Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Jonathan and Kelly Show.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
And this is an undocumented immigrant.

Speaker 1 (00:07):
I do want to note that I want to clarify
what you mean. So we're talking about the same thing.
Are you saying this immigrant was here? I legally, yes,
I am. And that's why I said that. I clarify
that it just good undocumented and I wasn't clear what
that means.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
I want this to be a good faith discussion.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Kelly Nash. When we use language the design to obscure
the truth, that's not good faith. And Kelly Show, if
you're on CNN, do not toy with Steven Miller.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
I would recommend that to all journalists. He's been in
a bad mood for about two decades.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Wow, Now he was undocumented. I want I want to
make that notation going in because this is a good
faith conversation. Okay, he was an undocumented person. Who are
we talking about? Is this the terrorist? No, it was
not the terrorist. It was just another because that was
like two days before the terrorist activity, because that one
thing was on Friday, okay, and then we had the terrorist,

(00:58):
who we've now learned is a nearly immigrant.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Well, and there is some complexities in that because he
did have a visa to be here. In twenty twenty two,
I think he got here, uh, and that ended a
year later in twenty twenty three. He overstayed it, got caught,
and then when he got caught, he put in another
application and the Biden administration approved him for a better

(01:22):
This one's a work visa, so he could be here
for two years, and then he overstayed that one as well,
So he's been illegal since March. I'm assuming he knew
that Trump was not going to give him an extension
or nobody in the Trump administration, so he decided to
go out with a bang or in this instance, a
Molotov cocktail.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
I'll take a flamethrower to this place.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
And the flamethrower was taken to elderly people who were
reminding people in Boulder that there was there still is
fifty eight hostages being held by the Palestinians.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
I think the youngest of the pro Palestinian protest not protesters,
but supporters who you mean you mean pro Israel pro Israel?
Excuse me? The pro Israel persons, who I'm assuming had
already applied for the permits they needed. But this is
something they do every weekend, they just marked in this area.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Well, like the chief of police said, this is not
a protest, this is a walk. They do not block
any traffic. They just a group of about twenty of
them walk down the sidewalks and they just start saying
the names of the people. And they're elderly. The average
age is like seventy four. They're not they're not using
bullhorns or anything. They're just like he's saying the names.

(02:37):
Whoever is still a hostage? So and so still a hostage,
so and so still a hostage. Well, this guy knew
about it, and he said, I'm going to try to
kill all y'all. And I think it was ironic if
you saw some of the photos that you know, Boulder,
Colorado trying to cover up who this guy is and
why he was doing it because we can't put two
and two together. The fact that he's screaming free Palestine

(02:59):
and Palestine will be free from the river to the sea,
and they're chanting about Israeli hostages. We don't know that
this is connected, of course, they're saying. And then as
the guy is standing there with the two things that
he's shooting off, you know, liquid with like flammable. The
only thing you see in the background is the city hall,
which has a massive gay Pride flag. And I'm like, well,

(03:22):
so we got our priority straight and Boulder. And in
case you're wondering how liberal Boulder is, Kamala Harris got
seventy six point five percent of the vote, so they
are far left nut jobs.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
I think it was yesterday at like maybe six o'clock
the FENS came out and said this is absolutely a
terrorist aack of course bolded police not so not so
sure about.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Why rush to judgment, Jonathan Is. They might not be connected.
He might not even been targeting these people.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
We're still fully Yeah, he might have just tripped with
a Molotov cocktailn his hand.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Yes, you don't know, looked like And then he was
described by MSNBC as a white man. Could have been
a white guy, definitely, I'll give you this. He's very
light skinned.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
True Middle Eastern dude.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
When you see his face, he's very non Caucasian with
his facial structure. But you know, and it doesn't matter
if he's Caucasian or if he's black, or if he's
an American Indian, or if he's from the Middle East,
The only thing that matters is he's targeting people specifically
because they are pro Israel. That's why he was going

