Speaker 2 (00:21):
This is Ready Set
Reiki a podcast about Reiki and
all energy work, from thecurious beginner to the seasoned
master teacher, welcoming allsystems, all lineages and all
levels.
Reiki is a journey and not adestination, and on this Ready
Set Reiki journey, I refer tomyself as a guide rather than a
host, as I too am traveling, helping, supporting others and
(00:42):
learning on this Reiki journeyas well.
And with that said, I am yourguide, tracy C Wright.
And this is Ready Set Reiki.
Hello, beautiful listeners, tracy C Wright, this is Ready
Set Reiki.
So I am back from Sedona.
What an honor it was to travelto Sedona for the ICRT Reiki
retreat and an amazing time.
(01:07):
I'll be doing a special littleepisode on that, so be on the
lookout for that.
But also I want to let everyoneknow that the new issue of
Reiki News, the fall edition2025, is out.
Make sure you go and get thiscopy here.
There is an update about AzuiSensei.
It is an update on the history, and also in that magazine as
well is my article on Reiki forburnout.
(01:29):
So lately I have been blessedwith many opportunities and
through that, having theseopportunities is causing a
little burnout.
So going back to my ownpersonal practice of using Reiki
for burnout.
Now, today I have a very specialguest here and I'm going to
introduce her to you and thenwe're going to welcome her onto
(01:49):
Ready Set Reiki.
So this is Annika Uni, now ahypotherapy and 5D healing
offers an elite integrativeapproach to emotional, energetic
and subconscious transformation.
Now she leads this amazingpractice that not only blends
neuroscience, subconsciousreprogramming, energy healing
(02:11):
and advanced bio-renaissance toaddress root causes and not just
the symptoms.
So sessions combine, combinecommunications with somatic
recalibration and chakraalignment, sound therapy and
frequency-based scanning torelease anxiety, burnout, grief
and addiction andself-sabotaging patterns.
She does both in-person andworldwide, ranging from rapid
(02:37):
tune-ups to immersions.
So let's welcome our lovely andwonderful guest, anika Union,
to Ready Set Reiki.
Hello, thank you so much forhaving me.
Tracy, beautiful Welcome to ourjourney here, and so what an
honor it is to have you in thehouse here.
So let's begin our journeytogether.
So tell us a little bit aboutyourself.
Speaker 3 (03:00):
My name is Anka Union
, as you said it, and my journey
started years back with mebeing passionate about energy
healing, about spirituality, about the mind, without even
knowing the labels for those.
However, at the time, I made adecision to go to a computer
(03:24):
university, so I have a master'sdegree in computer science, and
my journey started with workingin corporations and studying
and practicing where my heartwas at the side.
Now, at one point on my journey, I encountered burnout, and
(03:48):
that made me open my eyes, lookaround and wondering what am I
doing here?
You know, because in life youhave to do what you have to do
to pay the bills right.
But when does that stop?
And that was the moment when Istopped the corporate world and
I stepped fully into my gift.
My gift is having acommunication with the
(04:10):
subconscious mind.
I am a psychic in the medium,so I'm getting downloads, I'm
getting help to work with theenergy and to help people here.
That's me in a nutshell.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Beautiful, beautiful.
Yeah, burnout is for real.
I mean, especially at this time, and I don't know about you,
but it seems more and morepeople are coming up and needing
healing here.
So us as healers, lightworkers,etc.
This is this time just to takethat little bit of downtime to
really start working on yourselfso that we can all be prepared
(04:42):
for what is definitely coming.
So we're here talking aboutReiki, but you also do this 5D
healing as well.
So when did Reiki come intoyour life?
Did you find it or did it findyou, and did the 5D healing find
you as well?
Speaker 3 (04:59):
See, I didn't know
what I was doing, I didn't know
the labels.
Let me give you an example.
At one point I met with afriend and he wasn't in a good
place in life.
He was getting divorced and hegot into depression and
everything.
