I really have been practicing the art of letting go of layers of illusions of who I was told to be and who I thought I needed to be. Here's a bit more of my story - this is a raw, real, vulnerable share of my journey of creating self-intimacy & liberation, on my terms. To be honest, my fears of 'what are people going to think/say' about me took over for a bit. What the shame & fear reminded me is that I can’t control the way people see me anyways. So I decided to step into the unknown, a bit scared and a bit excited, in order to explore my next levels of expression.
"Release to Receive” is now one of my mantras. I also wanted to make sure I was not sharing this story from an open wound, and rather from my embodied wisdom. I trust this inspires you to accept and let go of whatever & whoever is holding you back from becoming your next level self. That includes yourself. So that you allow yourself to become who you are meant to be. This healing journey takes a lot of courage, self-trust, and radical responsibility. It means jumping into the unknown, even when it does not make ANY logical sense, you know you have the feeling of more for your life. Leap into making your desires your reality because no one is gonna do it for you.
We need you to be in your fullest true self. You are worthy of it all. You are worthy, period.
I'd really appreciate if you give my podcast a 5 star rating, review, subscribe and share to support my budding creative expression.
