Growing up, Tiffany Hendricks was a daughter of someone who flipped real estate. But of course, she didn’t really know any better. She just understood it as dad’s work and I helped out.

One thing she did know, however, was how big of a life she wanted to live. She always told herself that she’d be a millionaire and nothing short of that. So clearly, it was just a matter of time until real estate crossed her path again.

Fast forward post college graduation, she finished with a business degree and got into apartment management, where she eventually grew to become an operating partner.

And that's where we meet Tiffany in this episode. With only two years of real estate under her belt, she’s taken advantage of every opportunity she’s been given and uses them as her own business school.

Up to date, she’s a general partner for a 350 unit portfolio and is in the process of obtaining her real estate license. She and her partners are growing the development side of the business throughout the course of the year and plans to help more of their tenants become homeowners themselves!
