifying, scaling, and
finally hitting those 10K monthswithout working more hours.
Now, whether you decide to joinme or not, you're going to walk
away from this training with anactual system you can implement
right away.
But for those of you who knowyou're ready for even more
support, more strategy and moreresults, I'm going to show you
exactly how we can work togetherinside of CEO mom academy.

(06:01):
So sounds good.
Let's get into it.
So if you don't know me yet, hello, I am Yael Bendahan.
I'm a business coach, mom of sixand I run a multi six figure
business working just three tofour hours a day.
I built a six figure businesswithin the first two years, and
then I spent the next two yearshustling until I figured out the
way to have a business thatdidn't drain the life out of me,
during which I pretty muchcreated another six figure

(06:23):
coaching business, working parttime.
And here is why I'm telling youthis.
I know what it's like to bewhere you are right now.
I wasted years trying to do itall.
More content, more offers, morelaunching, literally offering a
cheesecake factory level amountof offers.
And it left me overwhelmed andoverworked.
Then I simplify down to onescalable offer and marketing

(06:43):
system, and I 10X my incomewhile working less.
And that is what I'm teachingyou today.
My clients have hit their firstand consecutive five figure
months and have their work hourswhen we work together.
I've worked as a coach andbehind the scenes of multiple
six and seven figure businesses, and I pivoted my business in
2020 while pregnant with myfifth child, who's that cutie
girl over there.
And I still crossed 110K inrevenue that year.

(07:03):
working only seven months.
And that is why I'm here todayto show you how you can do this
too, because you deserve abusiness that works for your
life and not against it.
So here are a few results frommy own students.
Just a little love note thatBPBA, this is what CEO of
Academy used to be called is byfar the most transformative
program I've ever invested in.
It's one thing to teach skillsand strategies, but to shift

(07:24):
someone's mindset and make themfeel like their business is
valid and can grow withoutlosing all sense of work balance
is absolute magic.
Yeah.
His passion is.
obvious and it's never aquestion that she cares about
her students.
This brand is an absolute lightin a mucky online world and
we're so glad to be here.
That made me so happy.
And these exact clients saidthey actually ended up
systemizing their offers.
And they remove scope creep.

(07:46):
They like minimize their workhours.
And we're gonna talk about thema little bit later.
Another one, Tamiko, we're gonnatalk about her a little later,
too.
She was like, wow, you basicallytook my key pillar topics, these
are directly from her signatureframework, which we're gonna
cover, and weave them into aperfect pitch and she took what
I taught her from her pitch andclosed two sales within the

(08:08):
week.
And Teresa here chatted aftershe chatted with me and she
realized how far she'd come injust a couple of months in my
court, in my program.
She off boarded a client shefelt misaligned with, filled
five seats in her accelerator, had her highest month.
Yet, 25k a month, almost filled, she ended up filling within that
month, a hundred lifetime seatsin her membership.

(08:30):
And she had a huge mindsetshift, said money is flowing in
easier and I'm not stressingabout it as much anymore.
And the goal for June was 25k ormore.
This is what is waiting for youtoday.
So if you're interested inresults like that today, you're
going to learn the power of one,why simplifying your offers to
focus on one signature highimpact offer is the fastest way
to scale to consistent 10 K plusmonths and how to address

(08:52):
getting bored.
If you're a multi passionatelike me.
You're a unique genius how topackage your expertise into a
unique uncopyable method thatmakes you the go to authority in
your niche and the simple salessystem the exact strategy to
attract premium clients and makeconsistent sales without
constantly launching or workingmore hours And I'm actually
gonna give you a little 12 monthplan to hit six figures in one

(09:13):
year while growing at abeautiful just sustainable rate,
right?
No crazy, expecting these crazybig launches and then like low
months after that.
No, you want to do this gently, simply, sustainably.
And that is what I have for youtoday.
Now, let me ask you a question.
Have you ever felt like you'redoing all the right things,
posting content, working withclients, launching new offers,
but you're still not seeing theresults that you want?

(09:36):
This is where my clients Kylieand Sammy were.
They are funnel and launchexperts and they are fantastic
at what they do.
They were fully booked out, theywere even hitting the occasional
10k a month, but the more moneythey made, the more stressed and
overwhelmed they were.
They were making sales, but itfelt unpredictable.
They never knew if they weregoing to have a good month or a
bad one.
And they were just tired ofspinning their wheels, and they
wanted a business model thatactually supported their life as

(09:56):
moms of four and three kids, respectively.
All Kylie wanted to do was havetime to hike and play with her
kids, both human and goat.
She has both.
All Sammy wanted to do is thefreedom to leave the cold
Midwest and go down to Floridawith her family for a few months
a year, but actually have timeto hang out by the pool and do
water sports with her girlie.
She did not want to be workingall the time.
So the truth is this businessdoes not have to be this hard.

(10:18):
You do not need 15 differentoffers to hit six figures.
You do not need to post onsocial media 24 seven to be
seen.
You do not need to spend yourentire life marketing and
launching.
What you do need is.
A clear, simple business modelthat works for you.
A signature framework that makesyou the go to expert in your
space and enables you to marketwith ease.
And a signature offer thatscales your business without
scaling your work hours.

(10:39):
And that's exactly what we'regoing to cover today.
And listen, I get it because Iwas right where you are a few
years ago.
Let me take you back to January,2020.
This is me, five weeks pregnantwith my fifth baby, literally in
this picture.
January 2020, I was three monthspregnant with my fifth baby, my
first girl after four boys, which I did not know yet.
My business was doing okay, butI was still taking one off

(11:00):
projects, I was trying to selldifferent offers and doing way
too much.
And then I had my lowest incomemonth in over a year, around 2,
000, and I remember sitting inmy office, looking at my laptop
and thinking, how the heck am Isupposed to keep this going when
I have a newborn?
What if my business just stopswhen I go on maternity leave?
How do I actually make thissustainable?
This business is not going tosurvive this baby.
And the truth is, I was right.

(11:21):
It didn't.
That business died.
A new version came and that wasso much better.
That is when it hit me.
I needed a business that didn'trely on me working all the time.
I needed to become known for onething, not 10 different things.
And I needed a system that mademarketing, selling, and delivery
simple.
So I cut out all the noise, Icreated one signature service,
and launched my first signaturegroup program, and the next 60

(11:42):
days I 10x'd my income, and I'mgoing to teach you how you can
do the same without workingmore, stressing more, or
overcomplicating things.
And in case you're wonderingwhat those offers were, I will
tell you exactly.
It was launch strategy and copy, that was a launch intensive for
strategy, plus sales copy andemails for the entire launch.
That was a.
About 7, 500 package, and thenyou could add on social media

(12:05):
posts for the entire launch aswell, and that was an add on as
well.
It was, that was what I wasknown for.
That was my one service.
And, I had a group program, theVIP Visibility Accelerator.
It was three months.
3k, very simple.
And that was the first thing, the first time I launched a
proper group program like thatin March, 2020 had an amazing
launch and it just took off fromthere.

(12:25):
So jump into the future with mebefore we go any further.
I want you to picture this withme.
Really let yourself feel it.
It's Monday morning.
Okay?
Instead of waking up stressed, scrambling to figure out what to
post or worrying if this will bea good sales week, you open your
inbox and see client inquirieswaiting for you.
You check your schedule andrealize you only have two calls
today and they're with dreamclients.
You spend 30 minutes on contentbecause you already know exactly

(12:47):
what to say and then go spendthe rest of the day with your
family.
That is what happens when yousimplify and systemize your
business.
But let's be real, that's nothow most mornings look right
now, is it?
Instead, you wake up alreadybehind.
You're rushing to post somethingbecause it's been three days and
you need to stay consistent.
You're juggling multiple offerswondering which one you should
promote today.
You're checking Stripe andfeeling that pit in your stomach
because you still don't haveconsistent sales.

