This meditation was created to experience the start of the breakdown of an addiction. Play this as often as you can or are able. We will have a special edition coming up that will talk more about how an addiction is created and why it is considered a gift. Until this podcast edition is ready to be released listen to the soundtrack and follow along and come with an open mind to follow what is being said. There is one ingredient that if it is missing an addiction will be the result. Find out what that is in this meditation podcast.
We have used our own Past Life Meditation soundtrack along with a poem by Rupi Kaur from the book "The Sun and her flowers". Click the link to the book. I highly recommend this book. It is a beautiful arrangement. We played our Past Life Meditation with this poem at the same time to create a unique sound and power to help you address your addiction in a different way; as a gift.
Please do not operate heavy machinery, drive, work, or do activity while listening. Turn off your phones and get into a quiet space so you won't be interrupted as this time is for you.
