Pearson, and I have my awesomeguest, michelle Hannah Fields,
with us and she's going to giveus some great insight on what
she does, and I'm so interestedin what you I was reading.
I'm going to read your bio in aminute, but, michelle, you have
done a lot, especially inministry and health and healing,
and our audience want to.

(01:13):
I'm about educating andempowering.
I want you to actually educateand empower people too, and how
they can actually get it.
So say hello, michelle, to ouraudience.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Hello, thank you so much for having me, michelle, to
our audience.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Hello, thank you so much for having me.
Wanda, I'm super excited to behere with you today.
I am too.
I am too.
I'm Emma, chelsea.
This is what happens when younetwork to meet great people,
and people used to always saynetworking is that's when you
build collaboration, where youactually get to meet people.
And I am so happy that I got tomeet you during this time and I
said I that I got to meet youduring this time, and I said I'm

(01:46):
going to have you on my podcast.
It's funny because when COVIDhappened, michelle, I used to
talk to people and when I hearwhat they do, I said I'm going
to have her on my podcast or mywebinar.
Yeah, but yeah, you have a lotto share and I appreciate that
as far as you sharing what youdo.
So let me get you started hereand talk about your bio, and I

(02:07):
was trying to put my client onhere, but it wants to say it on
the screen.
I don't want to say it on thescreen, I got to do it manually,
so, anyway, so, michelle Fields, hannah, michelle, hannah
Fields, is that right?
Yes, ma'am, okay, but I'm gonnacall you Michelle, that's good.
Michelle grew up in church underthe pastoral care and ministry
of her grandfather and her lateruncle.
Through their teaching, shedeveloped a solid foundation of

(02:29):
faith.
She began her own ministry bysinging with her parents and
another couple, and later with awoman's trio.
Wow, in 2012, god called her topreach the gospel.
Since then, she has authoredand published both a devotional
book and a journal.
She continues evangelizingthrough speaking engagements,
leading worship and facilitatingtwo Bible study groups.

(02:50):
She also hosts a podcast titledHope, health and Healing, where
she invites guests to sharetheir testimony.
In 2018, michelle began ahealth journey to reduce her
risk of heart disease andrelated complications from
obesity.
As she began seeing greatprogress, she started a new
health coaching business toserve others who were looking

(03:12):
for the same thing.
Her passion is serving othersI'm sorry, serving people,
whether in their faith journeyor physical health journey.
She feels like they paralleleach other.
I agree, totally agree.
Michelle.
That is great, this is awesome.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
So, pastor, michelle, I'm going to call you, tell us
a little bit more about you andI'm going to get into some
questions I want to ask you.
Like Wanda said, I grew up withmy grandfather as my pastor
just developed that solidfoundation of faith watching my
grandparents just super solidChristians, and then their
children.
My uncle was later my pastor.
My aunt was a Sunday schoolteacher.

(03:53):
My mom was piano player andSunday school teacher.
My dad was a Sunday schoolteacher, played guitar and just
a love of music and love ofserving other people in ministry
.
I watched that and that justbecame.
It seemed normal to me.
I thought everybody's familylived like we did and as I grew

(04:17):
I realized that was not the caseand other people didn't have
that solid foundation that I did.
And I always say I wish, when Imeet people that didn't grow up
like I did, I wish I could takethe trust and the faith that I
have developed and just put itinside of them.
But I can't do that.
And so we all have to developour own faith, our own trust in

(04:41):
the Lord, and it comes throughhardships.
Faith, our own trust in theLord, and it comes through
hardships, it comes throughthings that we walk through and
we can encourage each otheralong the way and that's really
where my heart is.
My gift is encouragement and Inever realized that until my
aunt introduced me.
Probably 20 years ago my auntintroduced me to a friend of

(05:03):
hers and she said Michelle'sgift is encouragement and I was
like I never really thoughtabout that.
But it's true and just havingthat solid foundation that you
build upon really helps you ineverything you go through.
And my heart is to share thatwith other people and help
others develop that solidfoundation as well.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
That's awesome.
I love that because I guess wehave a similar encouragement,
because I grew up with abuse andI wasn't given encouragement my
stepfather, my mother and myfather I did, but you are so
right and that's why I became asocial worker, so helping people
to be more stronger and not letanything tear them down.