(04:28):
after them. And they you know, again the race game.
If they could have, I'm sure MSNBC would have photoshopped
a Maga hat on that guy if they could.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Absolutely. I was talking about a neighbor yesterday and he
was like, yeah, my sister in law's working at a
restaurant this area in Boulder and there's like some guy
setting people on fire on the sidewalk.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
I'm like, what they got the ages up there? So
it's fifty two to eighty eight, four women, four men.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
And I'm like, I have not heard anything about this.
While back over to the house, suddenly is breaking news
and I was surprised the MSNBC went live to it.
They must have thought that it was going to be
something that they could spin into their own direction.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
No, their initial reports were white guy attacks what was
originally reported as a pro Palestine march. So all of
a sudden, we got all the hallmarks of an MSNBC
juicy fruit.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Gum, let's go. We got a white guy trying to
kill Palestinians. This is great.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Oh no, it's actually a Middle Eastern guy trying to
kill white folks who are for Israel.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Oh so sorry, We'll returned to our regular schedule, Reford
to programming in a moment. And then the other big
news over the weekend is that math apparently does lie.
Somebody's lying. Who's lying? So either the Big Beautiful Bill
adds twenty trillion dollars to the national debt in ten

(05:50):
years or it doesn't. Now you can argue about this
the CBD, the Congressional Budget Office CBO is a nonpartisan organization,
So don't try to act like politics comes into play here.
This is just about math. I don't care what Speaker
Johnson's talking about. All doesn't matter what Besset's talking about.

(06:14):
They're lying to you. This is going to add twenty
trillion dollars next ten years. To do that.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
I mean, look, I mean in the reality of it
is is that they what I thought it was more
than that, because they were talking about a three trillion
dollar a year added, so it would be thirty trillion
in ten years. I just if you do the dynamic
scoring on it, I think Scott bess thinks that they
can get it to zero.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Is that what he's saying and then reverse it going forward.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
So possibly, I mean, but the reality of it is,
I also believe that they should have cut a lot
more spending.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
And I think that they would have given that they
didn't have such a thin margin in the House of
the Senate, because you only got three the way you
need the body.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Are you saying that there's the Republicans who would have
voted against it had we cut more spending.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
I'm saying that you've got some Republicans in districts that
they are going to put up a fierce debate and
several of the spending cuts if you push for the
entire package as it was wanted in the beginning.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Not if you target well, I mean, there's always gonna
be somebody Lindsey Graham would fight. If you were saying
we're going to go after the Pentagon.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Lindsey Grahm absolutely, what's he doing going to cut military spending?

Speaker 2 (07:30):
What's Lindsey Graham doing with Dick Blumenthal hanging out in
the Ukraine and then you know, the next day, all
of a sudden, the Ukraine's launching a crazy attack on Russia.
I mean, does anybody really think that Lindsay Graham is
looking for peace right now.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
I got to give the Ukrainian as a big salute
on that one. Who saw that coming. I mean they
took out like forty Russian aircraft.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
Do you think that Zelensky? This is Zelensky's move for peace?

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Just the way you bring him to You think you're
gonna bring Putin to his knees to the table? Okay? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (08:01):
This, I mean this is just an insane attack on Russia,
especially when you got Trump on your side, You've got
the the peace negotiations are supposed to be happening this week,
and then just before that, you right into the middle
of Russia launched forty missiles.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I mean, I.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Don't think mister terrorist thug Putin's gonna cot into it
and say, oh, you know what, we should probably pipe
down now. No, no, he's gonna want his pound of flesh.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Well, MSNBC this morning way too early with our girlfriend
alive Ittally, she was a little put out that this
whole thing's been dragging on. I mean, look, Trump said
that he was going to put an end of this thing,
So what's taking so long?

Speaker 2 (08:42):
I mean, look, if she wants to say that his
campaign promise was I can end it in three days.
He did say that he did, and so I mean, yeah,
he overexaggerated.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
H over promised. I still agree.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
With his assessment that it wouldn't have happened had.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
He been the project totally. But that's neither here nor there.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
I don't think that he's going to be able to
end this war, especially after the actions over the weekend.
I think we're months away now, probably from an end easily.
And Lindsey Graham, you know, I like Lindsay Graham when
he's in the studio. He's a nice guy. He's got
great stories. But that is a well, that's a Dick

(09:22):
Bloomenthal move. That's a big Dick Bloomenthal move to go
over there and fire them up and have them launching missiles.
And don't tell me you're not. It's not related. It
has to be related. There's no coincidences. And yeah, you're
I think what happened over the weekend is going to
lead to hundreds of thousands of.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Deaths now here in the state of South Carolina. All
the Democrats came here. Wes Moore was here, of course,
James Clyburn was there. He had his big fish fry
going on just up the street, and then over at
the fairgrounds, you had fancy hands come in. He's going
to put on a little show for you. Tim Walls
was here and they were He in particular, was talking.

