In this episode Tony channels spirit to talk about the concept of the Eye of the Storm. The eye is a powerful metaphor to illustrate that the middle of a tornado weather system is the calm part and the outside is volatile. Staying in the middle or balanced in tough times takes on a different meaning. Tony gives several examples of staying focused on the peace or the center so there are no distractions in your life.