(05:48):
So that's why I do mentoringwith the middle school girls.
I do affirmation.
So I love what you do as far asencouragement, because actually
I have mentoring today.
But yesterday I told the girlthat I had to leave early.
I said, ok, what's youraffirmation?
Tell me your affirmation.
So one of the young ladies shecame back.
She said Ms Wanda, I still havemy affirmations from last year.
I said that's awesome andthat's what it's about, because

(06:11):
we need encouragement, we needaffirmations to say we are good,
we are better, we are beautiful.
All of those affirmations youhave to say to yourself and
continue to do it.
So I did the same thing with mygrandson.
Yeah, I send him affirmationsevery day and I said, okay, say
it, write it down and repeat itand send it back to me so I know
he read it but I love the moreyou do that, the more you read
that and the more you speak itover yourself, the more you

(06:34):
believe it absolutely you won't.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
You may not believe it at first, it may just be
something you're reading, butthe more you say it and the more
you see it, then you startbelieving it.
And then you're like, wow, Ireally am beautiful, I really am
smart, I really can achievewhatever I want to achieve.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Absolutely, absolutely, and that is so true,
and you said in a nutshell butI think you asked my first
question already, but maybe youwant to add a little bit more
Can you share your journey inhealth and healing space and
what inspired you to pursue thispath?
I believe you already answeredthat a little bit.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
Yes, I really had developed a lot of unhealthy
habits around nutrition justfrom life being busy.
I worked a corporate job.
It was very stressful, and so Isat all day long.
I was originally a computerprogrammer and worked some long
hours.
I worked in the financialindustry, so there was a lot of
high stress there and otherthings I was involved in.

(07:32):
I played tennis, I served on mylocal tennis board, I helped
with my youth group at church, and so I was involved in a lot
of different things and life wasbusy, which meant I wasn't
taking time for myself, and Ijust developed unhealthy habits
of fast food, eating on the runand then not getting the proper

(07:54):
sleep at night, being tired andthen turning to caffeine and
sugar to keep me going, and Ijust gained weight over time and
then just found myself at avery unhealthy state.
Heart disease runs on bothsides of my family and so I have
the propensity for that andjust knew that my habits were

(08:15):
contributing to that andincreasing my risk.
I had high blood pressure thathad been controlled by meds, but
because I kept gaining weightas you gain weight, if you have
high blood pressure, your bloodpressure continues to elevate,
and that's where I found myselfand my cardiologist was
threatening to increase my medsyet again and being

(08:38):
uncomfortable where I was.
Knowing my family history, mydad had passed away in 2006 from
a heart attack at the age of 61.
And at this time I was 46.
And I was like, if I don't stopand get control of myself, then
my mom may be burying me verysoon.
So that was really whatprompted me to go on my journey,

(09:02):
and I had watched my bestfriend, who actually is my
personal health coach.
I'd watched her on her ownjourney and been inspired by her
and decided God, I don't.
And that's where I found myself.
God, I don't know what to doand help me.
I know I got myself into thismess, but I would really

(09:23):
appreciate you helping me getout of it.
Isn't that the way he does?
We find ourselves in thesemesses and we're like God.
I need you to bail me out.
I feel like he brought me tothis place and I saw results
pretty quickly.
I started getting more energy,I wasn't as winded, walking to
my desk every day and just sawmy health improving and knew

(09:47):
that, with my heart to serveothers, that I believed
everybody should feel as good asI was feeling and that prompted
me just to help other people.
And so I began helping thoseclosest to me and they began
seeing results.
And then it just I realizedthis became a new passion.
Not only was I passionate aboutsharing my faith with people, I

(10:10):
was passionate about sharinghealth, so it just blossomed
from there.
I worked my corporate job forthree years and did my health
coaching business on the side, and then I was able to leave
that corporate job and justfocus on ministry, whether it
was my faith based ministry ormy health ministry and that's
what I've been doing.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
That's awesome.
That's awesome and I can listen.
I can relate to what you'resaying here because it is, I
realize, me to working for me tobe doing podcasts.
And so you sit down, you eat,eat the right things than me
doing podcasts.
And so you sit down, you eat,eat the right things.
And I said, okay, god, I have toget myself together because the
same thing, my father died, when he died of dementia, and I