(13:08):
And on top of that, you've gotkids eating breakfast, a sink
full of dishes, and 17 tabs openin your brain.
This is the moment that thingschange.
This will only work if you makea decision today.
You have to let go of the moreis better mindset.
More is not necessarily better, and working harder is not
necessarily equal to making moremoney.
You have to be willing tobelieve that simplicity scales,

(13:29):
and you have to commit tomastering one powerful, high
impact offer first.
So my mission for thismasterclass is to show moms who
are service pros, coaches, andconsultants how to book out
their signature service in theirbusiness in a way that's easy,
enjoyable, And has an immediateimpact on their marketing and
sales, regardless of whethertheir generalists have limited
time or aren't sure how to standout in their niche.
And I know some of you arealready thinking, I've tried so

(13:50):
many strategies, why would thisbe different?
I don't want to put all my eggsin one basket.
What if I get bored selling justone thing?
What if I'm leaving money on thetable by not offering different
things at different pricepoints?
Let's break this down becausewhat is actually riskier trying
to sell five different things atonce which means your audience
is confused your Marketing isscattered and none of your
offers gain real tractionConstantly reinventing the wheel

(14:10):
so instead of improving onething you're always starting
over Wasting mental energy everyday deciding.
What should I promote?
What should I post about?
What am I even selling thisweek?
What do I do?
That is what keeps most businessowners stuck in the feast or
famine cycle..
Now, let's reframe this.
Instead of scattering yourenergy, you focus on making one
offer so valuable it becomes aninstant yes for your audience.
Instead of spinning your wheels, you optimize the heck out of one
thing so you can scale withease.

(14:32):
Instead of guessing what tosell, you become known for
something and premium clientscome to you.
Think about Doona, okay?
I'm a huge fan.
Huge fan of the stroller.
Duna is a visionary company.
I literally searched for it onGoogle.
This is what it showed me.
It's a visionary companycommitted to simplifying
parenthood.
And note the word simplifying.

(14:52):
They did not create 15 differentbaby products.
They mastered the one highimpact, high profit stroller car
seat hybrid that every busy momwanted.
That's how business grows, becoming known for something.
And then they added on otherthings.
They added on accessories.
They added upsells.
all kinds of other stuff, butthey are known for their
strollers.
You're not putting all your eggsin one basket.
You're making your basket sosolid.
You build an entire empire onit.

(15:14):
And when the time is right, thenyou add more revenue streams.
100%.
I actually recommend havingmultiple streams of revenue.
But when you want to start off,you want to build that
foundation.
You want to start by gettingknown for one thing.
First, that is going to be thekey to really scaling in the
simplest, easiest way.
So let's talk about this.
If you say, I offer so manydifferent things, how can I nail

(15:34):
down one specific offer?
I'm going to get bored.
That was my complaint to mycoach.
And I get it.
You are a multi passionate, creative person.
You like variety.
But let me tell you a secret.
This strategy is actuallyperfect for you because today
I'm going to show you how youcan use your signature framework
to build your whole offer suite.
If you don't want to stick withjust one offer, but I always
recommend getting known for aspecific thing.
And we're going to talk moreabout that.
Denise Duffield Thomas, forexample, built her brand around

(15:56):
one thing, money mindset.
But inside of that, she talksabout pricing, sell forth,
boundaries, and more.
Once you establish yourself asthe go to person, you can
evolve, branch out and expand.
But first you have to own yourspace.
Now if you're wondering, what ifpeople don't want to buy my
offer?
I need things to offer thepeople who can't afford premium
offers.
If you are struggling to sellright now, it's probably because
your messaging is all over theplace.

(16:17):
It is not clear.
Think about it like this.
Running your business with a tonof different offers from the get
go is like trying to get sixkids out the door at the same
time without a plan.
Been there, done that, got the tshirt, the entire set of merch.
Okay?
One kid's missing a shoe, yourcourse that's half built,
another just spilled juice allover their shirt, your digital
product that no one's buying, one's crying because they can't
find their favorite toy, yourhigh ticket coaching that isn't

(16:38):
getting enough leads, andanother just had a meltdown in
the hallway, your VIP days thattake up too much of your time.
It is chaos and nobody is makingit out the door smoothly.
Now imagine this instead.
Each kid has a clear role, everyone knows exactly where
they're going, what theirroutine looks like, you have a
system that keeps things runningsmoothly, and you have time to
have muffins for breakfast.
That is what a signature offerand framework does for your

(16:59):
business.
Now, if you're wondering, Willthis even work for a business
like mine?
What if I can't sell premiumoffers?
Does it work for B2C as well?
Maybe this works for people whoare only selling money
opportunities.
This is not actually true.
This is where most people getstuck.
Let's talk about why you cansell premium offers, even if you
think your audience isn't thereyet.
First, let's break this myth.
All right, doulas chargeanywhere from 500 to 5, 000,

(17:20):
same service, differentpositioning.
Web designers charge anywherefrom 500 to 15, 000, same
skillset, different audience.
Coaches sell 37 courses and 25kmasterminds.
The difference is exclusivityand value.
People do not buy based on pricealone.
They buy based on trust, positioning, and the belief that
you are the best person to solvetheir problem.

(17:42):
Now think about moms in luxurybaby gear, right?
We'll drop doona strollerbecause it saves us so much
time, and it makes it so muchmore convenient to bring our
baby around.
We'll spend 45 in a Stanley cupbecause we need our water to
stay cold all day, even thoughwe already have had 15 other
water bottles in our house.
We don't always buy thecheapest, we buy what we see as
the best, and your clients willtoo when your offer is

(18:03):
positioned correctly.
Yes, even in this economy.
This only works for B2B, right?
Only works if you're selling howto make money.
Tomiko is a health coach forbusy female entrepreneurs.
Nailing her framework andperfecting her pitch, her
response to this is on the left, led her to this result.
She said, I'm in awe.
Just because I could hear howyou took My key pillar topics
and weave them into, it'sbasically just me talking on a

(18:25):
soapbox, talking about what I'mpassionate about and why I
started this and how it reallyhelps them.
The focus is on, on like helpingas opposed to, okay, just buy my
thing.
And that week on our next call, she said, I do sales calls last
week and booked both.
I talked less, listened more andspoke to what they wanted with a
pinch of what they needed.
So this works, whether you'reselling money opportunities,
health coaching, sleep coaching, dating, like the possibilities

(18:48):
are endless.
And if you're wondering, who theheck is this Yael?
Does she really want to help meor is this just money to her?
I just collected a few littlesnippets of things people have
said.
I promise you, I care, okay?
I want every mom in the world tohave loads and loads of money so
she can do whatever the heck shewants with her family, do
whatever she wants.
As a mother, stay home, have herkids home with her, send them

(19:10):
out to daycare, get a nanny, geta house cleaner, buy a new
house, whatever.
I don't care.
I want that for her.
My clients that they do thetherapy session, when I work
with my clients closely, I, theyare become my friends.
I care about them.
I know their kids.
I know what's going on in theirlife.
This is important to me.
Okay.
I promise you, I really do care.
And that is why I'm creatingthis masterclass for you.

(19:31):
So let's talk about the process.
The first one is the power ofone.
So the fastest way to buildmomentum, increase your income
and free up your time is bygetting known for one premium
productized high value offernow, what do I mean by
productized?
So right now, if you're runninga service based business,
there's a good chance that yourwork looks like this custom
proposals for every client andthen getting ghosted half the

(19:53):
time after you spent like anhour working on the proposal,
never ending projects with scopecreep with clients wanting to
make changes every five seconds, sales calls that don't always
convert and much less than theaverage conversion rate.
An unpredictable income becauseevery project is different.
And this is why business feelshard.
Because every single sale, everysingle client, and every single
marketing effort starts fromscratch.

