Traveling Through the Stars Meditation

This meditation was created to help you travel through over 40 stars in our Universe in 21 minutes. It is mind boggling that the Universe is so vast and the understanding is that we are all one. Life on our planet seems so primitive and segregated compared to the Universal flow and love we hear on other worlds and other galaxies. When we reach out to our neighbors and shake hands and talk we soon realize they are wonderful and in many ways just like us.   . 

This meditation was shown to me by Spirit that if we were to travel to other civilizations and meet the life there that we might find we have more love in our hearts. It is time to stop listening to the old narratives that we are separate from each other and let go of what is being given to us rather than what we are feeling. 

In the making of this meditation it compiles over 40 different vibrations from distant stars starting with our own to give you a more Universal perspective of what is happening on our planet. Close your eyes and visualize taking off and leaving this solar system to visit far off stars and their neighboring planets. By the time you get to the end you are back on Earth. Have the volume control handy as some parts are louder than others.

How do you feel? Let yourself process what you have experienced by going for a walk and see what changes you see in you, in others. There is a deeper message in this so take your time to see what comes up for you.
