In this episode we sat down with LAPD SWAT team leader and crisis negotiator Jonathan Pultz. Jonathan is also the author of the book "Negotiating Like Lives Are on the Line: The essentials of crisis negotiation for use in everyday situations." After spending some time with Jonathan at TTPOA, we knew we had to have him on the podcast. Jonathan's experiences and skills are a unique blend that add immense credibility to his thoughts on negotiations. The book is loaded with fantastic stories that bring to life strategies which can be deployed in everyday situations - including deescalation, the primary option for all concealed carry Americans.