(20:15):
Now imagine this instead.
You sell one service package ina way that sells itself.
Your sales process isstreamlined and maybe even
automated.
You can predict exactly how muchmoney you'll make and how many
clients you'll need each month.
And you create a system whereyou can eventually outsource and
scale without working more.
This is the power ofproductizing your service.
Let's make this a little moretangible.
So what's the problem withselling too many offers?

(20:36):
Let's say you're a marketingstrategist and you currently
offer VIP days, one to onecoaching, a 37 mini course, a
497 group program, customfunnels, right?
And every time you sit down tocreate content, you think, which
offer should I talk about today?
How do I explain who this isfor?
What if I choose the wrong oneand leave money on the table?
So you finally decide what youwant to promote and settle on an
idea for a post, you open yournotes app to draft your post,

(20:59):
and then your toddler wakes upfrom their nap, and there goes
your content for the day.
So instead of confidentlymarketing one clear premium
offer and putting out a clearmessage, you end up wasting time
deciding what to promote, creating content that confuses
your audience, and constantlyfeeling like you're starting
from scratch.
And this is why you feel stuck.
So when your product does yourservice.
You take a custom website, forexample, and then you have a

(21:22):
product.
You turn it into a product.
You get a website.
This is a five page website.
Here is what it looks like.
This is what you get.
This is how many revisions wedo.
And you may, you might eventemplatize it.
You use templates.
And the cool thing aboutproductizing is that you can
templatize so much of it andsave yourself so much time the
more you do it.
So it is such a valuable way toscale your business without

(21:43):
having to necessarily.
Get more clients in the door.
And I remember Kylie and Sammy, when they came to me, they were
doing all the things, funnelbuild, tech migrations, live
launches, custom proposals onpaper.
They were hitting 10 K months.
In reality, they were working 80hours a week and completely
burnt out.
Their clients expected them tobe on call 24 seven.
They had no boundaries, nopredictability, no freedom.

(22:05):
And worst of all, they weremissing time with their
families.
Then, they made one decisionthat changed everything.
They simplified their businessto one high value offer.
Flipping live launch funnelsinto evergreen funnels that
convert like crazy.
And once they did, everythingclicked.
They started booking premiumclients months in advance, they
created a system that worked forthem, they finally had more free

(22:26):
time they knew what to do with,Sammy literally went on a Six
week family trip, Kylie spentdays hiking with her kids.
It went like feeling likeprisoners in their own business
to finally having the freedomthat they built this business
for in the first place.
That's exactly what we're goingto be creating with you today.
Then obviously once that'sdialed in, you can stack revenue
with a down cell for those whoare not ready yet.

(22:46):
A VIP offer for clients who wantdeeper access to you.
A digital product from a passiveincome, but first you get known
for your one thing.
So how do you pinpoint yourprofitable superpower?
How do you find the mostprofitable thing you could
possibly offer?
So the first step to nailingyour productized offer is
getting crystal clear on whatmakes you different and what
your zone of genius is.
So let's do a littleworkshopping here.

(23:06):
Who are your favorite people towork with?
Course creators, online coaches, wellness professionals, service
providers?
Who do you like working with?
Why are you uniquely qualifiedto help those people?
Maybe you're have pastexperience in corporate sales.
Maybe you have 10 years as amarketing strategist, whatever.
Why do you feel you can helpthose people the most?
Which nasty problems keep themup at night?
Like the actual problems thatactually bother them, that keep

(23:28):
coming up for them.
They're trying to push down,right?
Maybe no leads.
Maybe they're stuck at a revenueplateau.
Maybe they're spending too muchtime on sales calls, right?
What are those problems?
What do you already do for yourclients?
And I'm using B2B examples heremostly because that's what I
did.
But insert anything else thatyou do.
So I wrote build funnels, writesales copy, run launches,
optimize ads, create brandingstrategies.

(23:49):
How can you solve their problemin a way that feels exciting for
you?
Which part of solving a problemis the most exciting for you?
So maybe it's automating theirlead gen process.
Maybe it's helping them masterthe sales calls.
Maybe it's systemizing theirentire backend so they work
less.
And last of all, But definitelynot least, what do you love
doing the most?
What is your zone of genius?
The thing that feels easy andexciting for you.
You could talk about it all day.

(24:09):
What is that?
Now by answering thesequestions, you're getting closer
to your signature service, yourproductized service.
Once you have your answers, youcan package them into a branded
system that sets you apart fromeveryone else in your industry.
Your signature offer should comefrom the intersection of what
you're great at, what yourclients desperately need, and
what allows you to createrepeatable high impact results.

(24:32):
So see, you can see theintersection of all three of
these things is your magicaloffer.
And this is why simplifying toone signature offer is so
powerful, because it helps youbuild authority, stand out, and
charge premium prices.
And if you're like, can I reallycharge more premium rates when I
feel like people aren't evenbuying my offers now?
Raise your hand if you've everlooked at someone charging 5k,
10k, even 20k for their offerand thought, how?
Who's actually paying that?

(24:53):
Let me tell you a secret.
Premium clients do exist.
They will pay premium prices, but they don't buy just another
service.
They buy a specific tailoredtransformation.
So here's where you're stuckcharging lower rates than you'd
like right now.
Most business owners hesitate toraise their prices because A,
they assume their audience won'tpay more, right?
They're like, my people can'tafford this.
B, they're too focused ondeliverables and not results.

(25:15):
I'll just add more calls, morebonuses, more stuff to make it
feel worth it.
C, they're pricing based on whatthey would pay, not what their
client values.
But your pricing should never bebased on what you would pay, it
should be based on the resultsworth to your client.
One of my clients, a marketingstrategist, was charging 1, 500
for an intensive, and she feltstuck because she thought nobody
in my audience would pay more.
So we repositioned her offerfrom I create your marketing

(25:36):
strategy to I map out and buildyour evergreen lead gen and
sales funnel that turns frontend backers into back end
premium sales.
Then we optimize her profilesaccordingly.
As you can see here we used herwe use my LinkedIn methods to
optimize her LinkedIn profile.
She raised her price to 15 20kand closed her next discovery
call.
She then went on to bookmultiple coaching clients with
her new frameworks.

(25:58):
And you can see here, she sentme this screenshot.
The first of four payments.
She signed on two new 5kpackage.
The key shift was you stoppedselling marketing and started
selling the outcome, thedeliverable.
What was you selling them?
It was a product.
It was no longer just, I helpyou with your marketing.
But the economy, Elle.
Yes, of course, people are beingmore intentional with their

(26:18):
spending.
Of course they are, but they'restill spending on stuff that
they value.
People are still upgrading tothe newest iPhone, right?
People aren't hesitant toinvest, they're hesitant to
invest in things that feel meh, right?
Your offer needs to feel likethe Doona stroller of your
industry, not the generic Amazonstroller, although there's room
for both, okay?
But if you really want to sellthose premium offers, you have

(26:39):
to gear it towards the peoplewho are willing to pay for those
premium offers.
Okay?
That's really important..
Once you have your signatureoffer, the next step is creating
a framework that makes it uniqueand easy to sell.
How to make your offer souncopyable that clients only
want to work with you.
Okay, but how do I make my offerstand out?
What if there's already a ton ofpeople doing the same thing?