So we met up for coffee, like Idon't know two, three hours,
and I just talked to him and Isat in the same space and we had
(05:22):
a friendly conversation and Isaw him maybe three months later
and at that time he had a job,he was back in shape, no pills
for depression.
And that's when I was like, huh, I'm into something, I didn't
know what, though Right, thoughright.
(05:49):
And one day I went to an eventwhere they were practicing Reiki
.
I'm like, what's this about?
And I didn't really know whatto expect and how they did it.
I remember the day someonethere was a circle and someone
sat in the middle of the circleand all the other people in the
circle were like projectingenergy.
And when I was in the middle ofthe circle, I, all the other
people in the circle were likeprojecting energy.
And when I was in the middle ofthe circle, I was like, oh, so
this is how it feels to receiveReiki, to to be at the receiving
(06:14):
end of the energy.
And that's when I learned theterm Reiki and I was so
passionate about it and I was sopassionate about what can you
offer?
And I started studying and Iwent straight to becoming a
master Reiki.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
Beautiful, beautiful.
So, as you were out and you'reworking in this holistic world
here with all the wonderful workthat you've done, reiki was a
part of your journey that ledyou to all these different
wonderful modalities that you do.
Now, as you're out here, whatare some of the misconceptions
that you find, not only aboutReiki, but the work that you do?
Speaker 3 (06:55):
That is ooh.
And you know, at times peopledon't understand.
There is lots ofmiscommunication out there.
Don't understand.
There is lots ofmiscommunication out there and,
like in every culture in everycountry, there are more talented
and less talented, more honestand less honest, right?
(07:18):
So unfortunately, at the timewhen I started a well back, it
wasn't recognized as powerfulbecause at the time the science
didn't catch up with it.
They are slowly catching up.
So misconception is like oh,working I'm a hypnotist,
hypnotherapist, so working witha subconscious mind is the most
(07:42):
beautiful gift that can givesomeone to really know
themselves, right.
And when you combine that withenergy healing, with Reiki, and
they feel it in their body andthey got their awareness, there
is something magical.
You cannot not see it right.
So I wish more people are opento at least give it a try, be
(08:04):
curious.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Right.
This is something that you haveto actually feel and experience
.
Words don't seem to do itjustice other than to physically
be in the moment and experience.
So you are recognized as atrauma specialist.
You are an award-winninghypnotherapist and, as you're
out helping and being of serviceto so many people, helping them
(08:26):
with reprogramming and justhelping get to those root causes
, what has been something thathas been a big challenge for you
that you have faced in your ownprofession.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
You know what, at one
point in life I struggled with
my own trauma.
I guess we specialize insomething that we know.
So at that point in time I waslooking for myself, I was
looking for someone that canactually help me.
Right, that's how I choose tobecome a trauma specialist
(09:02):
because, fortunately andunfortunately, when someone is
telling me their stories, theirpains, I know them now.
Um, what was the question?
Speaker 2 (09:15):
what has been a
challenge for you?
You've been out helping so manyothers, but have you faced a
challenge in your own journey?
Speaker 3 (09:24):
In terms of helping
other people.
It's a misconception in termsof hypnosis that you lay on the
couch and I'm with a I don'tknow clock or pendulum or
something and I chirp some magicwords and all is well right.
(09:46):
This is one of my challengesand while I do appreciate stage
hypnosis because it shows thepower of hypnosis, I personally
I'm different.
I like to go deeper and to gofind the root cause and heal
that.
So at times people come in witha misconception oh, I'm going
(10:08):
to have one session, I'm done.
Yeah, you might.
I'm not saying no.
However, do you want to do?
I'm telling them this is one ina lifetime opportunity to focus
on yourself and to really healand discover who you are, so you
can stop the old life and youcan start a new life.
And at times that requiresinvestment, time and material.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
Sure, I'm sure that
is a misconception where people
believe it's kind of like how ina show, right when you go to
Vegas you type of, you know, cluck like a chicken or bark
like a dog.
So yeah.
Right.
