This meditation was designed to capture the energies of many cultures on how they clear darkness from their people. The mind is a powerful force and can be influenced to the untrained soul walker. When people feel like they are losing control and heavy hundreds of cultures have developed ways to clear these heavy energies over the centuries to keep their people strong and sustained. Feel the vibration and senses activate if you listen to this with earphones. Be careful as some portions may be loud for some people so adjust your volume for your hearing health.