(10:56):
knew I had to keep my mind goingbecause I saw what he was doing
.
But I also had to keep my bodygoing and it runs in my family
high blood pressure, highcholesterol, all of those things
run in my family family.
So I knew I had to not tell you.
I pray every day.
Okay, lord, tell me what I'msupposed to do today.
You know, yeah, but no, itreally is him giving us the
grace and mercy to be able toturn our lives around to do what

(11:18):
is, uh, best for us the longlife, because I have
grandchildren and now two doors.
I want to make sure that Ileave that legacy to be able to
do and I'm very active.
So they call me Nana, so theyknow Nana's going to do stuff
with them and I got to be ableto do stuff with them and it's
just, it's just been, it's ajourney.

(11:39):
Like you said, it's a journey,it's still a journey you never
arrive.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
You just have to keep improving.
Getting one percent betterevery day, that's the goal.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Exactly, exactly.
So let's talk about health andwellness.
That we'll be talking about.
So what role does your mindsetplay in the overall well-being
and recovery?

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Oh yeah, your mindset is just key, and that's one of
the things that we do is helppeople with mindset too.
We help with nutrition andmindset because if you don't
change your mindset around yournutrition and your life, you're
going to go back to those oldhabits, and so you have to

(12:16):
change that.
And then just really evenlooking inside yourself, when
you have those moments thatmaybe you fall back into those
old habits, think about why didI do that?
What triggered that?
Was that an emotional response?
Was it a stress response?
Was it just because that was ahabit and I just fell back into

(12:38):
that habit?
And so it's.
Your mindset is really a keyplayer.
You have to have your mind madeup to even start, and I'll have
people come to me and where areyou on a scale of one to 10?
And if you're not a seven to a10 in changing your life, then
you need to come back to me whenyou're a seven, because if

(12:59):
you're not, if your mind isn'tmade up that you want to change
the way you live, then you're,your efforts are going to be
futile because you're going to.
You're not going to succeedlike you want.
You're going to have speedbumps all along your journey and
if your mind's not made up,then you're going to.

(13:20):
You're not going to get overthat speed bump, you're going to
go backwards.
So your mindset really doesplay one of the biggest parts in
everything does play one of thebiggest parts in everything,
absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
And I'd be telling my husband that I'm trying to get
him on a road to recovery as faras mindset.
You don't go down at night andgo make a sandwich when you just
ate.
So, yeah, those are the things.
But I look at him and myselfand I said, yeah, we're going to
have to start walking more, getback into it.
So today I actually I put mythey said new year's resolution.
Mine was to get into exercisemore.
So every wednesday I go tokaiser and I do my exercise

(13:57):
class.
So I just really try to becauseI'm working and even by doing
podcasts, I'm still sitting anddoing, I'm still sitting.
So I try to do something thatthat I can do.
That's more like going up anddown the stairs and walking and
stuff.
But yeah, you put it in anutshell as far as that.
What are some of the biggestobstacles people face when

(14:19):
trying to improve their healthand how they can overcome them?

Speaker 3 (14:23):
Yeah, I think really just identifying triggers what
is a trigger for you If you arean emotional eater, what's a
trigger that triggers that?
And then changing one thing.
So a lot of times we turn tofood for comfort, we turn to
food for emotions and when youhave those triggers, already

(14:46):
have a plan.
I'm not going to turn to thefood, I am going to think of a
scripture and or I'm going toread a chapter in the Bible.
Or a friend of mine says whatshe started doing was taking a
walk outside around her houseand doing something like that
Because your brain is a verypowerful thing and realizing,

(15:12):
like the patterns you have theycan be changed.
Your brain is so powerful thatyou can change.
So if you think about a truckgoing down a country road and
it's going down the same pathevery day, it's going to wear a
rut in that road.
That's the same with your brain.
If you have an emotionalresponse and it's food you turn

(15:34):
to, next time you have that sameemotional kind of problem or
stress, it's going to go thatsame path to that food.
The more times you do that, thedeeper that rut goes.
But it may take work to get outof that.
But when you make a plan andyou're like, okay, next time I
have this situation, I'm goingto take 10 deep breaths, I'm