(10:03):
I don't have a whole lot of quotes from Wes
Moore in the articles, nor did I see much of
the coverage and included Wes Moore speaking yesterday. I saw
the same clips Tim Walls over and over again. He
was very upset. He wants you to know there's no
savior coming. We have to do this together. And when
I say do it together, or when he says it,
he's talking about his time to get serious around here.

(10:25):
We have a bunch of un serious people. We got
to push back against the bully. You know, he spoke
to his teacher colleagues. When you see nothing frustrates a
teacher more than when you see a bully in the hallway.
And then when the kids, you can bring them aside
and talk to him, but when they're adults, you just
have to go full board. You got to bully them
right back. And then he went into a profanity lace tirade.

(10:50):
You know, I'm wondering if I was to suggest that
Tim Walls is making a threat against the president's life
because he says, quote, Donald Trump sucks up too much oxygen.
That's what he's saying.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
That could be perceived as a threat against the president's life.
That's exactly what they would be doing on their side
of the aisle, you know, taking words that Obviously what
he means is in an argument in the what it
sounds like.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Is that as long as Donald Trump is taking in oxygen,
he's a threat because we know he's a tharts area,
so you have to suffocate him. That's what it sounds
like to me.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
And then he goes on to say, what did he
say about we got to bully the bully?

Speaker 1 (11:33):
You got to bully the bully. He dropped like an
F bomb in there or something. Once a bully becomes
an adult, it's not like a teacher's opportunity to correct
the bully. Now, you got to bully the bully.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
So I guess that is Tim Walls attempting to be
the bully, to bully the bully.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
Well, but he wants you to do it with a
smile on your face, because he said, we also had
to prove to America that we can have a lot
of fun. The hell are you talking about? Tim? Where's
the fun come in here?

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Tim Walls is clearly a low IQ individual who has
no idea how to.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Read a room.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
So pick your message and stick with it. I mean,
this is basic politics. If you want to be the
party that's the party of fighting, which is exactly what
it seems your base wants you to be, then you've
got to be the party of fighting. You're not the
joyful warriors. Those two don't go together, all right. You're
a fierce warrior for your saving democracy or whatever bs

(12:29):
it is that you want to peddle, or you're the
big tent party that has room for everybody, and it's
so much more fun to be a Democrat. But you
can't be We're on fire to kill Donald Trump, and
we're doing it with a lot of joy in our heart.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
I don't get this line. Let's not just talk about
an alternative, Let's not just study an alternative. Let's deliver
an alternative. Now that's what Wes Moore said. So what
is the alternative? We're going to share this with the
Democrats now, get them all together. Can you deliver whatever
the alternative is? Because at this point you getting your
ass kicked everywhere nobody wants an open border. You're losing

(13:07):
the workers because you're not paying attention to their interest.
You know, we're wasting money, and now you're fighting for
wasting money and you're fighting for illegals. What is your
alternative here? He never explained that that I know of.
Maybe we got some Democrats who were there that would
like to email us and tell us what the alternative
message was.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Well, I think if I'm trying, I'm trying to put
myself into a liberal's mind, which is a very dangerous exercise.
Don't do this. But as I attempted, what I believe
they're saying is, if they were to define their party
to themselves, why are they so joyful and all that
sort of stuff. We are the party that allows. We

(13:48):
do not put restrictions on you, unlike the Republicans. The
Republicans want you to identify the way they want you
to identify. You're assigned a gender at birth, and you
are not allowed any wiggle room on that. You have
to stay that gender. And when in our party, if
you realize that you're a different gender, you're allowed to

(14:12):
compete in that gender. You're allowed to live your life,
so to speak, Like that's why we want them in
the in the ladies room, we want them on the
ladies competition field. Now California, you know, is in a
very weird bind. I don't know if you saw what
they did with their state championships now, but they're creating
multiple awards.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Did you see this? It's so odd. Now, this is
like we're one step away from everybody gets the number
one participation trophy.