(27:00):
I hear this all the time.
You're in a crowded spacewondering how to stand out.
You feel like every time youscroll you see someone selling
something similar.
Maybe you even get that sinkingfeeling when someone launches
the same type of offer as youbut with fancier branding or a
bigger audience.
That's exactly why we'retackling this head on today,
because if you want to chargepremium prices and attract high
value clients, you can't justoffer a service, you need to
package it into a clear, recognizable and uncopyable

(27:22):
signature framework andmethodology.
Because let's be real.
There are a million coaches, designers, copywriters, and
service providers out there.
And that means if you're justselling a service instead of a
clear brand solution, you blendin.
Think about it.
What makes a difference betweena generic business coach and
someone who gets booked out withpremium clients?
It's not just their experience.
It's not just their Instagramfollowing because people don't

(27:43):
just buy coaching, marketing, ordesign.
They buy a proven process thatguarantees results.
And that is where your signatureframework comes in.
Instead of just selling aservice, you're selling a
method, a recognizable, uncopyable system that makes you
the obvious choice.
So what makes a signatureframework powerful?
It's unique to you.
It combines your skills, yourexperience, and your approach
into a method only you candeliver.

(28:05):
It's clear and recognizable.
Clients should be able tounderstand what makes your
system different instantly.
It's results driven.
It walks your client fromproblem to transformation in a
step by step process.
It's memorable.
It has a name, a structure, anda clear outcome.
So think about it.
Back to Denise Duffield Thomas.
Denise Duffield Thomas doesn'tjust teach money mindset, she
has the chillpreneur method.

(28:25):
Jasmine Starr doesn't just teachsocial media, she built social
curator.
Alex Hormozy doesn't just teachhow to grow a gym, he has the
gym launch formula.
They are known for something, and now it's time for you to be
known for something, too.
But I don't know what myframework would be.
I hear this all the time.
But here's the thing.
You probably already have one.
You just haven't packaged ityet.

(28:45):
You're already taking yourclients through a process,
right?
It is time to codify it, nameit, and own it.
So let's do a quick exercise.
Grab a notebook and answer thesequestions.
Who are your favorite clients towork with?
What is the biggest problem theycome to you with?
And what is your unique approachto solving that problem?
What are the three to five keysteps you always take them
through?
And how can you make thisprocess repeatable so it works

(29:07):
for every client?
And when you notice it soundssimilar to productizing your
service yes, that is, it goestogether.
When you have a signatureframework, you are able to
productize your service.
You're able to turn it into arepeatable offer.
You're able to outsource morepieces of it because you turn
your IP into a framework, into amethodology that is now
teachable, right?

(29:28):
And you can now take on moreclients at potentially higher
prices because you're doing lessof the busy work because you are
literally turning it into aproduct that is much more easily
copyable and repeatable for you.
Okay, so you have a basicwebsite wireframe you work off
every single time so that you'renot starting from scratch every
single time Because you createthe same type of website each

(29:49):
time So that is a reallyimportant thing to think about.
It's not just about Oh, I haveto just pick a service, but you
also want to have a signaturemethodology, a signature way
that you deliver that service, because that is going to turn
into what makes you differentand stand out in your industry.
And I go really deep into thisinside of.
My little mini course stand outand sell, but here's some things

(30:10):
that clients who've gone throughit have said about building
their framework, right?
So Kate said, I've been stuck inhow I approach my business and
this has completely changedthat.
I really enjoyed yesterday'susing a framework to create
content.
I'm going to show you how to dothis soon.
If I'm using a framework, itmakes it so much easier.
I think the confidence is what Ilacked and it's totally cool.
So many posts from one simpleidea, and I'm going to show you
exactly how to do this soon.
Now, once you have your processmapped out, you do need to give

(30:31):
it a name that sticks, right?
So it thinks CEO mom's method orclient attraction code so once
you have your process mappedout, you have to give it a name
that sticks plus a visual.
So people should hear the nameof your method and immediately
associate it with you.
So things like good signatureframework names would be things
like the CEO Mom's Method, theEvergreen Profit System, the
Client Attraction Code, the SixFigure Sales Accelerator.

(30:51):
What you should probably not dois use generic names like the
Growth Framework.
It's a little too vague does notsound unique, and anyone can
create it.
So it makes it a little bit toocomplicated.
And if people cannot rememberit, they're not going to buy it.
And then you want to connectyour framework to your offer.
So your framework is what makesyour offer premium.
If you're just offeringcoaching, you're a commodity.
If you're offering the evergreenprofit system that takes people

(31:13):
from struggling and breakingeven to sold out and profitable,
now you become the only choice.
Here are different places youcan leverage your framework in
your business once you've builtit out.
in your mindset, you canincrease your confidence, which
spills out to your sales andcontent.
You can increase your clarity, which has a spillover effect as
well.
In your offers, you can use itto build your signature offer.
You can use it to create aframework for your front end
offer that leads to a retainer.

(31:34):
You can use it to build out youroffer suite.
So you can pull pieces out ofyour framework and sell them
individually.
I have individual, this is myCEO mom's method by the way,
mindset offers marketingsystems.
I have individual offers forevery single one of these
pillars, right?
And systems, I also considerhome systems as part of that.
So I have my mini offers foreach one of these pillars.
I have mid ticket offers foreach one of these pillars.

(31:55):
So you can actually, once youhave a signature framework and
you have it for your main offer,You can pull out smaller pieces,
turn it into products, and sellthem.
When it comes to your marketing, you can put your framework on
your home page.
You can put it on your work withme page.
You can turn it into a videosales letter on an application
page.
You can turn it into yoursignature webinar or talk.
Turn it into a private podcastseries as an opt in.

(32:16):
Use it to pitch on livetrainings.
Use it to highlight the gaps foryour prospects on sales calls.
I didn't put this in here, butyou can use it to create a quiz,
like an assessment, so peoplecan see where their gaps are and
have you, hire you to help themfill them.
And when it comes to systems, you can help to productize your
service.
It helps you build SOPs for eachstep and it helps you focus on
systemizing one piece at a timeso you can streamline and

(32:36):
automate.
So Tomiko, remember I mentionedher earlier?
She had a health intensive thatshe wanted to sell and was
actually getting really goodvisibility.
She booked herself.
On 12 podcasts in one quarter, but she was feeling stuck on
moving people towards the saleonce they came into her world,
we didn't even create herofficial framework yet, but we
didn't narrow her process downto four steps, consistent habit
formation, realistic self care, healthy food relationships, and

(32:58):
building a health legacy foryour family.
And I gave her a sample way tomove from her free trainings to
her pitch using her framework.
And she was blown away.
She also narrowed in on herideal client who is busy female
entrepreneurs and ended upclosing two clients in a week
with a newfound confidence.
And we didn't even have a namefor a framework yet.
It was just the steps.
And I still showed her how shecould utilize this to highlight

(33:19):
gaps for her people.
Now last but definitely notleast, let's talk about the
simplified sales system.
The simple, scalable salessystem, aka how to sell without
hustling 24 7.
Let's talk about how having yoursignature framework will make
content virtually effortlesswith my mom viable marketing
method.
Does this feel familiar?
You've got exactly 20 minutesbefore your baby wakes up from a

(33:40):
nap, and need to post somethingto bring in leads.
But what?
Shoot, what do I promote thisweek?
Maybe I'll sell my copyintensives.
Okay, let's talk aboutcopywriting.
You start scrolling your cameraroll, looking for a photo, you
type something, delete it, startover.
10 minutes in, you're stillstaring at a blank screen, and
then baby cries, nap's over, post never happened.
This is why most CEO moms feelreally stuck when it comes to
content, because it always feelslike this last minute scramble,

(34:02):
but it doesn't have to, becausewhen you have a system, you
always know what to say.
Your framework can actuallybecome your content pillars, and
I show you this in here, right?
Like mindset offers, marketingsystem, the mindset of investing
in yourself, how to increaseyour sales confidence, how to
overcome the fear of successwhen it comes to offers, how to
build an offer suite as aservice provider, the best types
of offers for moms, how tocreate an irresistible signature
offer.
These are all content ideas thatI have personally used in my

