Several things are incredibly astounding about my friend, Sami Udell, owner of WholeSam, a private chef agency serving major cities across the US. Firstly, she’s just not overwhelmed by a challenge. What’s that like?! Secondly, the way she built her own extremely successful, yet still burgeoning company, is nothing short of cool.
Real character matters to her and how she does business, serves her clients and chefs, and walks out her vision. She understands what it looks like to do a job with your whole self, and finds service to be its own art form, and is a true expert in the area.