Speaker 2 (14:42):
But you know, I see where they're going with that.
So if you haven't seen this development, what they're saying
is because the argument had been you're displacing the females,
but we're not displacing them. If a transgendered athlete was
to come in first, second, or third, whoever the girl

(15:02):
is that would have come in first, second, or third
will also be recognized in that position. So if the
transgendered male came in first by seven minutes ahead of
the female, they're gonna share the podium as the number
one athlete. And if we have a transgender come in
second and a female came in second, even if the
third place transgender beat the second place female, the transgender

(15:25):
has to go to third because you came it's really complex.
But that's only when you're talking about running. What about
like in something like soccer, softball yeah, or sport yeah,
or heaven forbid, we're now talking about sports where people
get injured, like in volleyball where they broke that girl's jaw,

(15:46):
I mean the basketball. These are games where people get
actually hurt because there's a man. You got a two
hundred and ten pound man going up against the He
was two hundred and ten pounds and six foot five
going up against a five foot eleven, hundred and forty
pound girl, and he threw her around like a rag
down until she had to be put in a hospital.
And they said, but it's fair, it's competition because he

(16:08):
feels like a woman. So that's in their minds, that's
how they're being fair. We're not going to displace the females,
we're not going to displace the transgenders. We're open where inclusive.
The Republicans are very closed minded. They don't understand that
everything the Constitution.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Is living and breathing.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Everything is living and breathing and evolving as we speak.
That's not how we look at it. I don't know
if it happened in California or not. But the girls
are having none of it. Because the girls, I think
they came in second.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
And third, they wouldn't get on the podium. They just
walked off. Yeah, they said bump this, forget it, And
I don't blame them, which is going to be the
only way you can do it. You're not going to
be you can, You're just not going to participate. I'm
waiting for somebody to actually create their own female sports.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Well, the interesting development I think is that, you know,
I saw a reporter from CNN trying to go after
an attorney who's the head of some charity or something
which is fighting to keep transgenders out of women's sports.
And she was trying to put this female attorney in
a trick bag by saying, Okay, but if Donald Trump's

(17:14):
threats come true and they don't provide federal funding to
these schools, don't all athletes male, female, transgender? Isn't everybody
hurt in the state. And she was like, she had
the great answer, It is not a Donald Trump threat,
it is the federal law. California can easily follow the

(17:35):
federal law and if they do, then nobody's hurt.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
But you're right.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
If they insist on not following the federal law, then
all the students in the state of California will be
punished by the leadership of California.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
You mean Title nine was before Trump administration.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Yes, long, long time ago, back when I was a child,
and I better.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
Look back on it. We'll find out California is actually
one of the states pushing for Title.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
And I remember being a kid, and I hate to
say it because I was a sexist, but I was like,
wait a second, we gotta we gotta give up the
boys team so that the girls can play. Now they're like, yeah, sorry, guys,
we're cutting this team and adding this team. And so
there was like a whole group of teams here. Yeah,
there's the whole group of guys teams that just got

(18:21):
dissolved in like the seventy nine or whatever.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Yeah, you're how expensive it is to build a softball
field and you can't just play on a baseball field.
I know, you have to build a softball field. You
gotta bill. That money's got to come from somewhere. Hm.
So it came from the swim team. So we got
to that money. You's got to come from somewhere. An
article today in the state newspaper still puts the City
of Columbia trying to figure out where that money's going
to come from. And now the mayor is saying, I'm

(18:47):
not calling the governor. You get an ABVSY group, advocate group,
you call the mayor. Are you do you do that leadership?
Right there? I knew that was going to make you
very angry?