(34:24):
business, okay?
In marketing, how to use yoursignature framework to create
your content pillars, meta.
The two types of content youshould be creating to attract
your ideal clients.
How to build a momentum basedmarketing plan.
Systems, how to build SOP simplyand easily.
My favorite marketing system forsuccess.
How to create a clientonboarding experience that wows.
All these are your contentpillars.
Now, you're like yeah, this isyou, obviously it's easy for you

(34:45):
to come up with ideas foryourself.
Okay.
This is Gina.
She's a podcast managementagency.
She has the CAST framework, which is clarity in your podcast
goals, assembly of your toolsand team, strategize your
content for conversion, andtimeless evergreen marketing
strategies.
This wasn't great.
I came up with it by myself andI'm not a podcast manager.
So you'll have to excuse me ifthis isn't fantastic, but here

(35:06):
are, and this was not created byChad Choupetit, it was created
by me.
Okay.
Three different.
Podcasts related content ideasfor every single piece of her
framework.
Clarity, how to decide what yourgoal is for your podcast.
Assemble your team, your tools, but behind the scenes of my
podcast editing process, why Ineed your team to make your
podcast happen, and then S, howto make your podcast content

(35:27):
convert into actual cash, how tokeep your podcast listeners
enthralled and listening for theentire episode, and T, timeless
evergreen marketing strategies, how to get your podcast in every
platform without spending allyour time promoting it, my pod
promotion plan to repurpose yourpodcast content, how to use
other people's audiences to growyour podcast audience, right?
So you can literally, the coolthing about this is when you use
your framework as your contentpillars, every single piece of

(35:48):
content.
leads back to your offer becauseyour offer is your framework.
It's just so seamless.
So how do you create a 30 daycontent plan?
You start with the CTA.
What do you actually want themto buy?
Then you work backwards.
What do you, what do they needto believe, feel, know before
they say yes?
Pull out a topic from one ofyour framework steps, focus on
one overall topic per week, anduse a different content type

(36:09):
each day.
So here's an example.
Let's say I'm selling my CEMAmastermind.
So I want to talk about themindset.
Okay.
Mindset.
I want to use that frameworkstep and I'll talk about the
mindset of investing inyourself.
So on Monday, I'll do a beliefshifting post about why
investing in yourself is thefuture of your business, right?
Why you're your own bestinvestment.
Then Tuesday will bestorytelling.
The time I invested in my firstmastermind and I started, and I

(36:32):
literally was spending 50percent of my monthly income on
a mastermind.
And how that turned out, spoileralert, really well.
Then Wednesday, education.
How to decide what kind ofinvestment to make.
Do you need a mastermind?
Do you need a course?
Do you need a group program?
Then Thursday, the opinion.
Hot take.
You don't need another course,right?
That's more for virality reach.
It's more of an opinion take.
And then on Friday, we havesocial proof.

(36:52):
Here are clients who invested inthemselves and their results.
Like I have clients wholiterally joined my program and
they were so like sold onthemselves and like the idea
that they were worth investingin, that they took that energy
to the next sales call and got anew client within a day or two
of investing without evengetting on our first call yet.
Just with that newfoundconfidence in mind.
Now, before we share the fullsimplified sales system and a 12

(37:16):
month plan for you to grow yourbusiness to six figures, let's
talk about the three parts of abusiness growth strategy that
you cannot forget.
The Grow, Nurture, and Selltrifecta.
Selling does not have to be arollercoaster.
You need a repeatable systemthat moves people from, I just
found you to, I know exactlywhat you do to, I need to work
with you.
Enter the Grow, Nurture, Sellsystem.
Instead of relying on referrals, random Instagram posts, or

(37:37):
hoping somebody sees your offer, your business runs on three core
functions.
Grow, which is growing youraudience, getting in front of
new people.
Nurture, which is nurturing youraudience, which is, taking care
of the people you already have.
And selling to your audience.
Now.
If you are just growing andselling, you're going to feel
spammy because you're not givingthem any value.
If you're growing and nurturingand you're not selling, you're
not going to be making anymoney.

(37:58):
And if you're nurturing andselling but not growing your
audience, you're going to tapyour audience out eventually.
Growing.
Bringing in the right people.
So right now you're marketing, you might be feeling like
throwing spaghetti at the wall.
If you feel like you're postingcontent randomly, hoping someone
bites, getting caught in anengagement loop instead of an
actual sales loop.
Feeling like you're alwaysstarting from scratch.
So here's how to shift thingsfor yourself.
A is make sure every piece ofcontent leads somewhere

(38:18):
strategic.
Not just providing value with nonext step.
B, use SEO collaborations andvisibility strategies to bring
in new people who actually needwhat you offer.
And three, have a clear CTA thatdirects people to your next
step, whether that's your optin, a DM, conversation, or
discovery call.
This is not about spending hoursgrowing your audience.
This is about setting up systemsthat work while you're making
lunch, doing school drop offs,or chasing a toddler through

(38:40):
Target.
Then we have nurture.
Building trust and makingselling effortless.
People don't buy just becausethey see your offer.
They buy because they trust thatyou are the person who can solve
their problem.
And nurturing is not justposting inspirational content
and hoping people remember you.
It's strategic content thatturns lurkers into buyers.
Here's how you shift.
Work backwards from your offer.
What does someone need tobelieve before they buy?

(39:01):
Your content needs to buildthose beliefs.
Your signature framework becomesyour content roadmap.
Every post, email, and live tiesback to it.
And create content categoriesthat make sure you're covering
all the angles.
Authority content establishesyou as the go to expert.
Belief shifting contentovercomes objections.
Behind the scenes content buildsconnection.
Sales content directly invitesthem to buy.

(39:22):
So instead of waking up andthinking, what should I post
today?
You already have a system thattells you exactly what to say.
So you can write a post in 10minutes while the kids eat
breakfast, or even better, batchit out on the weekend and
schedule them out to go.
So you can just get on with yourlife, get on with serving your
clients, and have those newleads and that nurturing rolling
in.

(39:43):
Then selling, turning warm leadsinto paying clients.
And this is where most peoplestruggle because they either
don't sell enough, so peopledon't even realize they have an
offer or they sell in a way thatfeels random and desperate.
So here's your shift.
Selling becomes easy when it's anatural extension of your
content.
You need a clear, repeatablesales pathway.
So either a webinar, a miniservice, a DM conversation, a
sales call, an email sequence.

(40:03):
And instead of making every salea brand new effort, use
automated and leveraged salessystem.
So clients can say yes, evenwhen you're not online.
Many chat is your best friend.
It can nurture by deliveringlead magnets and sales assets
and sell for you, or at leaststart the conversations you can
continue to sell.
This is the difference betweenspending hours, pitching in the
DMS versus a strike notificationfrom a client who signed up

(40:24):
while you were at the park withyour kids.
Now, how do we create automatedand leveraged sales systems?
Remember how we were talkingabout leveraging your framework?
So when it comes to marketinghere, you'll see what I've
bolded over here.
If you can turn your frameworkinto a VSL, a video sales letter
on an application page that youcan sell, send directly to
potential clients or turn itinto your signature webinar or

(40:45):
talk, turn into a privatepodcast series as an opt in and
have people walk through yourframework before getting on
calls with you.
Now you have people who are somuch more sold on you before
they even speak to you directly.
Okay?
And that is such a game changerbecause now you are upping your
conversion rates and you arecreating people who are already
basically sold on you and theway you work before they even

(41:07):
speak to you.
Now pull it all together andyou've got your simplified sales
system.
So getting known for one offerand one premium transformation,
leveraging your framework anddecision making.
Content, sales assets, andpitches, as well as using it to
productize your offer, and thendrive to your sales assets and
application page.
And this all is based on yoursignature framework.
You will use your frameworkdriven content to move people to

(41:28):
book a call with you or to yoursales asset, whether it's a
private podcast, a mini webinar,a video sales letter.
A mini service.
An audit.
And have that point to yoursignature offer.
Now imagine your business sixmonths from now.
You're no longer competing onprice because your offer is in a
category of its own.
Your messaging is crystal clearso when people land on your page
they immediately know they needto hire you.

