Mountain Meditation

This meditation was created to experience the energies of a mountain to help bring peace and a sense of vast space within ourselves. This will enhance your ability to let go of regret, of the past, grief, sorrow and to forgive yourself. It is a special piece of music that is precisely the chords needed to tap into your ability to leave the past behind. Play this when you are in a state of relaxation. 

We have used Beethoven's Symphony #7 Movement #2. This is exactly the music that will release old patterns. We have also infused the energies of the Tuning Forks, the 528 Hz, DNA vibrations, several planetary sounds and more to bring you to a state of grace in just 13 minutes.  Visualize being in a mountainous area where you are small in size compared to these enormous rock formations. See yourself as large as these mountains in a different way. You are part of the mountain.

We have included mountain winds to add to the experience of this vast region and ending it with a motivational poem. Hope you like it.
