(00:00):
OK First things first. Last week I talked about Jeff
Bezos wedding and I said the most random wedding attendee was
Sidney Sweeney and I guess that is not random anymore.
We found out the reason that shehangs out with the Bezos's and
that is basically that Jeff Lauren and another rando tech

(00:24):
mogul Michael Dell has given $1,000,000 to fund.
Like I got OK. Like I'm like dumb with
literally anything to do with money, but it seems like they
gave that to AVC company to backthis lingerie company.
I don't know how like those types of things work, but
probably you all do because you're smart.

(00:48):
It's like, I wish that was the information.
Like I wish that was the stuff Icared about and I just simply do
not. But this is really interesting
because I feel like Cindy Sweeney is now known as like the
brand ambassador girl. But I do think that a lingerie
brand like I do kind of feel like that fits in with her

(01:08):
personal brand. It was what I guess I'm saying
her kind of MO. And I do feel like it's a great
selling tactic because it's like, oh, I want to look like
Sydney Sweeney. I'll buy her bra and underwear.
And it's like babes, we we simply could never.
Like we simply could never. And I feel like this is kind of
her first. She has done a million gazillion

(01:32):
brand sponsorships, being the face of many companies.
We'll talk about that in a second.
But I feel like this is the first thing that she's kind of
venturing out on her own, and that's exciting.
I kind of thought maybe she would go something with her like
interest in cars and trucks route, but I guess maybe that

(01:53):
doesn't have the mass appeal as a lingerie brand.
But this girl keeps busy. Like remember when Miley Cyrus
was like, I think Sabrina Carpenter needs to slow down.
That girl is booked and busy. I'm saying that about Sidney
Sweeney. And I want to know from you guys
truly, is this a case of, like, you should strike while the iron

(02:15):
is hot. And if she is a superstar right
now, you never know when that day could come to an end.
And with her like that Trump party, like birthday party she
had a few years ago, I feel likeshe did have a little bit of a
taste of you could get cancelledor you could just, you know,
fade into the background becauseHollywood is ever changing.

(02:39):
But is it tacky? And I didn't know this, but when
I was doing research to this episode, it seems like people
have alleged that she is like has some financial issues, but I
don't, I don't think that that'sthe story.
I think she just didn't necessarily come from money.
And when you're an unknown actress, I think you are getting
paid a lot less than some of the.
I do kind of feel like we assumethat if you're on a popular show

(03:03):
like Euphoria, you are getting paid millions of dollars.
And it's like, yeah, Zendaya wasbecause she was a star already,
but kind of unknowns like SidneySweeney were probably making way
less than that. Still probably gobs of money in
comparison to us normies, but bylike Hollywood standards not.
And you do have to pay not to like stick up for celebrities

(03:26):
like, but you do have to pay like a team of lawyers and
management, PR and stylist and makeup and hair and all of that
stuff. So I guess maybe she's just
trying to strike Golden Iron's hot.
But I don't know. Why do I find it really tacky?
I think it's just because I'm like, well, AI know that you

(03:47):
don't like all these products. Like it's cool when a celebrity
endorses like I, I, I just thought of Jennifer Aniston for
some reason and it's like a vinoin Smartwater.
I feel like all the things that she is been the face of for like
years. And it's like feel like that
makes sense with her brand. And it's like, I could believe

(04:08):
that she likes both of these products with Sydney.
I'm like, what do you like, girl?
Because this is 100 things. And I guess it's like, I guess I
love 100 brands too, but not enough to endorse them.
So anyways, OK, so she has done that soap, the bath water soap.
She has been a brand ambassador for Neutrogena, Lineage,

(04:31):
Karistas, Armani Beauty, Hey Dude, which is a shoe company by
water. I hope I'm saying that right.
Bye bye. Dunno sold by Jergens, Tory
Burch, Guess Armani Mew mew LA collective which is a bikini
brand and then Savage X Fenty, parade lingerie and cotton on.

(04:54):
And I also just want to say. So then she's starting her own
lingerie, Rand, but she is already modeled and done
campaigns with Savage X Fendi and Parade.
So it's like, I don't know, that's just too much.
It's giving Kardashian, it's it's giving like I'll put my
face on anything. Also, the Parade lingerie when I
was looking at pictures is actually the most fugly lingerie

(05:16):
I've like ever seen in my life. But I don't know, please weigh
in. Is it tacky?
Should I mind my own business? Should she get her big?