So when you are out in theworld and you are needing a tune
up or there's a particularhealer or trauma specialist that
(10:55):
you're looking at, what aresome qualities that you look for
in a Reiki practitioner, energyhealer or trauma specialist?
Speaker 3 (11:02):
I'm looking for
someone with attention to detail
and I'm looking for someone wholikes and has the capacity to
go deeper, to not rush thehealing.
Healing is a process.
While designations are good and, oh my gosh, I have so many the
(11:28):
feeling that you have from theperson how they talk, how they
think, their approach to notonly healing but life right.
That's something that resonateswith me.
So it's a mix of personalityand techniques.
And also, how deep can you goright?
Speaker 2 (11:48):
Beautiful.
So, from all the work thatyou've done, from the Reiki all
the way up to all your differenttrainings and where you are now
in your business, what advicecan you give someone who would
just entering this profession?
Maybe this is hypnosis issomething for them, or 5D
healing Reiki, or they say theyhave a calling to be a trauma
(12:09):
specialist.
What piece of advice would yougive them?
Speaker 3 (12:14):
Maybe it's something
that they heard before to follow
their calling.
Just follow it, don't questionit, and start on the journey,
and also work on reaching thepoint where you can fully step
into your power and into who youare, without letting the world
(12:38):
telling you who you are, notonly because they don't
understand.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Beautiful.
I saw something on TikTok.
There was a gentleman that hewas interviewing people like in
their 70s, 80s, 90s, someone in100.
And he was asking the questionlike, what is something that you
look back on and you regret?
And it was just worrying aboutwhat other people think, you
know, and too much of thatoutside influences that
(13:05):
prevented them from being theirtrue self, like they hit 50 or
60 or hit 70 or older, and it'slike, yeah, I shouldn't have
cared what people thought.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
That's right, and
especially when you start a
business right In the beginning.
I'm not sure how it was for you.
For me it was like, oh my gosh,I want to portray the right
image of myself and I want tosay everything so I can help
people with a goal for thepeople to understand me and
myself.
(13:36):
I found in the the beginning Iwent strictly hypnotherapy
because I was like they alreadythink hypnosis is woo.
If I add my reiki, my um,spirituality, uh, I'm not gonna
go far ahead.
And you know what?
The moment that I stepped intomy power and I said, no, this is
who I am.
I, I'm well-trained, I havedifferent gifts and it is
(13:59):
possible to have different gifts.
That's when the magic happened, for myself first, and also for
my clients, because I was ableto offer a range of modalities,
a range of different healing.
So right now I'm accepting onlyclients that are open to that,
because I don't want to limitmyself and I know the power of
(14:21):
everything that I offer.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
Sure, and you have
that background as a corporate
leadership.
You know to go from that andthen turning around and saying
I'm choosing to go into thispath of self-care, but you're
really deeply understandingthese high pressures of this
environment that people are in,right To help guide them through
it.
So who better than someone whohas been in the trenches of the
(14:45):
corporate world, Because burnoutsurely happens in the corporate
world.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
It happens and you
know what it happens, from the
person that's working to theupper management.
It doesn't matter where you are, because I was in different
positions and it happens.
It's a lot of pressure and Iwish it was more openness to
what we're doing.
Right, right, we're gettingthere.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Getting there.
We're getting there slowly butsurely, and social media
certainly helps kind ofnormalize it a little bit.
So you're seeing, this yearespecially, more and more people
being a little bit more open toit, because they're tired.
They're tired of being burnedout and this isn't working and
they're in this high level ofstress for years now, since
(15:34):
covid, you know, and they'retired of, you know, vibrating at
this level of just oh, I can'tdo this anymore.
So, yeah, they're starting tokind of like, hmm, maybe there's
something here.
So what books do you recommend?
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Oh I, this is how I
spend my time reading.
I really like a book, a fewbooks that really touch my heart
.
It's.
One of them is the AlchemistConversations with God.
It's a conversation about lifein general.
(16:11):
Jodie Spencer Dr Jodie Spencermade good progress by
integrating mindfulness,spirituality, with science.