(15:56):
going to walk around my house,I'm going to read a scripture,
whatever it is for you it'sgoing to be hard to make that
shift.
But each time you make thatshift you're going to change to
where your vehicle, your body, your mind no longer goes to that
old path, it goes to the newone.
And so I think those are that'show you overcome those

(16:17):
challenges.
It might it'll be different foreverybody, but identifying what
is not serving me and then whatis one thing I can change that
will help me shift that.
And then do that over and over, and as you do, that new thing
becomes your new habit.
That is that's powerful.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
That's an awesome tip that you just gave there and I
appreciate that.
So let me ask you somethinghave you worked with clients or
patients who experienced majortransformation, and can you
share a success story?

Speaker 3 (16:51):
Yeah, so I would love to share one.
This lady was a mutual friend,so she was a friend of mine and
we met during COVID.
Actually, on social medias Iinterviewed, I did a kind of a
podcast interview with herfriend and she listened and
started following me.

(17:11):
She had five major backsurgeries.
She was a diabetic, she hadhigh blood pressure, I want to
say she also had a thyroid issueand she was severely overweight
and had been for a long time.
She also was very depressed.
So she reached out to me.
We got on a call and talkedabout where she was in her

(17:32):
health and then just what shewanted to change.
And so she became a client ofmine and in 11 months she had
lost 125 pounds, whereas before.
So when she first started withme, she was very depressed.
She had isolated herself.
She did go to pool therapythree times a week.

(17:54):
But I would say what's your daylike?
And she said I get up, I go tomy pool therapy, I stopped by
KFC and pick me up something toeat on my way home and then I go
to bed.
For several hours I get up andeat and then I go back to bed.
So basically she had no lifeoutside of just going to the

(18:16):
pool every day.
So fast forward.
She begins losing weight, shebegins feeling better.
It changes her whole outlook inlife and now she's making lunch
plans with friends and she isgetting out.
She goes when churches openback up, she's going back to

(18:38):
church and getting involved.
She's doing involved in herwomen's ministry at church and
and then she even startedhelping other people in their
health.
Seeing that success she wasable to.
She is no longer considereddiabetic because she changed how
she ate.
She's no longer considered withhigh blood pressure.

(19:00):
She completely changedeverything about her life and
for me that's what it was allabout Somebody who had no reason
to live but was existing to nowshe's thriving in life.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
That's awesome.
That's an awesome success story.
I tell you that it takescourage and it takes that
willpower to get to that, especially to lose over a
hundred pounds.
That's a great success story.
I appreciate that.
So let me ask you something nowand we're winding down here too
how, what role does faith andspirituality play in healing for

(19:34):
those who believe in higherpower?

Speaker 3 (19:38):
I believe faith really plays a huge role.
I believe that your physicaljourney, your health journey,
your emotional journey, they'reall tied together.
I know, with my own, with myjourney, just really feeling
better about myself, I was moreconfident to do those things
that I felt called to do.

(19:59):
Speaking in front of peoplesinging, I definitely had more
wind, I had more breath to sing.
But I think, relying on that, asking God to help me every day,
there's a book that I read.
One of my favorite authors isLisa Turkhurst, and she has a
book called I'll Start AgainMonday and she outlines the

(20:20):
parallel, spiritually andphysically, and how a lot of
times our physical healthjourney around food just the
food, noise, the cravings, thosekind of things how it's tied
spiritually and how we have totrust God or to help us get a

(20:43):
hold of ourselves Because, honestly, what it is, it's
fighting against the flesh andthe fleshly desires, and so you
have to rely on your faith tohelp you die to the flesh and
the fleshly desires, and so youhave to rely on your faith to
help you die to the flesh daily, which is what Paul says.
I die daily and allow God to bethe forefront, and so you are

(21:04):
allowing God to really work inyour life and asking him help me
with this thing in the flesh,so that I'm not giving in to
these fleshly desires, but I'mfeeding myself physically just
like I feed myself spiritually, and feeding myself with what is
good for my body.

(21:25):
And I think as we do that,we'll see that not only is our
physical body strengthened andhealed, then it also carries
over into that spiritual aspectas well.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
That's awesome, and really you said it in a nutshell
as well, so that's great advicethere.
So what are three simple dailyhabits anyone can adopt to
improve their health?