(41:48):
You confidently charge premiumrates because clients see your
framework as a valuable,repeatable system.
This is the power of a signatureframework that becomes the
foundation of your businessmodel.
When you simplify, you createmomentum.
When you systemize, you createscalability.
When you get known for one highquality problem you solve, you
create demand.
So let's make it simple, right?
We have one offer, you're acopywriter, alright?

(42:11):
You have a 3K package, which is,I don't know, it's a sales
funnel copy package, alright?
So maybe it's a sales page athank you page, an opt in page,
a sales page, a thank you page, and five emails upselling into
the low ticket offer.
Okay?
Let's just say.
I'm throwing it out there.
3K for a service is not veryhigh end, I will say this, if

(42:32):
you have a really clear amazingdeliverable at the end of it.
Let's say you want to make 120,000 this year.
That is 40 clients a year, or 34 clients a month.
Alright, now you have to decidefor yourself, Can I do that?
Do I have that capacity todeliver that service for 3 4
times a month?
And if yes, amazing.
If not, then you have to figureout, either you have to raise
your rates, maybe you have tochange the scope of what you
offer.
But let's say you start with a40 percent call close rate and

(42:55):
two to three calls a week.
So this package can be somethinglike I said, sales pages,
emails, a coaching package, aconsulting intensive, a three
page website, a lead gen funnel,ad setup and management.
By the way, this is the Lowestend high end package I could
give you I'd rather start at 5kBut I wanted to give you like a
worst case scenario.
Okay, so this is like a minimumviable You are charging very low

(43:15):
for a premium service.
So here's an example yearJanuary you have 10 calls you
close for clients.
There's remember we said thatthere's a to pay plan Okay, so
it's 1, 500 a month.
So 600.
We're not even adding on apremium for a payment plan,
right?
So if you do that, you'll makeeven a little bit more.
So now that's 6K cash, right?

(43:35):
Because it's four clients timestimes 1, 500.
Then in February, you have 10calls again and four clients.
That's 12K cash.
Then March.
You have 10 calls and fiveclients.
Your conversion rate is up 13and half thousand dollars in
cash.
April, you increase your pro, your offer to 5K.
Now you have 10 calls and nowfive clients because your
conversion rate is up right?

(43:55):
Again.
So 20 K cash, may five, 10calls, five clients, 20 5K cash.
I did the math for you, so trustme when I say this this is all
stacking and stacking.
As you finish products, asprojects, as these payment
plans, disappear.
You're also stacking on more.
July, maybe it's a, August, they're slower months, six
calls, three clients, 20k, 15kcash.
September, 10 calls, fiveclients, 20k cash.

(44:19):
October, 10 calls, five clients,25k cash.
November, maybe do a BlackFriday sale and you do eight
calls and four clients, 22, 22and a half thousand dollars in
cash plus whatever Black Fridaysales.
And then in December, you fillyour waitlist, maybe sell a
couple of spots at 7k payingfull because you've raised your
rates at the end of the year, and then you rest.
That's between 10, in cash, plusany Black Friday sales

(44:39):
residuals.
Now, that is way over 120k,okay?
It is way over 120k.
So if you actually do the mathand I do the math for you, it's
a little bit over 200, 000.
So again, this is like double, this is like almost, this is
almost double your goal, whichwas 120 K and you don't need to
get on as many calls.
Maybe you're going to stopneeding sales calls at all,

(45:00):
because you're going to be soyou're going to have your
product as service.
You're going to have your workon the page.
It's so mapped out that allpeople need to do is book, apply
to work with you.
You have a little conversationvia DM and now they're booked
in.
Maybe you're going to raise yourrates earlier, right?
So again, this is not taken toaccount.
This is assuming you'requalifying your discovery calls.
They're more likely to convert.
Your conversion rate remains thesame and does not improve at
all.
And the rates only go up oncethe whole year.

(45:21):
This is not taken to accountmomentum, right?
So more and more people comingto your way.
This does not take into accountadding a course or digital
product in as leveraged incomeor front end offer.
This does not take into accountraising your rates to 5 to 10k
packages earlier in the year andbeyond, depending on what you
do.
And it does not take intoaccount you getting better at
what you do, which you will, which means you'll get better at

(45:42):
sales, you'll get better atdelivery, and you will just get
better in general and get moreand more well known for your
thing.
Okay, so it is absolutelypossible for this to happen for
you.
We talked about this process,right?
The power of one, becominguncopyable with your unique
genius, and the simplified salessystem.
So we talked about why the powerof one is so effective in how to
narrow in on your signature, howto turn your genius into an

(46:03):
uncopyable signature frameworkand message, how your offering
framework informs your contentstrategy, how to use all your
newfound sales assets to build asimplified sales system.
So before we move on, does thisall make sense?
Are we really clear?
Are you getting inspiration fordifferent ways you can leverage
your framework?
Do you feel like having aframework is going to make a
gigantic difference in yourbusiness clarity and that it
will naturally up level you andgive you more confidence?

(46:25):
Let me know.
Send me a DM on Instagram..
So far we've covered the powerof one.
Why one signature will simplifyyour business and scale it
faster.
How to identify your profitablesuperpower.
Why signature framework is sovaluable in your business.
How to turn your framework intocontent pillars.
Why you can actually start witha signature and not get bored,
right?
Because the truth is Once youhave your signature offer, I

(46:46):
like to apply all of mycreativity towards front end
offers to bring people into thatmain offer.
The year that I had my firstmulti six figure year, which is
2021, I I had one offer theentire year and I just created
different low ticket offers tobring people in the front door.
And they worked really well.
You learn how to reverseengineer your sales plan by
starting with your CTA, likewhat you're actually selling,

(47:08):
how to leverage your frameworkin multiple ways across your
business, the Grow, Nurture,Sell trifecta, and how all three
parts, your offer, yourframework, and your content all
work together to create yoursales system.
Now, let me ask, do you feelmore clarity on why a signature
framework and offer can simplifyyour business?
Can you see yourself using whatI showed you today to establish
your authority and stand out inyour niche?

(47:29):
Do you see the possibilities ofhow you can leverage your
framework across your businessin multiple assets and in
multiple ways?
Even if you used just a tinyfraction of what I showed you,
would you say our time togetherwas well spent?
Would you like to spend evenmore time together going deeper
and further into building abusiness that's simpler and more
sustainable than ever before?
So the question is, you know howto create a signature offering

(47:50):
framework.
You know how to turn it intocontent that converts, but
marketing is just one piece ofthe puzzle.
You also need the positioning, the messaging, the systems, the
lead gen.
So without further ado, CMOAcademy is open.
For you and you can join now.
It is currently 500 off untilFebruary 27th.
And just a little love note.
This is by far the mosttransformative program we've

(48:11):
ever invested in.
It's one thing to teach skillsand strategies, but to shift
someone's mindset and make themfeel like their business is
valid and can grow withoutlosing all sense of work balance
is absolute magic.
They said this is the mosttransformative program they've
ever invested in.
Okay?
In CLM Academy, you get 12modules and, no, 12, more than
12 modules and templatescovering the mindset, offers,
marketing, and systems to hitsix figures, and you can have

(48:32):
bonuses to help you make cashfast, take time off, grow your
audience, and manage your money.
12 modules of six figuremindset, business building, and
systems training.
You get unlimited access to upto date video trainings to refer
back to when you need them, worksheets, templates, and
swipes, emails, sales pages, market research, pitch scripts,
workshop outlines, funneltemplates, everything.
And you get CEO mom mindsetcheck ins to quell those mindset

(48:54):
gremlins at each stage.
Now, this is what I use to tieit all together.
My CEO mom's method.
We have the mindset of a CEOthat's ready to make big moves
in her business and life.
The one who's confidentlyshowing up from a place of
serious badassery.
Yes, that's you.
O is a productized signatureoffer that's scalable and
profitable and positioned forpremium pricing.
Say that three times fast.

