- Weekend Barbecue: I make some steak, chicken and sausage for a little get together at my house.
- Watermelonfest: We got our next cookoff coming up in a couple of weeks at the Alamo Watermelonfest.
- Pellet Smoking: I cook some more on the pellet smoker, this time making a batch of chicken breast to perfection.
40-45 mins: Costa Rica
- Hiram's Trip: We talk more about Hiram's upcoming Costa Rica trip and a potential replacement for him for he upcoming podcast episode.
- Movies: We talk about upcoming movies and Hiram's upcoming Red Carpet night for Thunderbolts.