So I say thank you for that andI recommend him, especially for
the ones that need a little bitmore scientific background to
(16:33):
this kind of work.
Yeah, those are some authorsthat I like.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Beautiful.
So what other modalities do youoffer?
Do you offer sessions, classes, events, trainings?
Speaker 3 (16:52):
I offer and now let's
get a coffee and sit back.
And now let's get the coffeeand sit back.
I offer so many modalities thatI don't even remember them.
At the base on how I work, Ihave a conversation with the
subconscious mind to understandwhat's really up and, based on
(17:20):
that conversation, I work in asomatic way.
I work well, obviously, withenergy, Reiki, and I'm also a
spiritual healer.
I integrate the Chinesemedicine concepts.
I don't know I I don't evenknow how to describe it.
It's client-based, on what'sgoing on in the client, and I'm
(17:41):
following the client'ssubconscious mind lead.
I also something that is reallyclose to my heart for the people
that are not ready to talk andto really open up, I offer the
opportunity to heal with music.
I compose music with healingfrequencies because, as you know
(18:03):
, we are energies right and eachorgan, each illness responds to
a certain frequency.
So this is something that Ioffer as well.
One-on-one is how I like towork.
However, I offer retreats.
I offer both online and inperson Memberships weekly.
(18:29):
We meet up weekly and I callthem healing meditations.
And yeah, I'm not there yet,I'm not teaching yet.
Why?
Because I need to understandhow I put them together.
It's so intuitive for me that Ineed to understand.
(18:50):
I would like soon to teach mymethods.
However, I need a little bit oftime, Beautiful.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
Yeah, so private
lessons, corporate wellness,
immersion retreats, festivals,all the way.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
That's right.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
And you're right out
there where you need to be, with
the people.
So it's all good.
So what you are doing, you'rehelping people with being
empowered, helping them withtheir limitations, you're
restoring their balance andyou're helping them thrive,
which we need to do.
Right, that's right.
So where can we find you?
Someone's listening to this andthey're like yeah, this is my
person, I want to connect withher.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
The best way.
It's on my website and it'sankayunicom, and there you'll
find links to my podcast, to theYouTube channel and the social
media presence, and also thereyou can book a free intake call.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
Beautiful.
Okay, so you offer, how long isthe free call?
Speaker 3 (19:52):
Free call is 15
minutes to have a high level
understanding how I can help andif we are a good match.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
Beautiful, all right.
Well, thank you for offeringthat.
Take her up on that offer.
See if you're a connectionthere, so wonderful.
Well, this ends the first partof our journey and I'm going to
guide you to the second part, which are questions from social
media and Reiki students.
So, number one can you shareyour journey as a hypotherapist
and a 5D healer?
Speaker 3 (20:23):
My journey.
I went all the way back.
I grew up in Romania, I'mEuropean and back home we
believe in astrology, we believein healing, we believe in
(20:44):
spirituality, in mediumship andso on.
So I was exposed, exposed aspart of my culture.
Um, I am gifted.
It runs in the family.
So I had the gifts withoutknowing that I have the gifts.
So when I stepped into thehealing world, I brought with me
(21:05):
the corporate experience andeverything the leadership, the
way that you are kind of moldedin the corporate world, and as
well as my gifts, being apsychic medium, and my
fascination for the mind,neuroscience, hypnosis,
(21:25):
psychology, the mind,neuroscience, hypnosis,
psychology.
So when I stepped into thisjourney, it was like stepping to
the candy shop and picking updifferent candies and getting a
taste of how it is.
So I'm working with pendulumthat's one.
Pendulum, healing to amplifythe healing that's that's one.
(21:47):
I'm working with meridians, theChinese medicine.
So for me, this is like I'm I'mon a playground.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
Beautiful.
So for our listeners that don'tknow, can you give us a little
definition of 5D healing?
Speaker 3 (22:04):
5D healing means that
I work at a higher level.
So why I'm saying that?
I'm an ordained minister aswell.
So I am well accustomed todifferent dimensions, with
parallel universes, universes, with having downloads, with
(22:33):
knowing what to say, to what tosay, without knowing what you're
saying.