(49:16):
M is a marketing system andproven funnel that takes up to
30 minutes a day max and stillbrings in those dream clients.
And S is the systems to manageyour business with ease and your
home.
So that you can take on moreclients, make more money, and
work less.
So when it comes to mindset,we're going to work on getting
clarity in your ultimate goal.
We're also going to use yoursignature framework and
positioning to create radicalconfidence in the value that you

(49:38):
bring.
When it comes to your offers inphase two, we're going to build
on your signature framework tocraft your productized service,
and we're going to nail yourpremium messaging and unique
positioning so you can speak tothe people who can afford you.
When it comes to your marketing,we're going to create the simple
marketing funnels and pathwaysto bring the right leads into
your world, and we're going tobuild your consistent and
minimalist content plan tocontinue growing your audience,
generating leads, and turningyour followers into raving fans.

(50:01):
And when it comes to systems,we're going to build SOPs for
each step of your business, systemize each step of your
onboarding, delivering, andmarketing.
So here are some nice thingsthat my client said, I add
everything up and including someaffiliate income.
I've made over 6, 000 thismonth, which is my biggest month
ever count.
My part time regular gigs isactually over 7k.

(50:22):
The Elle Dundun is directlyresponsible for warming you up
to get to that aha moment.
And i'm going to share ascreenshot of my account over
the past few days where clientsare paying me 1k just to reserve
Their place in line to work withme just for not for an intensive
or anything just to deposit onthe work I will do with them in
april deposit You told me acouple of months ago this could
happen I would never would havebelieved you and i'm going to
post a few screenshots from thedms I sent the elle to prove it.
I forgot to mention on the call.

(50:44):
I was 145 dollars short of afreaking 10k month Finally
finished up writing my secondcourse in my new series.
Got three scheduled discoverycalls from executing your
LinkedIn strategies.
Also signed a new client becauseof the cash injection bootcamp
training.
Thank you, Yael Want to launch anew offer stuck on how to convey
your message to your idealclients, stuck on sales calls,
want a content plan.
It is all in here.
Just hop into our course portaland swipe what you need.

(51:06):
We're adding new lessons all thetime and regularly invite guest
experts to deliver high valuetrainings on everything from
social media, finances, sales, lead generation, podcasting, and
more.
Karen said, these step by steplessons are so clear and
helpful.
My messaging feels so muchclearer now.
Crystal said, for the first timethis year, I'm fully booked with
just funnel builds and have tostart a waiting list.

(51:27):
You also got templates, swipes, and workbooks look into the
future.
You need to brainstorm andmessaging for a new offer.
Create a week's worth ofcontent, plan your next quarter,
create your personal marketingchecklist.
It is.
All in here.
You've got templates upon swipesupon templates for things like
your offer document, your walkwith me, work with me, page,
content, pieces, emails, messaging, sales posts, many
chat automations.
That's pretty much everythingyou need in there.
And probably a few things youdidn't even think of to make

(51:49):
sure that you can take actionand make money immediately.
Kate said the branding andmessaging module is my favorite.
I can go back to it five timesand learn something new each
time.
Beth said thank you so much forthese content swipes for selling
your offer.
It makes creating content soclear and easy.
And now for the bonuses, becausewe always like to have a good
bonus.
The first one you get is theCash Injection Boot Camps.

(52:10):
This gives you unlimited accessto my in depth cash injection
strategy and has helped me andmy clients bring in 2K to 20K in
three weeks or less.
In depth trainings on the eightdifferent types of cash
injection campaigns you candeploy to bring in cash fast.
Inventory workbooks and emailswipes to make deploying your
campaigns super simple.
So imagine you've put outtogether a quick and dirty

(52:30):
offer, send out to your warmestleads, and within a month you've
already made your CMA investmentback with change.
All right, you can literally dothis as soon as you join.
It's in the bonuses at the end.
Just scroll down and you can dothis.
People love this cash injectionbootcamp.
Bonita said, So much wins for mein terms of mindset and
strategy, adding a new incomestream to my business, but I
guess it speaks the most asnumbers.
I've completed my Resell andMore Leads campaign and enrolled

(52:52):
clients at the value of over 76,almost 7, 700.
Without one single cent spent onad spend, so I'm better off this
month in terms of cash flow thanin the last 22 months of my
business.
Note, not revenue wise, but interms of how much of this
revenue I actually get to keep.
Next week I'm launching my phonecall campaign and I also want to
start implementing a referralcampaign.
This course absolutely rocks.
Okay, and let's say Cassandrasigned a new client just because

(53:13):
of the cash injection bootcamptraining.
It is gold.
Then we also have mindsetcheckpoints.
So before each module, we have aspecial mindset lesson touching
on the mindset issues and blocksthat may come up while
implementing that piece and acheck in afterwards to see where
your head's at so you can ditchall the mindset trash that keeps
you playing small.
Looking to the future, you'regetting stuck on your offer
because you have so many otherideas for things you want to
sell, but you tap into our multipassionate musings mindset

(53:35):
checkpoint and are able toeasily journal out your ideas
and put them on the side whileyou refocus on your offer and
completely sell it out.
Then, bonus number three, wehave the audience growth vault.
It used to be called the collabvault, but I've added some other
some other methods that are notnecessarily collab focused, so I
changed it.
You are going to get this allnew module for 2025, giving you
unlimited access to exactly howI've grown my audience through

(53:56):
collabs and visibilityopportunities that are working
now.
How to identify which collabsactually make sense for you, how
to land collab opportunitieslike bundles, summits, podcasts,
interviews, and more to growyour audience, and my all new
collab hub to help you submitfor collabs in a flash and track
your collab promotions.
Wouldn't it be great to have aconsistent and effective process
to land collaborations andvisibility opportunities?

(54:17):
You constantly will be gettingnew leads in your pipeline, and
you don't have to spend a dimeon paid traffic.
You're also buildingrelationships with potential
clients, partners, and referralson a regular basis, and are
quickly becoming known.
As they go to in your space.
Then bonus number four is thetime off plan, right?
Between babies, Jewish holidays, and school vacations, I've taken
so much time off during my timeas a business owner.

(54:39):
And this in depth training tellsyou exactly how, and I'll be
adding a maternity leave bonusworkbook to it If you're
considering growing your family, you want to keep growing your
business.
Then bonus number five is theclient magnet toolkit So you're
gonna grab my eight provenstrategies to get more leads and
clients without spending all dayon social and sending a hundred
cold emails a week You canimplement these on a weekly or
monthly basis to attract clientsto you, and only one of the

(55:01):
methods requires actual adspend.
Okay, so if you notice yourpipeline is getting a little bit
sparse, go through the toolkitstrategy list, pick your
favorite, and within a week, you've got an inbox full of
conversations with prospects.
You get all of these bonuses.
Cash Injection Bootcamp, MindsetCheckpoints, The Collab Vault,
Your Time Off Plan, ClientMagnet Toolkit, and you have a
special CEO Mom Special untilFebruary 27th.