Speaker 3 (21:49):
Oh, I've got a few.
So one is I start my day everymorning with a glass of water.
I actually add amino acids intomine, but if you will just
drink eight ounces of waterbefore you drink anything, now,
I'm a coffee lover, I start myday with coffee, but I have that
first glass of water firstbefore I have anything else, and

(22:12):
what that does, whatever youhave first thing in the morning,
is what your body's going tocrave the rest of the day.
On days that I drink that water, it's easy for me to get my 100
to 120 ounces in every day.
If I start with coffee, I'm notgoing to get 100 ounces in.
I pretty much guarantee that.
But if I drink that one glassfirst thing in the morning,

(22:35):
that's one tip.
Another tip is if you're able, then don't park when you're
going in the store.
Don't park in the closest spot, park away.
That way you're getting in afew more extra steps.
Just add those.
It's called healthy motion.
You don't have to necessarilyexercise all the time, but find

(22:56):
little ways you can add in thoseextra steps.
So park a little further away, just like you said.
Take the stairs, if you can, instead of the elevator.
Those kind of healthy motions.
Whatever your step count is onaverage, try to increase it by
1,000 steps.
Don't go from 5,000 to 10,000.

(23:16):
You're not going to make itevery day, so increase by little
increments.
And then the other thing Iwould suggest is doing three
things of gratitude three thingsyou're grateful for in the
morning and three things you'regrateful for at night.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
That's awesome.
I love that and I love thosetips there and it makes sense
and actually I'm going to startdrinking my water first thing in
the morning.
I take my medicine in themorning, so I need to drink the
whole bottle thing anymore.
I take my medicine in themorning I need to drink the
whole bottle.
That's awesome.
I love that, so thank you forsharing it.
So let's talk about your bookas we're winding down here.
Okay, when did you startwriting and did you always want

(23:53):
to write a book?

Speaker 3 (23:55):
I did not always want to write a book.
I was always the numbers girlin my family, not the words girl
.
So in 2015, I had been prayingfor about two years leading up
to that.
God, let me see spiritualthings in everyday life.
I was reading my Bible, studying, and I was like I know

(24:18):
that there's things that I canhelp people understand the Bible
if I can see physical thingsthat I can relate to.
And he started doing that.
He started showing me thingsjust in nature and things in my
day, or a word in a song thatwould point that to scripture,
and gave me devotional messages.
I started writing them onFacebook, with no intent of
publishing a book.
I was just sharing what God wasgiving me and so, as he gave

(24:41):
them, I was posting them and Iwould get so many messages,
privately comments on my post, text messages.
That was exactly what I neededtoday and I had.
After about six months, I hadpeople telling me you should put
those in a book and again I waslike I'm not an author, but
thank you, I'll pass, and justkept writing.

(25:01):
Thank you, I'll pass and justkept writing.
And then, finally, one of myfriends' moms that I grew up
with my friend I grew up with.
Her mom was a teacher and sheasked me if she could read one
of the posts that I had justwritten to her women's club.
And I was like, yes, she is,michelle.
You really need to put these ina book.
And I was like, no, I don'tthink so, ms Tuttle, but feel

(25:23):
free to use it.
Then word got back to mygrandmother that I had written
this poem or this prayer is whatshe said, and she wanted to
hear it.
And she actually went into thehospital a couple of weeks later
and I sat by her bedside.
I stayed the night with her andsat by her bed and read to her
for two hours things that I hadwritten.
And she had been in ministryfor 50, 60 years.

(25:51):
And she said, michelle, I'vebeen in ministry a long time and
I've read a lot of books, butI've never heard anything like
this, and people need to hearwhat you have to say.
You should write a book.
I was like that's mygrandmother.
No, she's supposed to tell methose kind of things.
But it was two months laterthat I felt led to actually
pursue putting them in a book.
So I got that process startedand pulled everything I had

(26:15):
written and got it in a book andpublished it.
We published in 2016.
Now, what's the name of yourbook?
It's Reflections of God's Grace.

Speaker 2 (26:25):
Awesome, and where can people get your book?

