Mr. Tom Schwartz came to Victoria, BC, and Kat got to
meet him. So we're gonna hear all about
it. I'm so sad that I didn't get to
go. But it was the day that Lane was
born, so I guess that was better.
And it's so weird. And I guess like, it kind of is

Like I have never been so willingly scammed in my life.
It was so silly. It was so expensive, and it

So correct me if I'm wrong, but it was like 60 Canadian dollars
which is probably like. Yeah, it all came to like 66 or
something with fees and stuff. Yeah, in U.S. dollars, that
would be what, like 40 or five? Yeah, 45 maybe.
Yeah, 45. Something like that.
Yeah. So that's kind of crazy.

I thought it included brunch. I did too.
I and then I see in like small print, it's like the regular
menu will be available. And I was like, Oh my God, OK,
so we're getting nothing. We're just going to be in a room
with him. But I mean it was really fun and
it was kind of fun to be in a group of people again, like
obviously female dominated space, but a group of people who

all also felt so silly. Like the whole time I was like
lining up to go in everyone in line was like, I cannot believe
we're doing this with our Sunday.
People were just like, who are we right now?
Like, everyone was kind of disbelief that they were like
paying to just be in a room withTom Schwartz.
Yeah, I would be too. And it cuz it's like he's not
even like I guess he is a main character, but I feel like when

I think of Bravo, I still think of like Stassi Jacks, Kristen
Sandoval. Like I guess I don't know as
like the main players, but yeah,that's crazy money.
But I was thinking because I know that, and I don't know if
this is the case because I guessinfluencers also can do like,

brand deals and stuff. But I was just thinking about
like how they talk about how artists, the only way they can
make money because of streaming is to go on the road.
Yeah. And I was like, I guess that
this is lucrative. For I think it is.
I think it is, yeah. Like I want, I did a bit of a
deep dive into like places he's been tagged.
He's been like doing this type of event basically all summer.

Like he was in like Austin, likehe's been really moving around.
It's also kind of scammy, too, because he, like, really, really
enjoyed being in Victoria. And he was all over Victoria.
Like, you and I could have gone,like, he was totally open about
where he was staying. You and I could have gone to the
Delta lobby and just sat there and met him.
I'm sure. Yeah.
And did you have friends who methim like that weekend around

town? No.
OK cuz I know a bunch of people who I have a friend who like saw
him at the local and has like a whole video of hanging out with
him. He like of.
Course he was at the local. He was literally everywhere he
was at, he was at Big Bad John's, he was at.
My God, of course. He was all over Bastion Square
that night and just being absolutely like a ham to like I

think like in the video, my friend has video him videoing
him. Everyone around him is also like
he was, he had cameras on him atall times in Victoria.
It was kind of like people were all over him, and I think that's
part of why he was so late to this event.
Like so late. Oh, because he was hungover.
Well, and I think cuz people stop him everywhere, like even
(03:55):
just in the he was getting out of the Uber or whatever and was
like just hounded by people. So yeah, like he was, he was.
Well, he also did like a walkthrough Beacon Hill Park and
chatted with. People, yes.
And he was at, I think he was atlike Fisherman's Wharf, which is
right, right near my house, staying with Beacon Hill Park.
Yeah, yeah, 'cause he was, I think he's like watching the

harbor planes and stuff like that.
So I was like, that's literally right in my neighborhood, which
is, yeah, 'cause I saw Noah backtwice in the spring.
But yeah, didn't see him. I guess I was just there the
July 5th. But it kind of is creepy to me
because he's in his 40s. Yes.

I'm like. I'm getting like into like the
details Big Bad John's, not thatanyone knows it, but it does
skew older. But I was thinking like local
and like upstairs and Darcy's islike early university age
people. OK.