(55:22):
For perspective on thisincredible offer, if I was to
price this at what it's trulyworth, I would not have any
issue asking you to invest 10Kto join this program, and I have
in the past.
I know you can make it between10K to 100K back with the value
you get in this program.
In fact, I charge 5, 000 justfor one.
VIP day, where you map out aplan for you and you get one
month of Voxer access to me aswell.

(55:42):
That is a personalized plan andone month of support.
But all that aside, how much doyou think you can achieve when
you have a scalable productizedservice, a clear marketing plan,
and the systems to scale?
I'll tell you it's going to be alot, much more than 10k worth of
value, but like I said earlier, accessibility is important to me
and I want this to be stacked inyour favor.
Better Still has decided toreward those who act boldly and
immediately because those arethe type of people I absolutely

(56:03):
love to work with.
If you sign up, instead of 10k,which is truly already such a
good price for what this packingentails, you'll be able to get
full access to everything thatmakes up this wonderful program.
Get this for just 14.
97 or 2.
97 a month.
Okay?
Normally it's 19.
97, but you will get 500 off.
And, the truth is, what I didwas, I turned CEO of Mom

(56:25):
Academy.
into a self study program, inorder to make this as accessible
as possible.
I wanted as many people to buyit as possible, because I wanted
everyone to be able to haveaccess to these skills, to the
swipes, the templates this isn'treally my body of work that I've
worked on pretty much since2020, all right?
It's Talk full of everything youneed but I know that some of you
might feel like you want supportimplementing and I want you to

(56:46):
Get that support enter themomentum collective get my
entire 10k Plus CEO mom suite ofprograms plus twice monthly
coaching with me and communityfor six months for just 2, 500
So basically if you're doing themath, that's 1, 000 more for six
months of coaching instead ofthe self study CMA course alone.

(57:08):
So what do you get inside theMomentum Collective?
This is an amazing opportunityto work with me closely.
You get everything inside of CEOMom Academy.
Plus my entire CEO Mom suite ofoffers, the Leverage CEO
Accelerator, High Ticket LowHassle, Momentum Marketing
Masterclass, the Sales ExplosionWorkshop, Rich Mom Energy, the

(57:29):
that I run during your time inthe collective.
For mentorship, you get monthlymomentum coaching calls at the
beginning of each month.
This will be focused on astrategy to get your monthly
momentum going, and we'll touchon things like which sales
actions make the most sense totake, how to eliminate mindset
blocks that are keeping youstuck, how to make your
messaging magnetic, offer tweaksto help them sell more, and so
much more.

(57:49):
And you get a monthly, week longtelegram Q& A channel the third
week of every single month, where you can get my insight on
anything in your business andget answers to anywhere you're
stuck so you can get back ontrack.
Sky is the limit.
And of course, community wise, you get an exclusive peer led
community where you can connect, collaborate, and mastermind with
other CEO moms.
Just like you.
And I don't exaggerate when Isay that I attract the best
people into my world, handsdown.

(58:11):
I promise this will be the bestinvestment in people you could
ever make.
So imagine this.
You're in a sticky clientboundary situation.
You're not exactly sure how torespond.
That's fine because you hop intothe Q& A thread and post it in
the group and get some feedback, support, and ideas from the
incredible group of CEO moms inthe collective and a detailed
answer from me in the Q& Athread or the New Year's hot
seat call.

(58:31):
A few days later, you drop in toshare your win.
You raised your rates and setboundaries with your client.
Win win, and everybody is happy.
You can get CEO Mom Academy, the12 program module, the
templates, wipes, and workbooks, all these bonuses for 14.
97, or you can get the MomentumCollective and get all this
plus.
Everything else, my entire COMsuite of offers, which is over

(58:52):
10K in value.
Any course or live group programthat I run during the time of
the collective.
Discounts on private coachingopportunities with me.
Monthly Momentum hot seatcoaching calls.
Monthly Q& A threads.
And a supportive community oflike minded mamas.
So these are your two optionsand it is totally up to you.
Whether you're a self starter, you're like, No, I just want
something that can binge and gothrough myself and just take
action.
Or you really want thataccountability and support along

(59:13):
the way.
Now is the time to join to lockyour 500 off, this is your
chance, and I look forward toseeing you in there.
I think it's going to be anincredible opportunity for you.
Or again, you can upgrade to thecollective for just 1k more, for
just 2500.
Here are a few things that havecome up for for my clients, or
people who have asked mequestions.

(59:33):
I wanted to make sure to coverall this before we before we
come to the end of this class.
Money.
This feels like a biginvestment.
Can I really make my money back?
I honestly believe you can makethe money back with just one
client.
Okay?
I recommend charging at least 2kfor your premium package.
So you'd actually make more thanyour money back.
With one client.
Okay?
But what I want you to realizeis that not making this decision

(59:55):
is also costing you moneybecause every month you say,
stuck, unclear, and spinningyour wheels is another month of
lost sales.
The strategies inside of CEO MomAcademy are designed to get you
paid quickly.
I literally have a full moduleon fast cash strategies, so you
can land a client, optimize youroffer, and make a quick sale
within 30 days of joining.
You also don't have to pay infull today.
There's a 2.

(01:00:15):
97.
That's less than what mostpeople spend on coffee, takeout,
or random Amazon purchases in amonth.
Guilty.
And, of course, you can startwith self study and upgrade
later.
If you want the coaching supportand full access to my entire
offer suite inside the MomentumCollective, you can always
upgrade when you're ready.
Okay?
But again, don't take my wordfor it, I asked my clients how
long it took them to make theirinvestment back.

(01:00:36):
Kristen said it made more than5x my investment back, made my
investment back 2x in April, made my investment back in April
and continue to grow.
Okay?
As you can see, I really Icreate stuff for my clients to
make sure they can make theirinvestment back as quickly as
possible.
Time, which I totally hear.
I don't feel like I don't evenhave time to do all this
marketing or even to joinanother program.
And mama, I know with six kids, time is precious to me too.

(01:00:58):
My goal is to save you time.
So everything I give you in thisprogram is geared towards
working through it.
and getting it done as quicklyas possible so you can start
making money right away.
And again, you might be like isthis for me?
Is this going to work for me?
And if you're like, if I'm a B2Cbusiness owner, is this going to
work for me?
If you are a service provider, coach, or consultant who
provides transformation for yourclient, this will work for you.

(01:01:19):
Okay.
Like I said, I had my client,Tomiko.
She was a health coach.
My client Bonita was a datingcoach for corporate women,
right?
I had Melanie who was a sleepcoach for baby, a baby sleep
coach, right?
So this works for people even ifthey're not selling money
related results.
And again, how long will it takeme to get results?
You should be able to get yourpremium offer out there and sold
at your pilot rate within 90days or less.

(01:01:40):
I truly believe that if you takeaction on the lessons you move
forward, you should be able tomake your money back.
Very quickly.
And if you're still wondering, what is the difference right
between CEO Academy and MomentumCollective?
So CEO Academy is the full stepby step roadmap.
You get all the trainings, youneed to simplify, scale, and hit
your first or next 10k month.
The Momentum Collective is forthose who want even more

(01:02:02):
personalized coaching andsupport.
So you get, sorry, bi weeklycoaching, direct feedback, and a
high level community to get youaccountable and moving fast.
It's not weekly coaching.
It's That was a typo.
You get a hot seat called thebeginning of the month and also
a Q& A thread two weeks later tomake sure that you're getting
coaching throughout the monthand you have a place to ask your
questions on a regular basis.

(01:02:23):
Plus in the Momentum Collective, you get access to my entire
offer suite, which means you getall my best selling courses,
masterclasses, and extraresources.
To help you scale even furtherand automate and do all these
fun things.