Speaker 3 (26:27):
So they can find it on Amazon.
They can also go to my website, michellehannaministriescom, and
they can find it there as well.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
Oh, awesome, I'm going to have that in the show
notes anyway, but definitely, amazon, send me that so I can
put that in the show notes.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
Anyway, definitely Amazon, send me that, so I can
put that in the show.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
I will.
I will, yeah, and I have a copyof your book.
So this is great.
But I want to tell you just aquick story here, and I know we
got to get off.
I said I would never write abook.
So people kept telling me whydo you need to share your story?
I said, no, I'm never going towrite.
So then one of my clients saidWanda, and she's a minister.
She said, okay, I'm not goingto disobey God.

(27:07):
So I got it out there.
So that was a collaboration.
And then I was asked to be inanother collaboration.
So the next time they werewriting part two, I said no, I'm
going to write my own book,Cause my friends kept saying
Wanda, you need to write yourown book.
Yeah, so I had my editor whenshe started.
She said you need to get thisout.
Just like you, you need to getthis out to people.

(27:27):
And what I did?
Just like you, I had a journalafter each chapter because I
wanted people to say don't getstuck where you are, you can get
out of the situation.
But yeah, we're on the samewavelength, yeah, for sure yeah
that is awesome, so I appreciate.
So what are your future plans?

Speaker 3 (27:50):
So I will be having a second and a third book coming
out at some point.
I'm working on that second onenow.
I have enough content.
I just it's just a matter ofpulling it all in and getting it
published.
So I have that going on.
And then, as far as so, I'mpresident of USDA Georgia right
now, so I'm involved heavily inour tennis association working
on that.
Have a couple of things up mysleeve for that that I'm pretty
excited about that.
Maybe I can share later.

(28:11):
And then, just as far asministry, just available for
speaking engagements, I lovespeaking at women's groups,
preaching at different churches.
I have my podcast, hope, healthand Healing Currently getting
some new episodes out for thatand looking for other people to
interview.
Just like you, it's been fun, Ithought.
When I started doing that, Imade a list and quickly I had 50

(28:34):
people that I wanted tointerview.
And then God keeps bringingpeople across my path that have
incredible stories and so, justlike you, this networking has
just brought so many more peopleacross my path that have
incredible stories.
And so, just like you, thisnetworking has just brought so
many more people across my pathwho have incredible stories that
will encourage people.
So it's been fun doing that, something I never saw myself

(28:54):
doing.
I say God has a sense of humor.
He can take the shyest, mostintroverted person and make them
speak to people.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
Exactly, and that's what he did to me, because I,
you, I said I would never writea book and he said oh yes, you
are.
Yeah, and I would never do apodcast.
Oh, yes, you are.
So, yeah, he does have a senseof humor, but he's getting out
there.
I was shy and but you know whatthis has got us out of shyness?
Because we have, um, what doyou call it?
The spirit to be able to helpother people.
And may not be, they may notget it, but they get it later on

(29:28):
.
Yeah, but it's just somethingto share with people and this is
what god he shares.
And I do inspirations every day.
I send it out to my friends andfamily.
So someone, one of my, mymarketing manager, said wonder,
you need to start putting thisout on facebook?
That's no, I'm just like'm,just like you.
I said, no, I don't want to.
But I do my affirmations onFacebook, but when God leads me.
So I listen to the abidemessage and I take that abide

(29:50):
message and I actually put myown words to it.
But then I find a Bible verseto edify what I'm talking about
and send it out to my friends.
Now my friends say Wanda, Ihaven't heard from you.
If I missed them, I haven'theard from you in a while.
Where have you been?
So I have to do it today.
Yeah, I have to put it outtoday after I finish talking to

(30:11):
you, but it's just.
You have to think about whatyou're going to write and it's
just something that God isleading me to do.
But that's us sharing.
What do you call it?
His shepherd?
He sends out his shepherds toshare the word.
So it's just, and that's whywe'd be blessed, michelle.
So you are definitely blessedand I love having you on my
podcast.
It was just a.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
It was just an inspiring Thank you so much for
inviting me.
It was a joy to be on.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
Yeah, Thank you for having me.
I'm going to have you on againbecause I'm going to see your
other books that you have.
So we're going to see yourother books that you have.

Speaker 3 (30:41):
so we're going to talk more all right perfect.