You know, so it's, it's.
I'm so blessed to be helped andguided on this.
So it's not only me ischanneling, it's also channeling
the healing from a highersource that helps my clients.
So my clients are havingincredible results, like I don't
know.
One person, for example.
(22:54):
She was looking at the testlike a health test and she was
like I was never healthy in mylife.
I don't know what to do withthat.
It was like so heartwarming.
Some people are finding thelove of the life.
Some of them are recoveringfrom illnesses.
(23:16):
Some of them are making such ahuge impact at work without
working that much.
So when I work with someone atthat high level, I'm getting
what's good for them.
When I combine that witheverything that I am, a miracle
happens.
I'm so happy to say that andI'm so grateful.
Beautiful, beautiful.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
Number two how can
energy healing and advanced
bioresonance address your rootcause of a problem?
Speaker 3 (23:47):
See, I work in two
ways.
I work what I said so far and Ialso for people that need are
more visual.
They need a little bit morescience.
I do offer biofeedback.
Virtual biofeedback is based onthe voice, so it doesn't need
to be in person, and that islike a CAT scan, mri, blood test
(24:13):
, allergies, chakras and so on.
This is another way ofproviding healing.
It's like another interface, another type of providing the
information that they might need.
Speaker 2 (24:30):
Beautiful, beautiful.
I love that Last question.
What inspired you to becomeordained as a metaphysical
minister?
Speaker 3 (24:41):
The fact that I
understand I can.
As I said, it's part of myjourney is who I am as a person,
and I didn't know at the timethat I can do that.
So the moment that I heard thisis available, it's like for me
it was a matter of writing anexam, because this is my
(25:03):
lifestyle, this is, this is howI live my life.
It's not like, uh, this is Ankaordained minister and this is
Anka?
No, it's me.
This is how I live my life.
It's not like this is Ancaordained minister and this is
Anca no, it's me.
This is Anca the healer andthis is Anca.
No, this is my lifestyle.
This is who I am.
Speaker 2 (25:17):
Beautiful, beautiful,
and each little piece, from the
Reiki right to the 5D, all cometogether to bring who you are
today, so that you are serviceto so many wonderful people.
Speaker 3 (25:29):
Thank you so much.
I feel so grateful.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
Well, that was our
last question and, as we were
talking, is there anything elsethat you may have forgotten
about or something that youwould like to share with the
listeners?
The floor is yours.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
Oh, I think I covered
pretty much everything we
covered.
So thank you so much for such abeautiful questions and for
offering the space to share alittle bit of who I am.
I just want to say that believein yourself wherever you are,
believe in yourself, loveyourself and if you feel like
(26:07):
you need help, reach out.
Reach out because help isavailable.
And the journey healing journeyit's such a beautiful journey.
I didn't know when I steppedonto it.
I didn't know it was going tobe so beautiful and awesome.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
Beautiful and I'm
sure that first time you
experienced Reiki you neverimagined that.
Here you are, you know, awardwinning, right Award winning.
Thank you, yeah, that's that'sme, yeah, you'll never know
where it will take.
You Just take a step and youdon't have to stay in the Reiki.
It might just be one step toget you where you're supposed to
(26:47):
be that true, authentic nature.
Speaker 3 (26:49):
That's right and
that's so liberating.
When you reach that space whereyou can be yourself, truly be
yourself and accept yourself,it's like a domino effect.
Then your family, your partner, the work environment, the
community, everything transformsbecause not only you healed,
(27:09):
environment, the community,everything transforms because
not only you healed, but alsoyou see your life with other
eyes, with the eyes of a healedperson, and magic happens and
miracle happen.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
Beautiful.
Well, thank you so much fortaking time out of your very
busy schedule to join me on thisReady Set Reiki journey.
Speaker 3 (27:24):
Thank you so much,
tracy, and I'm sending love to
you and to your listeners.
And thank you, I appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
Wonderful.
All right, my wonderfullisteners, if you would like