Speaker 2 (18:56):
Is that I'm just wondering, is that how you Is
that how you lead? If you guys are upset about
the money, call the governor.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
If we're going to lose the state funding, we have
to take the h tax funding. But wait a minute,
we got a bunch of the gay pride salutes and
celebrations coming up here in June. We use a lot
of that age tax money for that. Well, you got
to fight figure out another way to fund it, because
we're gonna lose three point seven million dollars yere in
the City of Columbia. And he said he's not going
to go. The Mayor of Columbia is not going to
go make an appeal to the governor, as if the

(19:22):
governor's in a position to change it. Because this is
the General Assembly right in the budget and they put
the proviso in, you're going to have to go to
court and challenge it.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Well, Henry Ken veto, he can veto it, and I
don't think he's going to.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
But the Generals is going to come back in of it. Well,
they probably were have the majority, they could vote to
override it.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
And you know, again, this is an easy fix for
the City of Columbia. Follow the law. I mean that
you've created your own law. You you felt like as
the Columbia City Council that you were above whatever, and
you've created a law that is not acknowledged by the
eight and has actually been ruled unconstitutional in this state.

(20:04):
It's probably going to be ruled unconstitutional in every state
at a federal level. And yet you still want to
try to push this narrative. How did how did that
woman say it?

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Again?

Speaker 2 (20:15):
Jonathan to have ticked you off so good. It was like,
we have to stop this tyrannical government overreach.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
The oppression of I need. I've got the article right
of an ego. Look it up. You're oppressing the people,
it's what she said by allowing free speech. Yes, that
is so we have to stop the persistence on the
first amendment is oppressing people.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
Yes, and and they create this false narrative that there's
uh transgendered kids killing themselves because somebody tried to tell
them that they were born a boy. So you're still
a boy, or you're born a girl, you're still a girl.
You can't you can't actually become another gender.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
And again according to the miryor this law that the
Sydney Ordnance lost at you, whatever you want to call it,
it's an ordinance, the city ordinance has no teeth for
actual enforcement. There is no penalty. There is a penalty,
but it actually has never been issued. There's been no
penalty written.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
So this is just really we're just standing on you know,
we're throwing this out here to the gay Pride people.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
We just want them to know that we really care.
And which is intuating about.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
It, which is leading to protests now from the gay
Pride people that you wrote the ordinance that you're not enforcing,
You've never enforced it, and according to you, it has
no teeth.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Now, I have been spending here the last few minutes.
I have not been able to find an update on
our big story from Friday, because it was supposed to
go down this weekend. I'm assuming that as of right now,
Casey Allen Douglas, the confirmed double murderer, age thirty five,
is currently living in a retirement community, been placed there
by the federal third by the state authorities. Let me

(21:53):
just google his name one more time, see if anything.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Is popped up.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Because they had till the thirty first of May to
figure this out. And remember what we were talking about
last week. They were saying it might not even be appealable.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
I need to call Generations of Minetta and ask what
room is Casey.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Can you imagine this? I mean, I was talking to
my mother about this over the week. I had several
people bring this story up to me. They cannot believe
that we've written a law so poorly in South Carolina
that the end result is the only way it can
be interpreted, is you've got to put the confessed double
murderer into Generations in Minetta.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
Well, he's unfit the stand trial, and now that we
had him in a facility to actually double down on
that ruling, he is unfit the stand trial. But we've
already expired a lot of time to have him in
a middle institute. So we got to release him, but
you can't release him like on his own recognisance. Do
we have a double murderer map out there, like we

(22:51):
have a sex offender map, So if you've got a
double murderer living in a neighborhood, we just put it
on a map and allow you to see it.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
I'm trying to think of the security guards who worked there.
Like you know, there's probably no offense to the guy
who works security at the Generations in Minetta, but he's
probably not trained to deal with murderers.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
He's probably just like a seventy five year old retired
police officer. It's probably visiting hours or over. Folks got
to go down a wheelchair. He could be he could
be a resident security member. We don't know. I don't
remember when I went to Generations of Minetta exactly what
kind of security protocols I had to go through, but
it didn't seem that tough.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
And just so we know, Casey is apparently quite handy
with a knife.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
That's what he likes.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
Casey back in twenty eighteen, was upset with his girlfriend
at the time, Stephanie Jenkins, age twenty eight, and her father,
Craig age fifty two, and according to the Spartanburg Police Department.
I've never seen anything like it, an all white bathroom
that had been completely red with blood. Every inch of

(23:56):
that room is in blood, and they're both pretty much
headed with a knife. He went to work on him
and then admitted to it. And again, he is criminally insane.
According to every psychologist who's spoken to this guy. He
cannot stand trial because he's so insane.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
